• Lukas (1/5): Überteuerte Absteige auf unterstem Niveau. - Das einzig Gute war die Lage direkt an der Marmolada und der tägliche Shuttle zum Marmolada Lift oder dem Sessellift in der Nähe. Das Hotel ist brutal in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sind absolut unterirdisch! Es gibt Duschvorhänge, das Bad ist so klein, dass man sich kaum darin drehen kann. Die Doppelbetten haben nur eine große Bettdecke, die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist in jedem Zimmer unterschiedlich und sieht aus als wäre sie auf dem Flohmarkt oder Sperrmüll gesammelt worden. Das Frühstück ist absolute Katastrophe, es gibt nur ein Brötchen auf dem Tisch pro Gast, keine Auswahl, keine Nachholmöglichkeit. Auf dem "Buffet" wenn man das überhaupt so nennen will, gibt es noch fragwürdige Brotscheiben von einer Sorte. Weiterhin gibt es Rührei zum Frühstück, was allerdings nicht wie gewöhnlich in einem Warmhaltebehälter bereit steht, sondern auf einer Platte mit Alufolie abgedeckt da steht. Der Kaffee aus dem Automat ist schlichtweg ungenießbar. Cappuccino gibt es mit extrem schlechtem Milchpulver, der Kaffee schmeckt trotzdem brutal verbrannt. Genauso schmeckt der schwarze Kaffee. Mit viel Glück bekommt man noch die kleinen vorportionierten Nutella Verpackungen, andernfalls gibt es nur eine alternative Nusscreme, die auch sehr fragwürdig schmeckt und Industrie-Marmelade aus den gleichen kleinen Verpackungen, etwas gekochten Schinken, Käse und Honig. Abends kann man sich auch Essen bestellen, wovon wir dringend abraten, denn das hat nichts mehr mit Abendessen zu tun. Mehr will ich dazu gar nicht sagen. Das schlimmste ist der Skikeller, der keinen Skischuhtrockner besitzt. Das ist lediglich ein Kellerraum wo man die Ski an die Wand stellen kann, der Fußboden steht durchgängig unter Wasser. Wir können auf keinen Fall empfehlen in dieses Haus zu gehen und schon gar nicht für diesen Preis. Man bekommt am Ende nicht mal eine Hotelrechnung sondern nur einen Zettel aus einem Taschenrechner mit Schreibefunktion und Papierrolle. Das Finanzamt bekommt hier 100% nicht von jedem Aufenthalt etwas mit.

• HANS (9/5): - Sehr freundliches Personal, angenehme Atmosphäre. Das Frühstück war insgesamt in Ordnung. Ein kleines zusätzliches Gemüseangebot, etwa Tomaten, hätte es noch abgerundet. Außerdem würde ich einen Wasserkocher für die Teezubereitung im Zimmer empfehlen.

• Sabina (6/5): Soggiorno in una struttura semplice e modesta, senza particolari pretese. - L’hotel gode di un’ottima posizione e offre un servizio di colazione abbondante, con prodotti buoni e ben assortiti. Graditissimo anche il servizio dello skibus. La tenda in plastica che separa dal wc è molto discutibile dal punto di vista igienico (accumulo di umidità, difficoltà di pulizia e contatto con l'acqua del wc). Segnalo, come semplice osservazione, che è la prima volta che mi viene richiesto il saldo completo del soggiorno già al momento del check-in. La presenza della sauna non ci è stata segnalata.

• niccolò (10/5): - La struttura è meravigliosa e si trova a poca distanza dagli impianti. Inoltre, grazie anche al servizio navetta dell'albergo, raggiungere le piste è veramente comodo mentre il rientro può essere fatto direttamente con gli sci ai piedi. L'albergo è accogliente e gli interni fanno respirare la vera aria di montagna. Le colazioni e cene sono veramente buone, con prodotti tipici fatti in casa. Ma il vero valore aggiunto è la disponibilità e gentilezza dei proprietari e di tutto il personale dell'albergo che rendono questo luogo unico e speciale.
• Peter (10/5): Wer keine aussergewöhnlichen Ansprüche stellt – ist sehr gut bedingt. - Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück lecker und immer frisch. Und besonders der Kamin im Gemeinschaftsraum war sehr einladend und gemütlich. Eine Sauna im Hause ist auch ein großer Pluspunkt. :-) Leider hat die Technik/WLAN nicht immer ausreichend Kapazitäten. Das kann auch an den Hauptleitungen liegen.

• Janneke (8/5): Gemoedelijk hotel, prima verzorging, toplocatie - Het is een gemoedelijk, huiselijk hotel, op een fantasche locatie vlakbij de gondel, je kan smorgens gebracht worden vanaf het hotel naar de gondel of naar de lift richting arraba Ontbijt is uitgebreid, personeel heel vriendelijk, elke dag kamer schoon, heerlijke bedden Niks. Als je van gemoedelijk houd, een warme sfeer en uiterlijke luxe daar niet voor nodig hebt dan moet je in dit hotel zijn.

The food was tasty and the restaurant staff were very cheerful. The breakfast buffet provided lots of tasty options. A very enjoyable stay, we would return. Nothing, we had a very restful stay.

Nem tetszett , hogy nincs zárt garázs vagy fedett parkoló a motoroknak. A szoba elfogadhatatlanul kicsi, az ágy nagyon kényelmetlen, az ágynemű szakadt volt. A fürdőszoba rossz állapotú, szinte használhatatlan, komoly felújításra szorul. Nagyon magas az ár a szolgáltatásokhoz képest. Nincs lift.

• Lee (10/5): - Beautiful location in the Dolomites. Some reviews have commented about the decor being dated but we felt that was all part of its charm. The room was spacious and cleaned daily and the bed extremely comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, everyone was lovely! Great selection for breakfast and the cost was very competitive compared to other hotels in the area. We ate at the restaurant twice during our stay and both times had a wonderful meal with buffet starter, 1st course, 2nd course and dessert for only €25 each. A real gem and if we are in the area again we'd definitely return! The shower was a little small and I didn't like the shower curtain but I should point out I'm a big guy. The coffee machine for breakfast is awful, bad coffee should be illegal in Italy! But if you ask for a coffee they will make you a proper one. I'm just sorry it took me three mornings to discover that lol..
• Steve (8/5): One night in Italy - We stayed as a group of Bikers for one night while touring Europe. Hotel is nestled away in the mountains and in a very scenic and quiet location . Rooms were clean albeit could do with modernising a bit but it was still a very comfortable stay .

Prix exorbitant par rapport aux prestations. Sur notre voyage de plus de 2 semaines avec changement d'hôtel tous les 2 jours, c'était de loin le plus décevant et le plus cher. Le personnel pas très serviable, chaque demande nous donnait l'impression qu'on les dérangeait.

El lavabo separado del baño (dentro de la propia habitación) la llave es del siglo 19. En el restaurante no hay carta de precios de bebidas. En fin, para no volver. El precio, excesivamente caro. Realmente esperábamos otro servicio de más calidad y comodidad.

• Norman (7/5): A base for visiting Marmolada - The restaurant and staff were fabulous and the proximity to Marmolada were great. Ample parking was provided. The bathroom was so small that the hand basin was in the bedroom. The shower curtain was too small and the shower rose kept slipping so water sprayed everywhere. The address confused the gps, but that’s no fault of the property. The wifi signal was weak and dropped out after about 60 seconds making communication impossible.
