Aucun charme, aucune tradition vietnamienne... la clientèle russe que cet hôtel reçoit est tres désagréable... L hotel est bruyant , ce n est pas un hotel de touristes mais plutôt un hotel de travail. Nous avons été servi au petit déjeuner par une personne tres désagréable impatiente de nous servir des œufs au plat. Par ailleurs je précise que le lobby bar est réservé aux russes

Еще два момента - перед выездом отель (понятно, что это автоматическая рассылка) прислал уведомление о возможности позднего выезда - по факту, как вы понимаете, ничего предоставлено не было((. Больше всего убило то, что отель не предоставляет утюг и предлагает пользоваться услугами собственной прачечной!))) Мне интересно, при такой стоимости проживания, много народа пользуется этими услугами в отеле?))

По приезду был предложен прохладительный напиток, в номере были приветственные фрукты! За это большой плюс отелю! Отель на второй линии, номер делюкс с частичным видом на море! Завтраки обильные, выбор есть, фрукты 4-5 видов, выпечка 5 видов, даже был сыр, что не часто бывает в Азии! Не Турция, но для Азии отличные! Менеджер на рецепшене русская девушка Карина (если не ошибаюсь) работает отлично, уравновешенная, отвечает и решает все вопросы, было легко! Из вьетнамского персонала хочу отметить девушку по имени Tram, всегда приходит на помощь, интересуется, что еще может сделать! Вообще весь персонал сработал отлично! Приветливые, помогающие и т.д. Полотенца меняют каждый день и пополняют запас воды, кофе и чая! На пляж выдают полотенца! Есть спортзал, посещала каждое утро, людей либо нет либо мало и те сами вьетнамцы! Никто никому не мешает! Есть бассейн…достаточно большой…чистый! Единственный минус. При бронировании отеля заранее в описании была информация про бесплатные лежаки от отеля на пляже! Но когда мы прилетели, то эту опцию отменили, это грустно! Бал снижать не буду, но было чувство разочарования. Лежак можно было оплатить в отеле- 100 тысяч донгов, считаю что для постояльцев отеля у которого есть кусок своего пляжа это дорого! Пусть будут платно, но дешевле! У многих отелей свои лежаки доступны для проживающих в отеле!

- Alexey (8/5): Good hotel with dissapointing beach experience - The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast offers a variety of foods, and the restaurant is spacious. The room is large and is being cleaned daily. The beach experience was a disappointment. Firstly, the hotel page on booking.com states there is a private beach. However, upon arrival, I was told that sunbeds at the hotel's private area at the beach are no longer free and I have to pay 100.000 VND for a bed and umbrella, and payment is to be made at the beach. The person in charge of sunbeds at the beach is a nightmare. He charges tourists 150.000 VND while the paper at the reception clearly states it's 100.000. There was a time when he yelled at me in Vietnamese and refused to provide a sunbed even though there were plenty of spare ones. He is rude and arrogant, and I've seen him yelling at other tourists multiple times. As soon as he receives the money, he forgets about you and won't provide any customer service. The worst staff member compared to the personnel at the hotel. Complaining to the manager didn't help much; the person remained arrogant and continued showing his ignorance to me and other guests. The beach is not being cleaned, full of plastic glasses and cigarette butts. Nobody seems to care about cleaning. I've spoken to tourists staying at other hotels, and they told me they still get free sunbeds from their hotels, so I don't understand why Galina's guests have to pay and deal with this ignorant person who doesn't speak any English.

- Roman (8/5): - Месторасположение отеля очень хорошее, до пляжа 5 минут. Завтраки тоже не плохие, голодным не останешься. Приятный и приветливый персонал. Выдают пляжные полотенца. Уборка выше всяких похвал, каждый день. В отлеь в целом можно ехать, принимая во внимания недостатки описанные ниже. Отель немного подуставший, старенький. В бассейне были наверху были один раз, все печально, больше не пошли туда. Посидеть негде, положить вещи почти некуда, сам бассейн грязноват, плитка разваливается. Здесь писали про собственный пляж, его нет, 3 зонта на пляже на весь отель не в счет. Но это ни коем образом не испортило отдых, лежаки можно брать платно на пляже, а можно лежать на песке на полотенцах, кому как нравится.
- Bảo (10/5): Very professional and recommend - There is an underground parking garage, and the front desk staff were extremely enthusiastic and professional. They paid close attention to small details and were very considerate. I booked a room for two adults and two children, and the hotel thoughtfully arranged an extra bed at no additional cost to make our stay more comfortable. The luggage handler was very polite, helped carry our luggage to the room, and even explained how to use the in-room facilities. I did not receive this level of service at some nearby 5 stars hotels However, the hotel’s facilities are somewhat outdated, and the breakfast buffet offered limited choices. One issue I encountered was with parking. Although my car was initially parked in the basement, once the staff found out it was an electric vehicle, the security guard refused to let me park there and asked me to leave it on the sidewalk. This gave me the impression that the hotel is not welcoming to guests with electric vehicles.

