• Sandra (6/5): - It was clean The TV didn't work and even after they checked it and we got a signal we could either watch with no sound or we could listen with no picture. We had a second room for our son and his TV worked but kept turning itself of after 30 minutes.

The main problem with the room smelt like cigarette smoke. I was unable to sleep because the pillows smelt like really stale smoke it was terrible.

• Melissa (10/5): Budget friendly comfort - Rooms were clean and comfortable. The rooms had a microwave, kettle & toaster. We stayed in 2 triple rooms and one had a hairdryer. Short walk to supermarkets and food shops Toilet was extremely loud when flushed. No spare pillows supplied

• Emma (8/5): - It was quiet and in a great location with a park to entertain all ages, and the room was very spacious the reception staff were lovely. The room could of used a deep clean a lot of dust and outside the room there was a broken chair and the wifi wouldn’t work from our room

Had some pulling on the door handle throughout the night and discovered in the morning the chain on the door could be easily moved from the outside if you just put your hand in the gap. The room felt like it had the bare minimum in it as well. Will not be recommending.
• Alica (3/5): Disappointed with lack of cleanliness of the rooms - It was close to the centre of Beaconsfield and a great local playground for the kids It was not very clean, floors were gritty, plates and cups were dusty, the curtains were filthy and there was a smell like body odour and men’s deodorant that was unpleasant. Also, the toaster was broken and we tried making toast for the kids for breakfast.

Easy to find. we very much enjoyed our stay. Bed wasn’t to most comfortable for three nights and Could have used some bowls in room for breakfast.

That it would of been nice to be not reminded that checkout was at 10 @ 9:41am when we were just getting ready to walk out the door, and then handing the key back the receptionist while being on the phone and was disrespectful to my daughter and myself will never recommend very rude.
• Tracey (1/5): I’d Rather Be Homeless - Didn’t pathetic discussing and putted Everything from mould to rusty toaster and human ejaculation hidden on bedspread cobwebs I would not let my dog sleep here I have stayed in cheap rooms that are 100 percent realy nice but this was like a brothel and should be condemned as we tried a second room and paid extra for it and was the same outcome so we didn’t stay at all in either room we left after $180 for trash so then paid the same amount at at another property that was quiet nice warm and inviting you realy need to have health and safety go through this motel as your high gene standards are below every standard in the book as you can see from other peoples reviews aswell

The place was held together with duct tape and a bad silicone job, the toaster had burnt plastic on the elements.I would not stay here again until it was drastically improved,

I bought food and brought it back to the room. No fork or knife. Just a tea spoon. There was a toaster but no knife if i wanted to spread something. I also would've loved a face washer for showering.

• Pam (1/5): - Location off the main road and within walking distance to restaurants and supermarket. The sheets were clean. The room was filthy and the furnishings old and looked like they had been picked up from the rubbish somewhere. The cups and spoons provided were filthy, as was the tray they were sitting on, and so was the bench top. I stooped to pick up something from the floor near the bench top, and got a good view of the spider web festooned there. There was no tea towel provided to dry the cups,spoons and tray after I washed them, so it was lucky I had a clean cloth to do that. There was an electric jug and a toaster on the bench - but no crockery or cutlery provided if you did want to cook toast. Bring your own maybe? The curtains also looked like they had been picked up from a rubbish pile, the net curtains were torn and weren't long enough for the window- they were also filthy. The bed springs were almost non existent- they creaked badly and offered no support. The part of the base I could see was also filthy. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights but checked out early. Reception later rang me and told me they weren't going to refund the money I had paid. I had already thought they wouldn't, but wanted to recommend they buy cleaning products with the money. Seriously- check out time is 10 am and check in time is after 2pm, and they can't get the rooms cleaned properly in that time? The motel is in a good position because there are few in the area - spend some money on minor upgrades and do some cleaning, and it can be a business you can be proud of.

• Shannon (3/5): - Large room I didn’t enjoy the smell of wet dog when I first walked in, I had no face washers or hand towels. The room had kitchen amenities however no dish soap, dish cloth or tea towel. After spilling coffee receptionist gave us a box of tissues. The giant cockroach in the shower and the extremely dirty toaster, not even sure how to explain that, definitely ensured we wouldn’t return nor recommended. I understand that it was cheap however some things just can’t be overlooked.

The bed was uncomfortable and had a cheap bed cover ($15 from KMart). It was one of the worst or THE worst room my husband and I have ever stayed in. It was not worth $155 a night and we would never recommend this motel to anyone. We only stayed there as accommodation in the region was all booked out.

I have n - It was close proximity to the function we were attending g The property needs upgrading with a few additional items e.g. no glasses not even to clean your teeth and no ice or crockery.

Tge manager went to storeman and gave me another one. When raining outside. I was inside having a shower. Water was coming down into roof space throufh the exhaust n dropping onto me whilst under shower rose having a shower. Not good. Possible electrocution.
