• Kazuhiro (10/5): - にぎやかな街中にあり申し分ない立地です。空港からのバスでこの宿あるビルのすぐ近くまで来られますし、空港行きのバスにも近くから乗れます。地下鉄ジョルダン駅の真上ですし、博物館や美術館にもにぎやかな通りをぶらぶら歩いていくことができます。 オーナーが親しくいろいろ教えてくれたり、とても安心して過ごすことができました。唯一気になったマイナス点は、廊下が他の宿泊客のタバコで臭かったです。

• Verified traveler (4/5): 立地は良いけれど - 窓なしのツインルームに宿泊。立地条件はメトロ佐敦駅出口の目の前のビルの中なので最高。エアコンはホコリまみれで翌朝にのどを痛めました。隣室の音が響きます。テレビはありましたがリモコンがありませんでした。
• Francis (6/5): Good Location - Close to MTR and Airport bus station, but one thing the lift is only one functioning and have to climb 3 floors to get another lift to get down or up.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Overall acceptable with this price - Location is at prime intersection Shower is ok but limited hot water roughly 5-10 mins before it has to heat up again Space is definitely not enough for placing an open luggage Air conditioner is clogged with ciagrette smoking smell You will be hearing the traffic light sound to mediate you to sleep and wake up. Overall is expected to be like a low end motel with this price range.

• Eugene (8/5): Kind staff, excellent location. - My friend and I were bugdet travellers, so we were looking for just cheap accommodation and we didn’t expect a 5-star service. The staff of the hostel were very kind, and very smiley. They brought us a hair dryer to our room while we were enjoying the night view of the city. The location is also great. It is just near to MTR Jordan station, so that you can go to most touristic places so easily. The room was small, but it was OK. It was clean, and they provided towels, shampoo, and body wash. The one thing a bit disappoing was, we couldn’t have hot shower, although we switched the boiler on and turned the dial. The water was just not too cold, but bearable since the temperature in Hong Kong was not cold.

• Marcos (8/5): Courteous Staff and Clean Room - I had a pleasant stay with my wife. The staff spoke English and treated us with a lot of respect. The room was clean and everything was in order. This is a good budget accommodation which is located in the "New Lucky" building. Once you get off Exit B1 in Jordan it's about 5 steps in front of the MRT exit. Plenty of good places to eat nearby and a few blocks away from the Temple Street Market.
• Ricardo (2/5): 地下鉄ジョーダン駅の前にあるホステル - 部屋は窓がなく狭い。シャワーとトイレ付きだか、シャワーを浴びるとトイレ全体がびしょ濡れになる。寝るだけなら十分。土曜日はどこのホテルも高いので仕方なく泊まったがこの値段なら他のホステルに泊まった方が良い。

• Verified traveler (4/5): Not Great - Service: 3/5 - Friendly staff, although did come into the room without knocking - there are no Do Not Disturb/Please Clean My Room signs to hang on the door. Value: 1/5 - Poor value for money. You can get much better for the price of this hotel - even in the same building. Cleanliness: 3/5 - Reasonably clean, the floor could have been cleaner, as could the mirror in the bathroom. Amenities: 2/5 - Very good location - situated at Exit A2 of Jordan MTR - go straight out of the exit into the building. Lots of amazing street food around the corner. The room is very very basic. The bed was rock solid, and noise from the road outside was very apparent. Wifi was pretty poor. The AC worked well however. OK as a stop gap while lots of other hotels were booked up, but I won’t be back in a hurry.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Unfriendly and rude staff - The reception is very unfriendly and rude and we almost can't check in to the room due to name is incorrect (We use Christian name to book) against passport (passport doesn't show our Christian name). This is our first time encounter this problem. For those who want to book this room due to cheapest rate. Pls have your booking name and passport name to be the same to avoid any problems. A 5-star hotel can accept my booking why can't a 2-star "hotel" accept? More over this is not a hotel. To be it's like those love hotel in a resident block.

