• Maciej (10/5): - Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans ce riad. Tout était parfait du début à la fin ! Le riad est idéalement situé, ce qui permet de visiter facilement la ville. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil, attentionné et toujours prêt à aider. Les chambres étaient très propres et agréables, et une grande et magnifique terrasse. Mention spéciale également pour la nourriture : que ce soit le petit-déjeuner ou les repas du soir, tout était absolument délicieux!

Le Jardin des rêves est dans la Médina, proche aussi de Guéliz (jardin Majorelle). Accueil personnalisé et conseils pratiques donnés en français impeccable par notre hôte Khalid. Chambre très confortable et propre. Piscine rafraîchissante et rooftop de rêve. Possibilité de manger sur place et sur mesure. Bref, un excellent choix.

Mais je voudrais surtout saluer la bienveillance, la disponibilité, la gentillesse de toute l'équipe, notamment remercier Khalid très soucieux de notre bien être, toujours prêt à nous satisfaire et Imane qui prodigue des conseils sur les visites incontournables. Sans oublier le reste de l'équipe Myriam et Hafida, un grand merci. Une précieuse adresse, un riad mais surtout un havre de paix. Aucune fausse note

• Jean Pierre (3/5): Riad des désillusions !!!! - La propreté et c’est tout Aucun accueil. Les photos sur la page booking sont trompeuses, voire mensongères. Aucun accès à la terrasse abandonnée pour le petit déjeuner. Pas de bouteille d’eau dans la chambre. Que 5 tables pour le petit déjeuner alors qu’il y a 6 chambres. Petit déjeuner préparé par le veilleur de nuit, pas de thé noir, nous avons dû aller en acheter. Au final le pire riad que nous ayons eu après 10 séjours à Marrakech. En fait il dépend d’une société qui gère à l’économie un parc de 6 Riadh. A déconseiller vivement.

• Zeljka (9/5): Mycket fint - Åkte med kompis och kollega till kongress i Marrakesh. Fantastisk läge, i Medina, lugnt på natten. Vårt rum på taket var fin. Jättefin utsikt över staden mot Kotubia moskée och Atlasbergen som kan ses när vädret är klart. Vi hade taket för det mesta för oss. Personalen trevlig. Ibrahim och Khalid var mycket trevliga och fixade frukost till oss. Ingen dörr till badrummet, men det gick bra. Frukost serveras 8.30, men det var egentligen ingen fara för vi fick frukost tidigare i överenskommelsen med personalen.

They have a nice rooftop terrace where we had our breakfast. The design of the building is beautiful, though it looks better in the pictures. The road we took coming from the airport to this place got us on the worst smelling street in all the medina. In all fairness, there are 5 other riads in that specific area so other people must have been in the area and experienced this as well but I really wish someone had mentioned this in the reviews. There was also a bad smell from the bathroom in the room (the bathroom doesn’t have a door either, just a curtain). I get that this is a very old building and the smell is probably hard to fix, but I feel like people should be aware of this before booking. I don’t know if all riads are like this. I really wanted to try one. And there you have my honest review

• Smith (10/5): - Our first time to Marakech. The riad staff Khalid, Miriam and Iman were so wonderful, informative and made us feel like it was our home too with great breakfasts. Evening food a chicken Tagine was great and made our trip 5 star with the little things needed, helping with the early set off day trips planned. A nice relaxing rooftop for sun worshippers before a busy souk. Honestly the team are a credit to Marakech. Definitely worth a visit for a truly wonderful 9 days. Very upsetting to see underwait cats crying before entering the Riad. I do appreciate they probably don't belong to the Riad but they do an important job keeping mice and rats at bay.

Mr. Khalid greeted us professionally and warmly. He even arranged a to-go breakfast for us in the morning since we had to leave early. It was exceptional, and the food was delicious. Overall, this stay was wonderful. Many thanks. The only downside was that we couldn’t stay longer than one night. It was so beautiful that we didn’t want to leave.

The room was big enough, with comfy bed and aircon (rare to find) the bathroom big as well with big shower. Definitely will stay again. They clean the room everyday Glass door so the soundproof is not so good.

On est un peu réveillés la nuit si des voyageurs arrivent en pleine nuit, malheureusement mais c’est l’insonorisation des riads en général. La piscine n’était pas très propre à notre arrivée, mais a été nettoyée plus tard. Nous recommandons ce logement, bon rapport qualité prix !

• Rui (4/5): Riad Jardin des Rêves offers a charming traditional atmosphere, but improvements to soundproofing and reliability of the - My partner and me recently stayed four nights at Riad Jardin des Rêves in Marrakesh and overall had a pleasant experience, with a few notable drawbacks. The riad’s location is excellent — well situated for exploring the Medina while still feeling tucked away enough to escape the busiest streets. The traditional Moroccan breakfast each morning was very good, with fresh local items that felt authentic and satisfying. Our room was clean and well maintained throughout the stay, and the staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The 24/7 reception was also reassuring and convenient. In terms of value for money, the riad offers a solid experience at a reasonable price. However, there were a few downsides. The bed could have been slightly longer for better comfort. The room doors are made of metal and thin glass, which means soundproofing is unfortunately very poor — you can clearly hear conversations and activity from the common areas. Light sleepers may struggle. The biggest issue during our stay was a malfunction with the hot water system affecting our room. We had to take cold showers on three out of the four nights, which was obviously disappointing. The riad did provide a small discount on the local taxes as a gesture to mitigate the inconvenience, which we appreciated, but it was still an unfortunate disruption to the overall comfort of our stay.

• Maria Antonia (10/5): Oasi di pace a Marrakech - La struttura è molto bella e curata, ma ciò che fa davvero la differenza è la gentilezza dei gestori, che ci hanno fatto sentire come se fossimo a casa. Su 4 giorni, siamo partiti prestissimo 2 mattine e ci hanno fatto trovare la colazione buona e abbondante in vaschette da asporto che abbiamo potuto portare con noi durante le escursioni. Le camere sono belle e soprattutto profumate e sempre pulitissime (dettaglio non scontato, anche in strutture ben recensite). La posizione è ottima, fuori dal centro più “agguerrito” della Medina, ma in un quartiere vivo e molto autentico, molto sicuro per tornare a casa anche di sera tardi e comodo per raggiungere qualsiasi posto in una decina di minuti. Insomma, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, se tornassi a Marrakech, soggiornerei di nuovo qui. Grazie di tutto! Tutto perfetto

Le petit déjeuner était très bon et copieux, parfait pour bien commencer la journée. Le lieu est magnifique, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, et idéalement situé pour visiter la ville à pied. Nous avons eu la chance d’inaugurer une toute nouvelle chambre : elle était superbe, très confortable et parfaitement aménagée. Nous recommandons ce riad sans hésitation et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Piscine en travaux mais à cet période ce n’est pas dérangent, nous avons pu avoir la chambre sur la terrasse et cela est un plus. Nous avons pu avoir nos déjeuner préparé en avance dans des boites transportable pour les différentes excursions que nous avions réserver !! Massage sur place avec prix avantageux ! Les déjeuner était très très bon. L’intérieur du Ryad n’est pas aussi chaleureux que sur les photos mais cela ne nous a pas déranger, nous étions tout les jours à l’extérieur pour visiter :) Ryad très bien placer !! À 15min de la place en passant dans les souks c’est génial !! Et 15/20 min des jardins majorelle ! Les petites ruelles pour s’y rendre ne sont pas très attirantes… mais nous n’avons eu aucun problèmes, il y a toujours les mêmes personnes, on finit donc pas s’y habituer.