Spacious apartment feel of room with great view of the beach / sea. Good TV in room. Towels replaced daily. Good air con. Clean pool. Shower head in bath was not fully functioning. Pool requires maintenance (number of tiles not in place and grouting irregular). Breakfast was not always warm when it should have been. When we visited the adjoined restaurant we were not offered menus and instead the waiting staff ate their dinner - we left without ordering. Could hear the lift doors opening and closing from the room.

Why wander when you can almost taste the souvenir shop slogans from your window? Unbeatable Price A mere 700 000 VND per night, breakfast included. Mystery Room Size Advertised as a generous 32 m² (344 ft²), but I’d be shocked if it were even 18 m². Thanks to the cunning architectural design of all “x02” corner rooms, mine must’ve been “trimmed” right off the floor plan. Pricing vs. Reality I have no problem with a cozy shoebox - in fact, I’ll even forgive the broken promise of square footage… provided my bill is a proportionate shoebox price. A refund for phantom meters would be ever so polite. Window “Features” The window frame is a modern art installation in decay: it won’t close properly, so enjoy an authentic soundscape of city traffic, shouted conversations, and the constant car horn. Who needs white noise machines when you have Hotel Galina? Bottom line: If you dream of paying full price for half the room and front-row seats to the city’s daytime symphony, this is your nirvana. Otherwise, bring earplugs - and a tape measure.

- Andrew (8/5): Friend staff in a well appointed hotel in the middle of Nha Trang - Hotel had great facilities and was well situated in the heart of Nha Trang. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. The soundproofing in the rooms was pretty bad. It was ok for a few nights until a bus load of noisy guests turned up and then it was bad. Our room was very close to the building next door which were also noisy and smoking on their balcony 2m from our window. :(

The best part of this hotel are its staff who were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was substantial and catered to all types of guests. Our room was very close to the adjacent building and they were quite noisy but with the door closed and the curtains drawn the noise was minimalised. The rooms soundproofing was quite bad, for two nights it didn't matter but on the 3rd night a tour bus came in and the guests seemed to want to just talk loud and play music in the hall and the bad soundproofing was so obvious. I used the gym on one day as it was raining and I didn't go back as it seemed to be full of locals bent on playing loud music and posing.

- john (4/5): Stay somewhere else.Did you pay for these drinks - The hotel it looks like it needs a repet or remodel. cushions on the furniture we're gone. They refilled the water bottles.They were not brand new. Made you wonder which other corners they were cutting to save money. I have stayed there before and I noticed they decline in the cleanliness of the hotel. I am sorry.I am not staying there again.I'm very disappointed. The help staff was wonderful. Very courteous and kind and went out of their way to make sure that we were happy. We felt very safe. And I enjoyed our stay, but the hotel obviously.Has taken a beat in with maintenance. I feel very sad for the owner of the hotel.That needs a better manager.

- Dan (10/5): Totally perfect the breakfast was great plenty of options cooked to order omelets fried eggs etc - Very good location everything was close to three hotel. Laundry around the corner one day service, excellent restaurant all close by. They arrange for a motor bike for me the only negative about this was it should have had at least a litter of fuel where as mine was on empty and I had trouble finding a gas station. Should just rent it full and request it to be returned that way Nothing I really likes the property and staff they were great

We paid for the cheapest treatment for 150k each for an hour in the spa/sauna/jacuzzi/pool and was worth it. Think if you came for a spa day you may be disappointed but we really liked it.

- Jimmy (5/5): Not worth to stay for long vacation - The staff are friendly and the rom is good clean. Breakfast buffet was great. Otherwise big minus is noisy come from the shower of the rom beside or above our rom. Sleep is important for us. In the elevator lack of emergency buttom and buttom for connect to serurity in case the elevator stuck.
