Joni (7/5): - Hotelli oli hieno ja siisti. Mukava henkilökunta ja altaalta löytyi aina tilaa. Hyvä aamiainen ja allasbaarin tarjonta hyvää. Myös kaikki ruoka mitä tilasimme oli hyvää. Hotellin sijainti ei ole paras, jos haluaa liikkua kävellen. Hotelli sijaitsee vilkkaan tien lähellä, jonka joutuu ylittämään aina, jos haluaa kävellä rantaa kohti. Hotellin järjestämä rantakuljetus oli hyvä, mutta usein ruuhkainen.

Pool is excellent The location is a bit far out so would need a taxi to go into the main town but it’s not very expensive. Also the staff were lovely when we arrived very welcoming but when we were leaving our taxi was waiting for us with the meter on and the hotel staff wouldn’t let us leave until they checked our room which I had told them was perfect

Shohrukh (8/5): Pretty good hotel - Breakfast was really good and the manager treated us well. Rooms are also cozy. They also provide a shuttle and a towel for the beach which was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. Location is far from everything. It is only possible to move by taxi. Also during check-out the staff's behavior was unpleasant who requested 0.80$ for snack. Although I asked them to remove everything from mini bar.

WH (9/5): Fantastisch locatie, mooie zwembad en kamer! Ik kom heel graag terug - Zwembad is uitstekend voor als je baantjes wil trekken. Lang genoeg en het is schoon en mooi. Ontbijt is met name Thais, maar er zijn ook brood, kaas en worstjes. Koffie uit de machine is goed genoeg. Personeel is heel vriendelijk. Ze hebben ook luggage service als je bij het uitchecken je koffers even bij het hotel wil achterlaten. Gym heeft voldoende apparaten en gewichten voor een goede workout. De kamerindeling en meubilair zijn heel handig. Toilet en douche/bad zijn gescheiden en de wastafel is ook daarvan gescheiden. Een hele lange tafelblad is echt super handig. En locatie is vlakbij Kata beach met winkels en restaurants. Eigenlijk niets. Alleen als je terugloopt naar het hotel van de winkelstraten in de buurt, dan moet je wel een flinke helling omhoog lopen bij het hotel. Maar het is goed voor je conditie :)

MIGOUEL (10/5): - Un hôtel de standing, j'ai adoré et je ferai bien un autre séjour!! Bon rapport qualité prix. Chambre au top!! Personnel gentil surtout au restaurant. Très bon petit déjeuner ,copieux. Nous avons mangé pour nos deux soirée au resto également on a pas été déçus. Piscine super avec jaccuzzi les photos relatent bien l'hotel!! Pas de seven eleven proche dommage....

Anna (9/5): When we raised the issue with our air conditioner, the staff did everything they could to make us comfortable. They atte - The Yama hotel has amazing staff who truly go above and beyond are very kind and helpful. The pool area is clean, breakfast is good, and both the gym and spa are well equipped. Rooms are tidy and they match the photos on their website. The air conditioners need cleaning. They seemed a little moldy, which made the rooms smell a bit damp.

Нина (9/5): - Хорошая гостиница. Отличные завтраки большой выбор, овощи, фрукты, выпечка, кофе, соки. Дети не оставались голодными. Каждый день меняют полотенца. Можно взять дополнительное полотенце. Меняют постельное белье. Есть бесплатный трансфер до пляжа и обратно, но надо записываться. Так же есть ресторан, где всегда можно вкусно поесть. Цены не высокие. Есть спа, можно сходить на массаж. И есть тренажёрный зал. Для малышей есть детская комната. Немного странные стены в ванной, выглядит как неоконченый ремонт. Ну это мелочи. Гостиница находится на возвышенности, пешком не комфортно по жаре идти. Но с учётом, что есть бесплатный трансфер, это не проблема.
Bibi Rushaa (10/5): Thank you Yama Phuket - The hotel is CLEAN, room is massive, balcony with an amazing view. The staffs are extraordinary sweet, humble with such a positive energy. They've made my short stay one of the best stay in Thailand. Location. A little bit far from Patong or Old Town Phuket but they do offer free shuttle to/from the hotel to/from Kata beach.

Podłoga w pokoju nie była odpowiednio czysta – chodzenie boso powodowało szybkie brudzenie stóp poza tym pokój był bardzo czysty.

