• Bence (9/5): Lotte Hanoi is always a treat. This time the room had a Samsung air purifier too. - The staff really goes the extra mile. Somehow food smell from the corridor got into the room. This is the first time this happened.
• KATSUHISA (9/5): Hanoi is a city of gourmet food. - Since it is a landmark hotel, it is convenient to get around when using services like Grab. It is also close to the Japanese district and there are many local food shops. The night view from the hotel window is also impressive. The breakfast on the 63rd floor is world-class and very satisfying. We did not use the lounge on the 59th floor, but we are looking forward to it next time. On the day of check-in, I aimed for the 59th floor. However, I was stopped on the 1st floor and told to go to the 38th floor. I showed my reservation slip and explained that I was checking in on the 59th floor. However, they did not accept this, which was very disappointing. They said they needed to check my passport. Finally, they understood the reservation details. I don’t know whether it was because of my appearance or the brand of my travel bag that they made their judgment. This was the only very disappointing point on this trip.

• Josian (9/5): J’y retourne volontier - Le rapport qualité/prix est très bon. La chambre est bien équipée et confortable. La vue est vertigineuse du 58eme étage où j’avais ma chambre. Être en étage élevé permet de s’éloigner du bruit extérieur malgré la bonne insonorisation de la chambre. Le renouvellement des bouteilles d’eau tous les jours est fort apprécié. Le petit déjeuner offre un large choix. Les fruits sont très bons. Le repas du soir inclus dans l’offre club était une surprise à l’arrivée. Ça n’empêche pas de sortir dîner dehors même si la proposition du soir est bonne. Le centre fitness au 7ème étage, outre les équipements de sport, permet d’accéder à la piscine et au sauna. L’espace est très beau. L’emplacement était bien pour mon travail mais excentré des lieux de vie nocturne qu’on peut retrouver dans le vieux quartier mais permet de rester au calme si on préfère.

• 384gunjang (10/5): Amazing stay ❤️❤️ Thanks to Mr Duong - I have a lot of good things to say but i will begin with thanking Mr Duong at the reception on 38th floor ..what an amazing guy.. he not only took great care of me and my husband but also helped in every possible way to get back our bag-pack which we forgot in the cab, on our way to the hotel…secondly i relished the food at the restaurant..being a vegetarian i was skeptical about getting veg food there but there were plenty of veg dishes for lunch..all the staff members are welcoming and hardworking, always smiling and very courteous.. the view from our room on 52nd floor was amazing…and cherry on top was the roof top bar which is also an observatory and u get a beautiful view of the entire city with great music…location of the hotel is amazing..ten on ten ❤️❤️

I’m - I have stayed at the Lotte Hotel twice and the Lotte Residence 10+ times throughout the last 5 years and my experience has always been world class! The staff is incredible and they feel like family now! Everyone knows my name and they are always so kind and helpful. The manager Dennis is exceptional and the best employee I have ever worked with at any hotel in the world! I will never stay anywhere else in Hanoi.

The Lotte is a fabulous hotel and although just away from the Old Town, a Grab Taxi is only around 50 Dong. Service 5⭐️Facilities 5⭐️Food 5⭐️ The Club Floor and personal service by Linh (Assistant Mgr) and her staff Thuy were amaaazing. Even though she had finished her duty Linh stayed behind and sought us out to check on us. Its time for her to be a Manager 😉 Don’t look elsewhere, just book your stay, you won’t regret it!

• Marco Gabriel (10/5): Hervorragend! - Unser Zimmer im 48. Stock bot uns einen unglaublichen Ausblick über Hanoi. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und komfortabel, allein das Badezimmer und die Dusche waren riesig. Das Bett war äusserst bequem und so platziert, dass man selbst von dort aus über die ganze Stadt blicken konnte. Die Nespresso Maschine im Zimmer war zusätzlich ein schönes Plus — so konnten wir an einem regnerischen Tag vom Bett aus mit Kaffee dem quirligen Treiben Hanois zusehen. Die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr, sehr freundlich. Der Herr beim Check-In war extrem herzlich und man konnte wirklich spüren, dass er seinen Job nicht nur machte, sondern liebte: Er war äusserst humorvoll, sehr engagiert und wahnsinnig herzlich im Umgang. Dies fiel uns zusätzlich aber nicht nur bei ihm, sondern bei fast allen Mitarbeitenden auf: Man wurde wahrgenommen, vom Reinigungspersonal über das Restaurant bis hin zum Check-Out: Persönlich auf ganzer Linie und stets darauf fokussiert, zu helfen. Wirklich toll! Einziger Nachteil (aber das wussten wir im Voraus) ist die Lage: Das Hotel liegt nicht in der Altstadt. Bis zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten läuft man circa eine Stunde. Für uns war das Hotel nach der Kreuzfahrt dennoch die richtige Wahl zum Verweilen und Entspannen. Durch die Lage ist die Fahrt zum Flughafen deutlich kürzer wie als aus der Altstadt.

I expected delicious, strong, Vietnamese black coffee. Instead, it seemed like standard ‘institutional’ coffee. This is a small item, and my only criticism. I am returning to the hotel later this week, and will stay here on any future trips to Hanoi.

• MONA (9/5): a very pleasant last minute booking which started our holiday on the perfect note ! - breakfast spread was excellent. The room size was also excellent and a very lovely modern room. The view of the city was good because we were on a higher floor we got a great panoramic view of the city. there wasn't really anything i didn't like. The location is in a business area so for a tourist that was perhaps the only small thing that was inconvenient as we had to go 30 minutes minimum to reach the French quarter or Old Quarter.

• Jet54403722099 (10/5): A Wonderful Experience at Lotte Hotel Hanoi - We spent a few days on vacation in Hanoi and chose Lotte Hotel Hanoi as our place to stay. The room was beautiful, clean, and well equipped with modern facilities. There were three complimentary meals for our whole family, along with free access to the swimming pool and gym. Lotte Department Store is also conveniently located right next to the hotel. All the staff were very friendly, especially Ms. Thuy Pham from the Club Floor team. She welcomed us with a warm smile, delicious welcome tea, and refreshing cold towels. Thuy also introduced us to many great facilities in the hotel such as the swimming pool, gym, bar, and the restaurants both inside and outside the hotel. In addition, she recommended many interesting places to explore in Hanoi — something that would have taken us a lot of time to research on our own without her support. We would like to send our sincere thanks to Thuy and all the Club Floor staff, as well as the entire hotel team. You are all very well trained and truly dedicated to delivering excellent experiences to your guests. We will definitely choose Lotte Hotel again whenever we return to Hanoi and will highly recommend it to our friends who are planning to travel to Vietnam.

• clct75 (10/5): My new favorite hotel in Hanoi - Our family had a great stay Lotte Hotel. It felt like a true retreat amidst the bustle of Hanoi. The rooms were quiet, modern, and comfortable. The service was excellent throughout, especially in the Club Lounge. The Club staff were attentive and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. A highlight was the surprise birthday cake for my husband. We appreciated Thanh in the Club Lounge, who took amazing care of our family with genuine warmth and friendliness. This will be my hotel of choice for future Hanoi travel.
