• Pamela (1/5): awful, no hotel standards on cleaning policies. - The staff was fairly nice and water was available to purchase in the mini fridge. the rooms were super small, we thought it was a 3 star hotel but the rooms were dirty and dusty and we all got6 sneeze allergies while in the room, the air conditioner is old and it took a while to start plus the control had to be pressed for 10 seconds to start. The breakfast was limited with options, coffee tasted like water and no air conditioner in the dining area, I had breakfast one and then I preferred to buy outside. the corridor for my room (level 9) had a weird smell of old food every day, I would not recommend this hotel to stay.

• Ylanda (8/5): Lovely bed - Good location near the old centre. Very comfortable bed. Clean and hot shower. There’s a gym but I didn’t use it. Nice concierge. The breakfast was ok, didn’t look the same as the photos. However, they still do have a buffet of a selection of foods.

The customer care staff member "Long" was such a help to me with directions, ideas, help with the fixing the air conditioner, and just having a friendly chat.

• Gaëlle (9/5): Un excellent rapport qualité-prix : difficile de faire mieux à ce niveau de prestations. - Un véritable havre de paix au cœur de la tumultueuse Hanoï. Pour nous, l’emplacement était excellent : à l’écart des quartiers trop touristiques tout en restant à proximité directe, et juste à côté d’un lac, idéal pour les amateurs de course à pied ou de promenades. Tout le personnel est absolument charmant, que ce soit à la réception, au petit-déjeuner ou le personnel de ménage : toujours souriant, poli et très attentionné. Le petit-déjeuner, servi tous les matins de 6h à 10h, est de très bonne qualité, avec un large choix et une belle variété, certains plats changeant d’un jour à l’autre. La salle du petit-déjeuner se situe au dernier étage et offre une jolie vue, ce qui rend le moment encore plus agréable. La chambre est très spacieuse et confortable, avec tout le nécessaire. Deux petites bouteilles d’eau ainsi que du thé et du café sont fournis chaque jour, ce qui est très appréciable. S’il fallait vraiment mentionner quelque chose ici, et cela ne relève absolument pas de la responsabilité de l’hôtel, nous avions demandé une chambre au calme ne donnant pas sur la rue principale. La demande a bien été respectée, mais la chambre donnait sur un immeuble en construction, ce qui occasionnait des réveils très matinaux en raison des travaux.

• Vollrath (10/5): - Das Zimmer war sauber und absolut in Ordnung. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal: extrem freundlich, grosszügig und sehr hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und gut betreut. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit einem guten Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten. Der Strassenverkehr ist, wie überall in Hanoi, gut hörbar.

Neighborhood not full of tourists like the Old Quarter. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and cozy. I enjoyed the view from the rooftop breakfast area in the morning.

The facilities are clean and nice and it's at a good location for our purposes. It's in a relatively quiet part of the city and there are good restaurants to the NE of the hotel. There's a park at the end of the block to the west, and this part of the city is not touristy and has few foreigners in it. It's a little more expensive than I would like, but it's well within the reasonable range for Hanoi.

Hotel breakfast was a bit limited in terms of options available. The hotel is also next to a very busy road. This may be unsuitable if you are going to be walking exclusively or are travelling with small kids.

• William (10/5): Incredible staff - Staff were the nicest in any hotel I have been in- always happy to help and kind- they also seemed genuinely happy to see us- including breakfast, reception, the doormen, laundry and room cleaning staff. Breakfast was great. The gym was a bit small so not very useful but the hotel is right next to a park so you can go for a run outside. They have washing machines for you to do your own laundry and also have a laundry service. Everything is clean and they clean your room every day- but if you don’t want to and put the do not disturb sign on your door they’ll leave a bag with some water and fresh towels on the door. Overall a lovely experience

Everyone is very attentive and helpful - from making calls/ reservations for you to folding your clothes from the washing/ drying machines, (which can be used for free) the moment the program has finished. There are plenty of options available for breakfast, which is more like brunch as it includes warm food. Food can also be delivered here via Grab and a Winmart is located next to the hotel. I felt pretty safe travelling alone and staying here for several weeks. Can hardly think of anything... Probably the type of instant noodles which can be purchased from the Minibar but it's good that these are offer these.

• Expedition711994 (4/5): nice enough hotel very bad location - the hotel itself is fine rooms comfortable, however no bar or restaurant. the location of his hotel is not safe for tourists. it is on a busy dual carriageway and no restaurants within walking distance only coffee shops. travelled the world and this is the first time i have ever felt uneasy. went to bed hungry. the old quarter is amazing about a 10 minute taxi ride away and a much better option to stay in

The room was super confy, clean with all necessary ameneties. The service was more than expected, employees were very friendly, caring and overall very professional. • Venture16404095819 (10/5): A good hotel for business trip in Hanoi - I stayed here 3 nights for a business trip. The room is neat, clean, and well equipped. Breakfast is good and varied, and served in the top floor restaurant with a wonderful view of the city. There is a 24-hour free laundry room on the basement floor. The staff is very friendly, helpful, attentive and hospitable. Highly recommended if you don't want to stay in the old quarter.

• Ryotaro (10/5): - Perfect facilities and services for Japanese people on business trips. The cost was reasonable and I am very satisfied.
• Pearsandapples (5/5): I would come again, but book a room not facing the main street. - - No cockroaches or other insects! - Overall comfort was good (bed, couch, bath); proper mattress; Everything seemed clean. - The room had an awesomely huge window. - The bath tub was long enough to relax in it. - 1st floor had a vending machine with affordable water. - The room was extremely noisy, because it was facing the main street. If you stay here, I highly recommend getting a room not facing the main street (Everyone is sounding the horn all the time, even in night hours 2am, 3am, ..). - Air conditioning was too noisy to sleep with. Need active noise cancelling to sleep. ( I might be more sensitive than you, regarding this). - Windows did not have mosquito nets. - Bath: Water temperature did not go over about 42 degrees. Bath water became cool very soon.
