Ubicado dentro de un centro comercial con todo tipo de servicios y tiendas. La atención del personal es excelente. La suite tenía todas las comodidades y equipada para cocinar y comer en la misma. Sólo agregaría una pava eléctrica. Muy buen gimnasio, pequeño pero bien equipado. No utilizamos la piscina, la cancha de basket ni los asadores. El desayuno es demasiado "norteamericano". Sería bueno agregar alguna otra opción más estilo europeo.

- Michael (4/5): Would stay again but would check in much earlier to make sure everything in the room worked. - We’ve stayed at this location in the past and enjoyed it. But on this trip when we checked in they asked us if we wanted an upgraded room we said that would be great. Little did we know the AC didn’t work in the room and they were at capacity so no other rooms were available. So basically they gave up our original room to someone else and “upgraded” us to a room with no AC. It was too late to change locations and since we booked through booking.com they couldn’t credit us directly. We tried to work this out through booking.com and still have not been credited. Great location for a FGCU parent

The back door which was near our room wouldn’t latch. So anyone could come in the hotel at night. I didn’t like that as I saw a young man leave through that door as I pulled up at 9pm and he went through the bushes to leave the property. Also my suite had 4 beds that were so low to the floor it was difficult to get out of them! Thought that was strange!

All the staff, everyone, went above and beyond to be kind, friendly, and helpful. The entire complex is extremely clean, our unit was so comfortable and well appointed! The mattress was something we especially appreciated- very restful and just perfect. Breakfast was delicious, lots of options, and the BEST coffee! A big thank you to Luis and to all the managers for making our stay extremely pleasant, and to all the staff- they were, every one, friendly, kind, helpful and we hope to go back soon for a REAL vacation! Gulf Coast Town Center has so many wonderful places to eat, shop, walk, our time spent at the Residence Inn was very pleasant, even under the stressful circumstances of our condo problems. We give this place 1,000 stars out of 10! Couldn't have been better!

- Gina (10/5): Safe and comforting place in a Hurricane. - This chain is always my favorite to stay. Unfortunately, this was not a vacation. We had to evacuate due to Hurricane Milton. The hotel staff was amazing and the room was perfect as usual. I really appreciated the extra friendliness to help calm our anxiety. They were great about our pets, too. I kept thinking about how the staff live locally too and they are experiencing the same fears as we were. I hope they and their homes all fared as well as we did. Nothing.

- vogeljean (10/5): Problem that was made right. - My husband and I had a quick 24 hour trip to Fort Myers To attend a “celebration of life” of a good friend. I chose the Residence Inn because their website said that it had shuttle service from the airport to their hotel until 12 AM. Our flight got in at 11 PM. When I called the hotel for a ride, I was very disappointed as they said they did not have shuttle service at that time. Consequently, we had to take an Uber. The next morning, we voiced our concern to Luis Cordero, guest service manager. He asked me to show him where I read that there was shuttle service. Upon reading the website, he was very apologetic admitting that their website was wrong.. He asked to see my Uber receipt and refunded the amount. Due to his understanding of our situation, our dissatisfaction turned into satisfaction. Kudos to Mr. Cordero.

The bed was supportive and just the right amount of firm. The inclusion of a tv with a mount that rotated so you could turn the tv to face whichever part of the room you were using was awesome and something I haven’t seen in any other hotel yet.

The breakfast was great and Luis and Crystal at the front desk were very friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. We were surprised that the main entrance did not have a covered entrance for those rainy days, but that should not deter you from staying here. Thanks for a great stay!
