• Marco (10/5): Soggiorno di lavoro - Struttura incantevole immersa nel verde ma accanto alla strada principale. Staff impeccabile. Veramente di alto livello. Niente
• Big Gym 76 (10/5): Bene, proprio bene. - La struttura è recente e di alto design, si trova appena fuori Bronte alle pendici di sua maestà "Etna". Location tranquilla, ampio parcheggio, personale accogliente e molto disponibile. Gli arredi in stile moderno in ogni parte dell'hotel. La camera è grande e confortevole, con sky a disposizione sia per sport che cinema. La cena è sempre di buon livello come del resto la colazione. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è giusto, anche a fronte della vista che si può godere al mattino nella stanza colazione con il vulcano che ti da il buongiorno.

• Dick (5/5): Afrader, zeker voor de winter - Het uitzicht in de tuin is prachtig!. Helaas hebben de kamers zelf geen zicht op de Etna. Ook de lokatie zelf is prima, je kunt veel in de omgeving doen. Problemen werden helaas niet opgelost, en dat viel erg tegen. Het vervelendste was dat de douche bleef overstromen, het water liep zelfs door de kamer heen. Personeel bood ons geen oplossing, anders dan handdoeken leveren zodat we zelf konden dweilen. Er was geen gezellige bar of zitje waar we wat konden drinken. Er is boven een prachtige ruimte met bank en stoelen en uitzicht, maar die mochten we niet gebruiken. Er zijn helaas ook geen koffie,thee of water faciliteiten op de kamer. De bedden waren niet fijn, de kamer is gehorig doordat de gangdeur geen geluid dempt, en de wifi was slecht. De verf op de muren bladdert dus die kunnen wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Het restaurant had prima eten, maar de ruimte was koud en oubollig ingericht. Personeel spreekt nauwelijks engels. Al met al een afrader voor de winter. Prijs te hoog voor de geleverde kwaliteit.

La nourriture au restaurant est délicieuse! Manque de variété au déjeuner. La référence pour la dégustation de vin était magique! Aucune attention portée au client dans l’établissement ! Table imposée au petit déjeuné. On ne peut pas choisir même quand la salle est vide!!! Éclairage de cafétéria et aucun décor dans le restaurant! Pas agréable. Literie très très dure… inconfortable. Style lit de camping! Même éclairage très fort dans la chambre. Pour terminer, propriétaire très désagréable et hautaine! Nous ne reviendrons pas dans cette établissement !

• John (10/5): Very Nice Hotel at the Foot of Mt Etna - This is a beautiful property. The staff members went above and beyond. The restaurant is great and highly recommended. They even arranged a private pistachio tasting for us. For the price, it is a great value. Architecturally, the property is stunning inside.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very elegant. There is a stunning view of Mt. Etna, and their chef is excellent. Can't wait to come back!

• Karen (7/5): Design hotel with amazing views of Etna - This hotel is in a stunning location with amazing views of Etna. The hotel is also impressive in terms of design features and well laid out grounds. Dinner in the restaurant was of a high standard, featuring many dishes with the local speciality, pistachios. We stayed in early May and it was very quiet - it felt as if the hotel wasn't fully open although we were not the only guests. A quiet hotel would usually feel more of a luxury to us, but we felt as if we were intruding and not a priority to the staff.
• Anette (1/5): BEWARE - our stay was focused on extra fees and payments - My recent stay at this hotel was overshadowed by a noticeable emphasis on money. Initially, we were led to believe that breakfast was not included. Upon verification on Booking.com, it was then clarified that it was a mistake. They asked us to choose between an Italian or English breakfast. We opted for the English breakfast, which, unfortunately, included only scrambled eggs, and we ended up paying extra for it per room. The room I booked was supposed to be superior, but the pictures shown on Booking.com did not match the actual room. Furthermore, during our dining experience, we were surprised to find charges for complimentary snacks and nuts included in the aperitif on the bill. It felt as though every aspect of our stay was focused on extra fees and payments
• Sandra (10/5): A comfortable, picturesque, and quiet place to stay. - The hotel was full service with a restaurant (important because the hotel is located in the countryside) , elevator and parking on site. The hotel is located in the heart of Sicily's pistachio country and many menu items feature pistachio in very creative ways. Located on the western edge of the Mount Etna National Park, the volcano looms, in the distance, as is visible from the hotel. I have nothing in the way of suggestions for improving the property.

• Pt (8/5): We had a lovely stay, very beautiful, peaceful and quiet surroundings and we were looked after well. - Stunning location, well-kept grounds and very peaceful. A beautiful building with modern architecture and beautifully finished, minimalist interior. Staff were very polite and helpful. Good size room and a comfortable bed, modern spacious bathroom and shower. Clean and well-kept. Breakfast was inconsistent. Not an adequate selection available every day but when available the selection was good. The waiter was very helpful, polite and tried hard to service the guests and responded to all our requests but he needs more help. A few details in the room would go a long way to make this venue exceptional such as a luggage rack to help guests unpack, a soap dish or change to liquid soap, a larger waste bin with a liner bag, and better quality towels.
• Schadi (1/5): Sleepless in Sicily - Nicely designed hotel with a view of the volcano. Extremely loud music and voice of the DJ motivating a party crowd could be heard in the rooms until the morning hours. Even the little table next to the bed shaked to the lower frequencies of the music. Several complaints during the night to the reception desk did not help, the morning after only a ridiculously small discount was offered. Had to agree to pay approx. 2/3 of the room rate because we had to proceed with our journey in order to reach our flight and unfortunately did not have the time for hours of discussions. Hotel manager could not be reached at time of checkout and reception staff was not able to make feasible decisions on a proper compensation for a night with almost no sleep. Rechecking the reviews on Booking this seems to be standard procedure at this hotel, renting the rooms for parties, not informing overnight staying guests ahead of their arrival of the inconveniences to be expected.
• Diane (1/5): DISASTER - NOtHING worse experience ever. had to find another hotel at midnight as there was a wedding/party taking place at the hotel which they said they forgot to inform us about. it was so loud and it was intended to carry on for most of the night!! solution offered by the hotel was to give us 30% discount on our stay - ridiculous to say the least!!
• Andreas (8/5): Very good - good place with good view of the etna. hotel clean with friendly stuff. we got the information after the booking that there is an event with music one night of our stay and we might hear it a bit. well it was 4 hours 11pm to 3am very loud and impossoble to sleep. better dont offer rooms these nights or offer at least the option to cancel again.

• Catherine (7/5): So close to Mount Etna but a bit chilly - The view of Mount Etna from the large meeting room (a floor up) was stunning. The proximity to Bronte and the pistachio farms made it easy to go for the fantastic tour in the old-magic property with Stavo and Miriam. The sauna in our room was relaxing while coming back from a long tour. Easy access to the room. Helpful and kind staff. Sometimes less design and more "practical" is key in a hotel room for the guests to feel comfortable (for example lights, bed side table, luggage racks). Continental breakfast was not worth the extra money, and the restaurant (dinner) was below expectation, except for the wine. Could be because it was the low season (between Christmas and New Year's Eve)? Cold floors for winter nights.

The hotel is close to the city of Bronte and various pistachios farms. Delicious food at the restaurant. Would be great to have a swimming pool available (looks like it's being built right now).

• CLARE (8/5): Uninterrupted views of Etna - lovely relaxing stay close to Etna, quite possibly the best uninterrupted views of the mountain, set in a tranquil location.
