- Ivan (10/5): всё очень понравилось - Волшебное место, всё очень понравилось. В СПА не успели, так как провели 2 дня, гуляя вокруг озера по прекрасному лесу.
- Maksim (8/5): - Отель расположен в лесу. Недалеко (50 км) от Санкт-Петербурга. Дорога из города комфортная. Территория курорта обширная - удобна для прогулок, дорожки благоустроенные. Рядом озеро. Зимой можно покататься с горок. Есть прокат спорт инвентаря для детей и взрослых. У апартаментов (домики слотами для гостей с отдельными входами) оборудованы для проживания. На улице у каждого входа есть мангал. Удобная парковка у апартаментов. Есть рестораны. В апартаментах есть второй этаж. Лестница может быть не очень комфортна для проживания с маленькими детьми. В целом отдых понравился. Персонал доброжелательный.

- Arsen (8/5): Приятно ,что есть такие места для отдыха и досуга - Шикарное место во всем северо-западном районе ,очень разумное размещение коттеджей и центрального корпуса,комфортно ,уютно и чисто .Приятный ресторан ,хороший выбор блюд и напитков ,профессиональное обслуживание ,все оставило очень приятное впечатление ,буду ещё по возможности посещать и рекомендую своим друзьям.
- OLGA (10/5): - Отличный отель.Проживали в главном корпусе в номере"Люкс".Шикарный вид на озеро,отличные завтраки,чистенько,очень достойно,спокойно.Хорошее озеро и отличный спа-комплекс.Очень понравилось,нареканий нет,рекомендую.Одно то,что тут жила сборная Хорватии по футболу во время чемпионата,говорит за себя.
- ALEXANDER (8/5): Выходные - Лучшее, что есть в "Лесной Рапсодии", это локация. Тут все безукоризненно, даже великолепно. Берег озера, огромная территория. Коттеджи и главное здание стоят в сосновом лесу, чистом и довольно ухоженном. Было бы здорово еще вырубить молодняк, но это, наверное, уже придирки.П Продуманность, услуги - на крепкую четверку. Есть бассейн, массаж, прокат лодок, мангал и прочее. Кормят вполне съедобно. Беда в гостинице с сервисом. Товарищи, советская власть покинула нас 30 лет назад. Где вы взяли всех этих людей? Современной доброжелательности и услужливости нет даже близко. Хмурые, недовольные лица. Типа, чего еще надо?
- Viktor (2/5): Extremely poor service - Bathroom was of very poor quality, toilet was not properly attached to the floor. Tap water had a smell if rotten eggs. Receptionists are hypocrits, I was staying 2 months in the hotel and had been given the worst apartments, compared to the people who stayed short.

The most disappointing was water, which had a very strong smell of rotten egs (H2S). When I called the reception, lady from the desk told me "yes it smells bad, but unfortunately she cannot do anything about it". It was like she was trying to tell me in a polite way "please f.. off" Shower cabin was rusty, leaking and with poor drainage so all the time you are staying in a dirty water. Coupled with a poor smell of water it creates a very unforgettable memories. Toilet was not attached to the floor and was shaking, whenever you try to sit on it. Kitchen in apartment was just ok. 4 days a week there were parties in the nearby restaurant, so I could listen music back from 90's. Personally I really liked it, but my wife and kid didn't share the same opinion (it was too loud, and my wife doesn't like disco) Price in the bar were as expensive as in Dubai or Europe. Breakfasts were OK, but same every day Cleaning ladies were very polite and very helpful Summary If you like beautiful nature and don't care about poor living conditions and high cost, than this place is for you. Otherwise I wouldn't recommend. Compared to nearby hotels it was the most expensive one.

- Boris (10/5): - Ездил с женой и сыном в прошлые выходные, жили в люксе. Отдых очень понравился, пятилетний сын до сих пор вспоминает с радостью. Завтраки отменные, шведский стол общирный и вкусный. Бассейн с сауной посещали все 2 дня. Про природу много писать не буду, в тех краях она прекрасная. Огромный плюс близость к Зеленогорску,если захочется чего-нибудь чего нет на территории, 10 минут на машине. Обязательно приедем еще, теперь когда снег выпадет))
- Margarita (8/5): Все было на четвёрочку.. - Все было хорошо! Обслуживание в ресторанах очень долго и за эти деньги очень маленькие порции. Не удобно брать шезлонг, нужно с пляжа вернуться на ресепшен, а потом 30 мин ждать чтобы тебе выдали его на пляже!
- Sveta (10/5): хорошо - Ездили на выходные отдохнуть, очень понравилось расположение и территория отеля. свежий воздух и окружающая природа. В уелом хорошо отдохнули. не понравилось только то, что для гостей отеля пользование бассейном возможно только за дополнительную плату, уж за такие деньги могли бы и включить эту услугу в стоимость проживания.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Weekend - На ресепшен крайне недружелюбная девушка. По-моему, ей лучше сменить место работы. В главном корпусе ужасная вонь от бассейна. Чувствуются проблемы с вентиляцией и в номере. Полотенца и постельное белье меняют раз в три дня(!). В номере стояла не нужная нам детская кроватка, сразу возникло ощущение, что нас не ждали. Понравился ресторан "Рапсодия". И кухня, и обслуживание на достойном уровне. Удивило проектирование зоны СПА. После процедуры нужно было выйти из кабинета, чтобы добраться до соседней комнатушки с душем. Потом обратно, завернувшись в полотенце. И так несколько раз за всю СПА-программу. Вся эта беготня доставляла дискомфорт. Сама же СПА-процедура понравилась. Все было сделано весьма профессионально.
