The staff were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to make sure every guest felt welcome and comfortable. Their professionalism and friendly attitude added so much to our stay. The hotel itself is a serene escape from the bustling city, quiet, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. I was able to relax with the pool and fully without the usual noise and distractions, making it perfect for unwinding. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed, adding to the overall comfort. Highly recommend for those seeking a calm and relaxing getaway with excellent service.

- 819minhv (2/5): SO BAD EXPRIENCE - The staff is not good. Bad English, bad manners, laundry so expensive. When ask the receptinist laundry calculate by kilos. But when back laundry, another receptinist give the bill by 1 by 1 ( clothes ). About 2 kilos is 1392 bath. Bad exprience. Not come back agains.

No luggage service, the baggage porters just stand there watching, quite unusual in Thailand, most hotels even the security guards would help you.

I dont' like the ''Dont' do ...!'' signs everywhere. Especially the one about toilet paper. Throwing used toilet paper into an open bin next to toilet is something SO disgusting! And you want to charge me 3000,- THB if I dont do it? Do your job and install proper pipes in your sewage system, like in any other civilized country. Breakfast is good, fresh coffee. Staff actually cleaning tables and being helpful.

Poolen är helt okej så även frukosten. Jag som gillar att träna skulle önska mer av Fitnessrummet, för litet helt enkelt.

Lovely clean restaurant (KRISLICIOUS) and really well designed/furnished. Ordered off the menu which caters primarily for Thais. Food was very good, tasty and very well presented. Ordered a Blue Hawaii cocktail, which came in a bucket !!!! Very good, strong enough and at only 179 baht it's a steal !!!! Light lunch including cocktail and Watermelon smoothie, came to 550 baht. Absolute bargain. Staff were superb and even showed us around the hotel. If I ever needed a place to stay I would definitely stay here. Will return again and again !

- Alicenram (8/5): Nice Stay - I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with family. The room was so nice and clean. Noodles at hotel's restaurant was so delicious and price is not expensive at all. Only breakfast wasnt as I expected. It should be more choices of fruits and food. Staff was friendly.
- Patzy (8/5): Quaint hidden treasure in Pattaya - Booked a night stay with this place. Though its out of town area but it has a certain charm to it. Staff is a bit slow at the reception but other than that, loved the room, loved the tub, and the fact that smoking is only allowed in the balcony makes the room has a fresh smell when you walk in. For smokers you might want to book the rooms with a balcony. Other than the rowdy tour groups this place is quite serene. Will be back the next time I am in Pattaya. Too bad I only had a night stay but was good enough to experience the lovely room.

We got upgraded and had the room with the balcony. The moment I stepped inside, I fell in love. The bathroom is AMAZING!!! For a decent sized room that Bathtub with the sliding door really took me away. And I can see why they won an award. Because of the non smoking in room policy, the rooms smell fresh and the room itself is gorgeous. Everything was CLEAN. The balcony, bathroom. Not a single thing out of place. They really stayed true to their theme. For those who wants to be in the city centre, this is not the place for you. But if you like quiet and serenity this is perfect. Minus the jam it would take 20-30 mins to reach city centre. However it is very near the expressway to Bangkok. So travelling out of Pattaya from this hotel is quiet accessible. I rate the room a 10 out of 10. Hope the management keeps up the good job in maintaining the hotel and I am already planning my next stay there. Thank you for the memorable stay even though it was for just a night!

- jajavalB (8/5): Cool hotel in Pattaya Nua , near lotus supercenter - This brand new hotel ( operates for now 2 years) is 7 storeyed building with swimming pool and small compact fitness center. It accommodates conference room on top floor, which capacitates 200-300 attendants. The room is wide and equipped with thin comforting my stay , including hair dryer, slippers, safety box , LCD TV and etc. there is some zones where is still undercontruction. This hotel is not by the sea.
- Tonilaird (10/5): Fantastic value for money! - Fantastic value for money! We found all the staff to be courteous, and very professional. It didn’t matter if they were front desk, security, concierge, or housekeeping as every staff member we came across were very friendly. A nice touch which could even put some 5 star hotels to shame was when going for breakfast on the second morning the waiter actually asked if ‘I’d like my eggs poached the same as yesterday’! I was amazed he remembered that and even asked me! The bed was very comfortable and everything clean. We booked the room with a bath for a little more and it was well worth it. We loved their restaurant decorated with some tasteful art and a few giant teddy bears sitting around! Lovely touch giving that feeling from home. It is actually walking distance to the beach but coming g back you have a slight hill. With all their lovely cakes (not forgetting their cake buffet), what better way to burn those calories. Would I stay there again - absolutely YES!

Salty water in a nice swimming pool with no pain eyes, attentive staff and no people around to know this place made my day.
- EthanYY (8/5): Excellent brand new hotel - Searched online and decided to book and try this new hotel in pattaya with room type -- Deluxe room. The location is a bit far from night life (if you aim at night light, this hotel is not great chioce), however this trip doesn't aim to night life as I need a quite place, so here is the place. Up on check in, everything is good, Front Desk always give smile, welcome drinks and so on, after a quick check in, we reach the room. The room is brand new and everything is just nice and over our expectation since this is 3.5 star property (it facilities can rate it as 4 stars). Comfortable bed and room size is just alright as well. The most I love for the room is their TV channels since it up to 80 channels which you hardly find any another hotel in Pattaya provide such great offer. Another thing I love is their water support system, their water supply just stable and great, you will not find the problem you always experienced from another pattaya hotel (suddenly cold and hot), here it just stable and comfortable. The bathtub is also nice as it come with nice size. Apart from the room, the hotel restaurant and sweet house definately make this hotel even more greater. The food is superb and staff proformed great service. I can tell you that the sweet house --- Krislicious is on my wife's must visit list for Pattaya. Breakfast buff is also nice, much much better than some official 4 stars hotel. The pool is also nice with salt water. Only unhappy thing to me happened at check out. The housekeeper is just so blind and claim I used in-house mini bar which I never touch it. Fortunately, the helpful front desk investigate and case resolved. After I drive out from hotel, I received a call from hotel and saying their manage does apoology for the issue with housekeeper and would like to offer me something free of charge (I was driving didn't heard what is that). However wish such service and attitude, what hotel offered is not important anymore. I will definately give another visit sooner rather than later. Overall this is a great hotel to stay.

- neil (8/5): Nice hotel just built - Nice hotel brand new resteraunt quite nice and not to pricey staff very nice it's a bit away from beach but easy enough to get to quiet area perfect if you want a more relaxing time
- family guy (2/5): Both the Expedia Map and Hotel Info is Wrong! - Location Of the hotel is completely somewhere else!! Both the expedia map and description shows the hotel property in central pattaya however it is located in the north pattaya!!
