• Ashleigh (9/5): Great location and clean rooms - would stay again! - Excellent location, clean room, massive bathroom with daily housekeeping The room I was in was a bit dated (it had a PC tower in?!) and had no plug by the bed, but nothing huge to complain about!

Very helpful staff, he allowed us to use the washing machine for our clothes (without charge) and although they didn't have a dryer he cleared a very large airer for us and the clothes were dry within 24 hours. He also called us taxis when we needed them. Hotel is in a great location for local shops and restaurants.

• Gustav (7/5): Good location, erratic service - Very good location downtown Andong, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Clean rooms. They never answered any messages about our booking, neither through booking.com nor through their own website, so we didn’t know until the last minute if we actually had a reservation. When we arrived, the receptionist kept talking in Korean although I tried to make it clear that I didn’t understand a word. We were five people in two rooms. Both days we were there, there was only one large towel in each room and no sheet on the duvet for one of the beds, even though we pointed this out to the reception. Very hard beds and pillows. Please note no breakfast is available. Our air condition (necessary) kept squeaking all through the night. The shower pipe had been broken at some previous point and didn’t work properly.

• Jasper (9/5): Pretty great. - The staff helped me with doing the laundry. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff also called a taxi for us when we left on the final day. There was a bit of dust in the staircase but that's it.
• Monika (5/5): It’s in the center of the city and the room is pretty big. - We were able to change our room when we arrived and realized we booked a wrong one We couldn’t get out the parking lot because a staff member was parking right in front of ours and it took some time for the to figure out who’s it was, so we were a bit late for our next destination
• Shoal (8/5): Good central location - Great location. Free washing machine (available after 5pm but no dryer). Coffee machine down in the foyer (go to the 7-11 next door if you like to add milk). There was only 1 powerpoint in the room. The USB-C charger connection had been broken, but we had one of our own.

• Joe (7/5): Functional hotel for business - The location is convenient. The room was clean, and there were plenty of amenities. Everything was fine for the price I paid. I just wish there was better lighting in the room itself, like a deskside lamp. There's not much natural light coming in from the windows. Also, perforated toilet paper would have been appreciated.

• Gabriel (10/5): Parfait séjour à Andong top confort - Super chambre très spacieuse et confortable avec grand lit double, canapé, télé, frigo, grande salle de bain avec baignoire et tout le nécessaire pour les affaires de toilette (brosse à dent, rasoir, gel douche, etc…). Rapport qualité prix incroyable, proche de nombreux restaurants et accessible facilement en bus. L’hotel est egalement très calme. Check-in et Check-out simple et très rapide. RAS

• Mehmet (8/5): - Comfortable hotel, with a spacious room in a good location. The room wasn't well ventilated and quite warm (early April, outside it was 10 degrees). It did not seem possible to control the room temperature ourselves.
• Debra (7/5): Comfortable - The room and full ensuite bathroom were very spacious. Location was good for transport and local restaurants. Although the room was spacious there was only one small window so it was quite stuffy. The corridor to the room was very dark.

Caught 211 bus directly to Hahoe Village (45 mins) and a bus back to the bus/train terminal. Very easy to get around. Nothing not to like

• Betsy (10/5): First Choice for Hotel Stay in Andong - Everything about this hotel is perfect, starting from the location, amenities and proximity to bus, metro and train stations. Andong Market is 5 minutes walk away and there's a 7 eleven opposite the hotel. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, even though there's a bit of a language barrier. The rooms are enormous and made up every day, including clean bedding. There's a water dispenser and a coffee machine downstairs. This is my number choice when staying in Andong. I can't praise this hotel enough! N/A

• Abdullahi (5/5): - The room was spacious and the hotel is located in an area which is easily accessible to tourist site (Its roughly 40 minutes away from Hahoe village though, if that is the main location you would like to visit.) I don't have any complaints.

Al rientro ci veniva data perfino una maschera.... La colazione era scarsa, il buffet non veniva rifornito ed i primi ad arrivare lo svuotavano.

Staff discreto ma efficiente: check in check out istantanei! Il riscaldamento andava al massimo e non si poteva modificare! Abbiamo trovato la finestra aperta benché la temperatura fuori fosse sotto zero e dopo poco abbiamo capito il motivo. Una misura comunque insufficiente perché il clima nella camera era piuttosto soffocante

Il personale della reception, alla mia lamentela, ha commentato "Forse la descrizione su booking è un po` esagerata". In più, il riscaldamento sempre attivo non è positivo per me: faceva molto caldo
• Sarah (4/5): Good value for money but would not recommend. - Big room, huge bathroom, well located near sights and lots of restaurants. The staff were kind and tried to be helpful despite not speaking English. At best I would say this hotel is just a bit stuck in the past - very dated furnishings and decor. But as a solo female traveler I really felt unsafe. The laundry facilities were down a dark corridor, in a run-down room with a bit of wire to keep the door open. My room had an open ceiling panel leading to ducting above. The room stank of cigarette smoke. There was no chain or bar for the door.

• Cheryl (6/5): Fine for just 1 night - Spacious room and bathroom. Powerful shower. Shampoo, conditioner & body wash were provided. Great location for the Mask Festival. Quite dated & tired. There seemed to be a tent in the parking area which restricted a lot of spaces, we had to park on the road to the side of the hotel.
