The traffic noise and the sad screeching of the neighbours caged parrots wasn’t what I was expecting. Our room faced the noisy highway. Traffic day and night…even though Alt was on a quiet little back street.

• Brian (3/5): Receptionist is rude and a scammer, avoid ! - The location is a 5-10 minute walk to nana plaza good location and they offer free shuttle service to nana plaza from the hotel I booked the hotel because in one of the public messages about the hotel they quoted you could check in early if the room was available with no fee, I asked if my room was available and they said yes however you need to pay 500 baht to check in early , clearly a scam I then stated that’s not the hotels policy according to the online messages on booking.com the hotel states early check with no fee if the room is available they then tried to call me a liar until I showed them and they got flustered before eventually letting me check in early, as I was walking to my room the receptionist muttered we usually charge 500 baht per person (she was visibly annoyed ) bottom line guys the staff clearly trying to make a side hustle by scamming people out of 500 baht a time for early check in despite the rooms being available , don’t give them your business , it put a sour taste in my mouth from the get go knowing they tried to scam me , definitely won’t be back oh and side note the property opposite the hotel has massive aviary’s with parrets in them so if u like listening to bird squawking all morning good luck getting a long lie in after being out all night

The spa staff here are wonderful and provide great service, but unfortunately, the facilities don't match their effort. The spa room had a strange atmosphere and the massage bed was uncomfortable. It’s hard to recommend the spa for relaxation until the rooms and equipment are improved, despite how good the team is.
• Karl Johan (6/5): OK - You did not ask about breakfast. It was ok, but very asian focused. Would have liked to see more bacon, beans. Also would have liked a yogurt alternative to the sweet fake red colored sugar sauce. A good plain yogurt is what you need, people can add flavor as they like. I also got a lot of vouchers for not asking for change of sheets, however I do not know how I would use them as I had breakfast included.

• Tatjana (9/5): - Sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer war angemessen groß, es gab Kühlschrank, Safe und super Klimaanlage; Lage gut (nächster 7/11 nur 2mal ums Eck) ;) Wäscheservice 150 Baht/Kilo. An meinem letzten Tag hatte ich ein massives Leck im Badezimmer, das danach halb unter Wasser stand. War jetzt nicht schlimm, aber irgendwas ist da ausgelaufen/schiefgelaufen ;) Möbel schon etwas abgewohnt (Hotel hat halt viel Durchlauf, denke ich).

Overall the facilities have so far met expectations, clean & well maintained. I have noticed the soundproofing between rooms in the old block is lacking, conversations (etc) in the adjacent rooms carry right through the wall. It's not a problem as long as your neighbours are quiet

Le petit déjeuner est plus que correct. La qualité de la literie est confortable. La salle de sport et la piscine sont appréciables. Hôtel proche de toute commodités. Les photos qui étaient sur le site ne décrivent pas la réalité extérieure de l’hôtel. Je ne savais pas que l’hôtel donné sur deux bâtiments différents. (Un de l’autre côté de la rue). Le lieu où j’étais se trouvait dans une impasse où le bruit de l’extérieur était très gênant (fête et musique à fond la nuit). D’ailleurs heureusement que l’hôtel avait fourni des bouchons d’oreilles. Beaucoup de chantier autour de l’hôtel. Je ne m’attendais pas à ça.

• Fawaz (8/5): طاقم رائع و مبنى سيء - الإفطار جيد , و كذلك الموقع. و الطاقم ودود جدا و محترم و متجاوب مع الشكاوى و التاكسي الذي طلبوه للعودة إلى المطار كان بسعر معقول كذلك هناك خدمة توصيل لمحطة المترو . التكييف كان معطل و الغرفة حارة جداً حاول الطاقم معالجة المشكلة بوضع مكيف صغير متنقل لكنه لم يكن يبرد جيداً . أيضا شطاف الماء كان يسرب و طلبت تغييره لكن لم يتغير. المبنى قديم جداً و بحاجة إلى صيانة للمرافق , خاصة التكييف.
