Lo que no me gustó esq en la habitación donde estaba (34b) se escuchaba todo al lado ya que contaban con una puerta para unir las habitaciones ( cerrada con llave), pero la habitación igual era cómoda.

Al hacer la reserva pagando por adelantado el monto total de lo que sería mi estadía, solicité al encargado del hotel por medio del WhatsApp, me enviara imágenes de lo que sería mi habitación y me envió imágenes de una habitación iluminada naturalmente, con un pequeño balcón. Al llegar me ubicaron en una habitación que no tenía iluminación natural, porque no había ningúna ventana o rejilla, por lo que me vi obligada a tener la luz prendida día y noche, él balcón no estaba y las puertas del baño al estar mal colocadas, eran incómodas y se me hizo necesario en todo momento agenciar la forma de abrirlas. La ventilación natural inexistente, dado que no había ingreso de ventilación natural y para colmar la paciencia, la habitación tenía una puerta cerrada con llave y que supongo conectaba internamente con otra habitación y en ese lugar escuché a personas disfrutando su noche en pareja, durante toda la noche. Por supuesto desde un inicio de mi estadía y luego de constatar mi habitación asignada, solicité en el mostrador del hotel me ubicarán en otra habitación según las imágenes que me habían enviado por medio del WhatsApp al momento de la reserva y la respuesta fue se habían equivocado y que no tenían campo para hacer el cambio, ya había pagado la totalidad de mi estadía, inclusive al llegar me habían pedido hacer un depósito de 100 dólares en el mostrado, para garantizarse posibles daños. Recomiendo acualizarse y formar al personal en la atención centrada en el cliente. El cliente es la razón de ser de cualquier negocio, sobretodo deberán pensar que un cliente llega a un hotel a disfrutar y relajarse, no a resolver eventualidades. Yo llegué a ese hotel sola, a disfrutar y a participar del un evento en la comunidad. La pregunta que me hizo la encargada del mostrador en ese momento fue "Usted va a entrar a alguien más en la noche".

The staff is super friendly, and I was really impressed by how quickly they respond on WhatsApp. Highly recommended! I am deeply disappointed by the lack of cleanliness during my stay. The property currently suffers from a strong odor of animal excrement due to the rabbits and the guests dogs in a limited space. Furthermore, it appears that pets are allowed on guest beds and pool loungers, which triggered a severe allergic reaction for me. A much more exhaustive cleaning service is needed, along with stricter rules regarding pets on furniture, to ensure a hygienic environment for all guests.

- Adriana (6/5): El hotel es lindo, pero hay que quedarse en los cuartos que tienen balcon - El hotel es muy bonito, el área de piscina y restaurante me gustó mucho. Reservamos la habitación que dice que tiene una ventana pequeña, pues bueno, la ventana es básicamente inexistente, entonces a pesar de que la habitación es cómoda, no es bonito estar en una habitación completamente sin ventanas. Siento que la descripción del cuarto es engañosa al decir que tiene ventana y llegar y que el cuarto NO tenga ventanas (si tiene una pero es exageradamente minúscula, como del tamaño de la palma de la mano, no se abre y no se ve para fuera)

- Ines (5/5): Painful night - Nice pool and garden. We stayed only one night at this hotel, but unfortunately it was quite uncomfortable. The blackout curtains did not block the light properly, and by 6 a.m. the room was already completely bright, making it impossible to continue sleeping. There was also no sound insulation at all — we could clearly hear cars passing on the road and people talking outside during the night. Breakfast also felt disappointing for the price paid. We had to choose from a predefined menu, the coffee was from a machine, and the buffet only offered cereal. Overall, we felt the experience did not match the value charged.

- Emanuel (9/5): ecxelente - La habitación supero nuestras expectativas en realidad las instalaciones y personal como tal nos encanto Todo... Lo único que no nos gusto en nuestro caso particular fue una pareja de huéspedes que estaban consumiendo licor desde horas de la mañana y hasta la tarde en la piscina y en varias ocasiones los vivos en actos sexuales tanto en las camas de la piscina como dentro de ella. Algo para nosotros bastante incomodo ya que estábamos con nuestros hijos al puto de retirarnos para evitar un problema y no quisimos dar quejas a la administración ya que como indico esto estaban desde horas de la mañana y ya para la tarde estaban bastante ebrios.

- Franziska (9/5): Kommen gern wieder! - Toller Pool, schöne grosse Zimmer. Sehr entspannte Umgebung und nettes Personal. Gesamte Anlage sehr gepflegt und ein paar Kaninchen als Haustiere im Innenhof. Zudem ist der bewachte Parkplatz sehr vorteilig. In einigen Lokalitäten gibt es 15% Rabatt auf Speisen! Wir hatten eine Küche und uns grösstenteils selbst verpflegt, was sehr gut geklappt hat mit der Ausstattung vor Ort. Das angebotene Frühstück war auch echt lecker :). Die Lage war etwas abseits.

- David (6/5): The room was lovely and the staff were fantastic, but I dont think I would stay at this hotel again. - The room itself was very nice, spacious and the A/C worked GREAT, which was really important to us. The hotel is very pretty and appears to be well-maintained. The front desk staff were probably my favorite; they went above and beyond, smiling and happy to help with literally anything. The pool area was small but pretty. The location wasn't great. I knew the proximity to the ocean/beach but the neighborhood felt run down although we never felt unsafe. The main street location with our room facing outward meant we heard every loud truck and motorcycle that passed all night. The free breakfast was 'ok'. It was a choice of generic plate options and no ability to request changes. Eggs and rice or rice and eggs eggs and avocado. We ended up eating the cold cereal option most days. But it was free so it wasnt a huge deal.

The key card system didn’t work for the first day I was there. So I had to ask for assistance every time. Which is annoying.

- Jelena (4/5): Absolut inte prisvärt och otrevlig personal. Förutom conciergekillen, han var fantastiskt! - Frukosten var ok men då man bara fick välja mellan rätter, dvs ingen buffé kändes det väldigt begränsat. Personalen var inte trevlig och skulle ha extra betalt för allt. Ogillade starkt att hotellet skulle ha betalning i förväg vid sidan om Booking. Känns inte säkert att betala via någon länk som man får via mejl, ganska stora summar dessutom då det är ett ganska dyrt hotell.
