• Sarah (10/5): Beautiful convenient place to experience the Hunter Valley - The room was excellent, and the fridge was stocked with great breakfast items. There was plenty of fire wood to keep us going and the location was very convenient and beautiful.
• Jennifer (10/5): Anniversary getaway with a wine and dumpling experience. - The villas are awesome!! There’s only 8 villas and they’re made so you have a lot of privacy. The view from the deck is so good, so peaceful with the constant sound of bellbirds in the back ground. The split level layout was great with bedrooms and bathroom on the top level and an open plan lounge and kitchen area on the bottom level. The quality of inclusions was awesome with wonderful toiletries in the bathroom and wood provided for the fireplace. Everything was just so nice and comfortable with little extras like hooks on the walls to hang things,bed side lights with charging plates, coffee pod machine, dishwasher, king size bed and a great breakfast provided including eggs, bacon, muffins and juice! There was also butter, jams and spreads, sauces, foil and cling wrap provided as well. This is seriously one of the best BnB places we’ve ever stayed! So close to all the wineries and there’s even the most divine pool for the warmer months. 10/10 If there was one thing that could have added to the villa it would have been a couple of deck chairs on the deck to relax on as well as the outdoor table and chairs. But despite that it was still 10/10

• James (10/5): Overall a really nice place, really well equipped and in a great location. I highly recommend for a weekend getaway in t - The villas are really nice and comfortable and in a really good central location in the Hunter Valley. There were a lot of little things and details that I really appreciated. Being given eggs, bacon, and English muffins as well as milk and a good amount of condiments was a really nice touch. The bbq outside is perfect for cooking breakfast, the fireplace and firewood provided was nice to help warm up in the cold, and the view was amazing. Didn’t use the pool cos it was too cold but I would have loved to if it was warmer. Staff were really nice and helpful, I really appreciated the call to say that we could check out a bit later even though I hadn’t asked. I have nothing bad to say about this place.

Open indeling en kleine badkamer was even wennen maar voldeed wel. Staat als hotel vermeld zijn geschakelde apartementen: geen receptie, geen contact met personeel; geen restaurant; geen schoonmaak of vervangen linnengoed tijdens verblijf. Was met “ontbijt” maar dat was voor verblijf 3 nachten wat er in ijskast zat: 6 eieren/spek/engelse muffins, fles vruchtensap en pakjes melk.

• Vikesh (10/5): Wonderful stay and a gem in the Hunter Valley. - Great accommodation, wonderful views and spacious for the 2 couples. Enjoyed sitting on the vast deck watching kangaroos early morning and evening. Well set up and great beds. The pool looked great and well established with good decking and surrounds. Close and convenient to heaps of vineyards and restaurants. Only suggestion, and not a must have, would be some cupboards in the bedroom. Wonderful place though

Nice views in a peaceful location and comfortable bed. Very nice, private swimming pool. Tiny ensuite with a small handbasin, and the barbecue wasn't usable due to being dirty and having nothing to clean it with. Overall the property wasn't quite as good as the photos appeared.

• Can (6/5): Very Disappointed - I like the location very central to everywhere. Pool was nice too. The villa we stayed wasnt dusted and vacummed there was blonde hair everywhere and floors wasnt cleaned. We mentioned we had a young 17 months old kid and he got sick due to how dirty to floor was as he cant walk he was crawling on the dirty floors. Also I called the reception to asked for a extra toilet papers and sponge for the dishes she said Steve is around the corner and be there soon. Unfortunately Steven never came around. Very disappointed.

• Stephen (10/5): Good quality accommodation with pool in beautiful setting and central location. - A excellent property with a scenic setting centrally located for visiting local towns, wineries, and restaurants. A super swimming pool with umbrellas and sun beds. Nicely furnished units with full equipped kitchen. A large private deck with table and chairs, a BBQ. A no-nonsense shower with instant hot water. Comfy king bed. Air conditioning and ceiling fans. Plenty of breakfast foodstuff provided. We definitely recommend. We would have appreciated dedicated cushions for chairs on deck and stools at kitchen window, and mattresses for sun beds at poolside. We overcame by improvising with pillows and towels and sofa cushions.

Made for a perfect end to a warm summer day in the Hunter.

• Rosana (10/5): A highlight of our trip - Spacious apartment, great views from balcony and pool. Thoughtful breakfast included and handy private BBQ as well! Everything was very well thought out, and the little things like coffee pods for the machine and pool towels were much appreciated. We saw galahs and kangaroos on the property while staying there. The bathroom is not fully walled off from the apartment/bedroom so it can be a bit awkward when using the toilet.

There was hair in the drain in the shower that had not been cleaned out. Felt it could have been cleaner as I was using the facilities.

• Claire (10/5): The perfect location for a Hunter Valley holiday, ideal for couples and families. - We have now stayed 3 times and this is our preferred Hunter Valley accomodation, it is quite in a dutiful setting with stunning views from the bedroom, we love the split level aspect. Maybe some cot hangers.
• Ruth (7/5): Great view and location, room and breakfast bit characterless - Super easy to check in and check out, beautiful view - we watched kangaroos and birds at waterhole, location is great. Bit characterless - literally nothing on the walls except covid regulations and various warning signs and notices. No cushions or mats on pool loungers or outside seating. Breakfast could be improved, it's a gourmet food region and frozen supermarket muffins and one cheaper coffee pod per person per day feels off.

Den var beskidt på bunden og rundt om poolkanten lå der afføring i tre bunker fra dyr der er fløjet ind/kommet ind over hegnet. Virkelig ulækkert. Så intet til personalet.

Vil - Villa was very modern and well equipped, in a great location close to everything in the Hunter Valley Beds were very lumpy and uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good sleep

• Matthew (8/5): Overall a well located place with a nice pool and great views. The bathroom is a problem. - Great location at the Centre of wine country. Quite private considering all villas are attached to each other. Beautiful views from room balcony. Very good supplies provided for breakfast in the fridge. Bathroom wall doesn’t reach the ceiling so steam, noise, smell can just come over the wall. And the bathroom is very narrow. The bed wasn’t great, and some cleaning issues were evident. Eg balcony had someone’s hair and the neighbors rubbish bins were left overflowing for a couple of days. Coffee pods were undrinkable. We never met any staff to let them know.

• Malcolm (7/5): More customer focus needed but handy for the Hunter. - Clean unit, which although 'aging', had undergone some relatively recent refurbishment. Good location and pool. On arrival and for our first night there was no power nor (for a period) water as a result of a storm 24 hours before. The fridge with breakfast supplies had defrosted. Although we were notified before arrival of the power outage a battery lantern was not brought until a phone call to the owner after dark (in fairness the power company had said the power would be restored and much later a second battery light was found under the sink which neither we nor seemingly the owners were aware of at the time of the outage !). By the next morning the water was again running and after breakfast (cooked on the outside gas barbecue) the owner replaced the bacon and juice at which point the power was restored. Although the owner was very solicitous our suggestion that a 'complimentary' bottle of wine would be appreciated was ignored. Whilst correct in stating the problem was due to abnormal weather and the power company the owner seemed oblivious to the fact that we had paid $300+ for a night in a unit without power and unpredictable water supply !

Loved how they supplied breakfast and condiments. Villa wasn’t very clean. The door on the bathroom was noisy - needs so WD40. I was sleeping in the sofa so everytime someone went to the toilet of a night the door would wake me up. Suggest a few more toilet rolls.