Adriane (6/5): - Pool was nice. Jacuzzi could have been hotter Location is not that great. The shuttle to the beach is every 2 hrs and not very convenient. Not walkable to the beach due to the heat and distance. The last shuttle is very early and a little before sunset. I wish it was a bit later and the shuttle run more frequently. I asked them to fill my water bottle at the restaurant and they refused. Also I order food in my room the day before my departure and I did not feel good afterwards. It was expensive for the amount of food. I told them when checking out that I had stomachache from the food and they still charged me the full amount. I would not stay there again. I will look for a place near the beach. Kata beach is really nice but very crowded and you have to rent beach chairs. The hotel is also 30min bike ride from the hotel. One hour from the airport.

Freya (8/5): Nice hotel and friendly staff - Hotel was nice and clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Looked exactly as the pictures suggested. Couldn’t smoke at all on the balcony.. I think that should be stated when purchasing as you can be fined! Have to go to a smoking area at the end of the carpark which isn’t really what you want on holiday. If you like to walk on holiday.. the walk from the hotel to beach isn’t great.. very hard to cross the extremely chaotic road outside
SITI RAFIDAH (7/5): Location was a bit far if you need to go to a convenient store. My concern is only the lightings in the room and mainta - My son loves the pool and bed The bathroom lights are a little too dim, the sink area should have slightly brighter light and we can see maintainence walking through the balcony while taking a shower as the glass door was only quarter frosted. Small roaches were seen as well coming out from the side of the bed and near the tv console area. Hotel management should invest on having aircon after reception area as we all know phuket’s weather is crazy at times!

Limpeza estava ótima. Forneciam roupão e chinelo de cortesia. Acomodação conta com transfer gratuito para praia de Kata. Funcionários muito gentis e simpáticos, em especial Joke e Tong. Apenas para alertar que a acomodação fica um pouco afastada do centro turístico, mas foi excelente para mim, sendo silenciosa e imersa na natureza. Fácil acesso com aplicativos de transporte.

The pool was really nice with a relaxed atmosphere, a comfortable space to spend time in A little far away from the beech and main area for restaurants and markets etc. The hotel bus service was very handy and taxis are plentiful and cheep.

Julia (10/5): Gorgeous hotel with amazing staff - Great hotel with amazing staff, the room was clean and roomy with a comfy bed. Pool and poolside bar were very good, perfect temperature and decent prices with an amazing happy hour. Shout out to Nate who would always make sure we were comfortable and happy, thanks Nate for making our trip even better! Only downside is location, a bit of a long walk to the beach and main street but it is helped by the hotel offering a shuttle service to and from the Hotel and Kata Beach at select times.

Firstly, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, especially Nate, the receptionist, and Chom, the security guard. Secondly, the breakfasts were delicious every day, with a wide selection of fruits, vegetables, hot dishes, and pastries. Thirdly, the hotel was beautiful and clean. Our rooms were cleaned every day. The distance from the sea isn't a negative. You can stroll around and enjoy the city, or you can book a shuttle service to and from the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay♥️

Lukasz (5/5): Eine Nacht ist hier mehr als genug - Das Hotel war gut gelegen, wenn man zum Big Buddah möchte. Die Lobby ist sehr schön und das Personal im Restaurant sehr zuvorkommend. Das Personal außerhalb des Restaurants war unaufmerksam und desinteressiert. Man musste stets selbst auf sich aufmerksam machen und wurde nie gegrüßt. Das Zimmer das wir erhalten haben, muss das schlechteste des Hauses sein. Es war abgenutzt und hatte nahezu kein Tageslicht, da wir in die Tag und Nacht beleuchtete Garage schauen durften. Von einem Balkon zu sprechen, der in die Garage schaut, empfinden wir als absolute Frechheit. Die Abnutzung war insbesondere im Schlafraum deutlich. Siehe hierzu die Bilder.

Noélie (8/5): Super séjour - Très bel hôtel et personnel très serviables. Nous avions une chambre très bruyante la première nuit et Tong nous a trouvé une solution direct avec une chambre superbe et moins bruyante. Les massages de Fern était tout simplement top. Le petit déjeuner très copieux et le système de navette pratique mais dommage que ça s’arrête à 18h. Dommage c’est un peu loin de la ville mais heureusement y’a quand même une navette malgres qu’elle s’arrête à 18h.