• Verified traveler (6/5): 価格が安ければ良い人向け - 一泊2000円くらいで寝るだけしかホテルに求めない方であれば最高です 価格以外の付加価値を求める方はオススメしません ●シャワーはお湯が出ます(電気温水器なので電源オンにして数時間待つとお湯が出ます) ●チェックアウト後も荷物は無料で22時くらいまで預かってもらえます ●ホテルから空港まで200香港ドルくらいで30〜45分で着きます ●23時くらいになるとホテルの方がいなくなってしまうのでフロントの隣の部屋をノックすると住み込みのスタッフが出てきてくれます ●ホームページが無いのでホテルとコンタクトを取りたい場合はエクスペディアの問い合わせからエクスペディアに行ってもらうようにしてください

• Jeeyoung (6/5): 좋은 위치에 싼 숙소 - 생각보다는 넓었던 1인실. 창문은 없었음. 뜨거운 물, 에어컨 빵빵. 약간 우유 상한 듯한 냄새가 나서 처음엔 조금 힘들었음. 하지만 이만한 위치에 이정도 가격이면 놀러온 사람이 아니고 혼자 온 사람이라면 메리트 있다고 생각
• Jacqueline (4/5): 態度，環境不雅潔的店 - 前台登記的女職員態度不太友善，本訂了有窗，話要窗得嚟間，最大，租給客要$$，給人感覺只得一間，不然可以退房，好似是但了事，間房冷氣在洗手間，怎算? 會焗透，毛巾不潔淨，房間不衞生，環境打掃不理，頂唔住要求換房，才換房，態度像趕人走，快d攞齊嘢，唔好整亂東西。下次不會再來，服務禮貌是必須重要。

• jun (6/5): 愕然 - ネーザンハウスの入り口が工事中もありわかりにくい。受付の３階は受付窓口がない。３階の室はひどいので１０Fを要求。このビル全体がいかがわしい商売のビルでネーザンハウスの室に入るまで、通路はネオンサインで客引きであった。愕然とした。室はそこそこきれいで、エアコンも、冷蔵庫も完備され、シャワー、トイレも、、テレビは画面は出るが、音声はこわれていた。 交通の便は最高。
• Lili (6/5): Spartan - It was not a hotel but a guest house. The conditions were very Spartan and you could barely fit two beds in there. There were no wardrobes to store your stuff. The shower was simply a toilet cubicle with a hand held shower head. The outside staircase was blocked with rubbish and was a fire hazard. The place does not compare with even a one-star Bed and Breakfast in the UK. However, for our purposes it was enough - there was a television and an air conditioner, and we only used the place to sleep in. We enjoyed its proximity to the Jordan MTR station. You pay your money and you get your choice.

• BanLan (2/5): Not the same room as the picture when I made order - The room got totally around 80sq ft. Unit price of sqft is expensive than a 4 star hotel! No any spare room to put your stuff, you need to take a shower over the toilet. I rather than pay more to stay in a real hotel!

• 덜컹오빠 (4/5): 침사추이 네이선하우스의 숙박일지 - 1. check in시 호텔측에서 예약한 사실 자체를 모르고 있었고, 익스피디아의 숙박확인 절차를 인지하고 check in 하는 시간까지 무려 5시간 가까이를 허비하였음. 2. 창문이 없는 관계로 실내공기의 통풍, 냄새, 조명문제 등의 이유로 숙박시설 사용내내 괴로웠음. 예약시 이러한 문제를 선택창에서 옵션문제로 선택할 수 있는 익스피디아의 배려가 필요함. 3. 느슨한 방음으로 인하여 소곤거리는 작은소음까지도 들리는 상황으로 인하여 늘 긴장상태의 숙박을 해야했음. 4. 호텔주인의 근태 문제로 check out시 항공편의 출발시간 문제를 야기할 수 있음.(아침 8시부터 check out을 요구 하였으나 11:00AM 에 출근한다는 주인 때문에 시간이 많이 지연되었고 스케쥴상의 변동을 초래하였음.) 5. 상기의 느낀점은 이번 여행에서 절실히 시정을 바라는 마음에서 작성하였으며 숙박비용도 결코 싼비용이 아니 었음.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Terrible and Not Recommended - Utterly terrible. I called the hostel immediately after I landed in Hong Kong as my flight arrived late. I told them about my booking and they told me there was no such booking and wouldn't give me my room and hung up on me. When I arrived there and gave them my booking confirmation they said it was invalid, after a long argument they finally gave me a room after so long and I also booked it for 3 nights. The next morning they hounded my door and said I had not paid. I have paid outright on the website. Besides it being in a convenient location the service here is terrible and the neighbourhood is not a place you want to be. I am extremely upset and very disappointed, also I will never book here again.
• CHUNG CHEE (2/5): 差，不知所谓。 - 绝对差！我帮国内同事订了两天，单入住时前台竟然说没有房间了，要他们转往对面大厦的另一家宾馆，但这是一家更小，跟差的小宾馆，而且旁边跟像是色情场所。但我同事刚来香港出差，不知道情况，就住进去了。他们离开时才告诉我，但我去电投诉hotel.com.时已太迟，因他们说我们住进去，就等于我们已接受安排。所以劝告各位，以后不要再订这苏杭宾馆了，实在太气人了。
