- Mary Grace (1/5): - This is my first time checking in at this hotel Lotus grand hotel, we are from Abu Dhabi. I booked online at the Grand Lotus Hotel "EXECUTIVE ROOM" but they put us in a REGULAR ROOM when were here already also recption she deduct me 15aed for taxes which is i paid already all in online. then i argue and sudenly she understand when i show my online booking and she refund again the 15aed. and when finish discussing and she give the room no, and we surprice the room i choose is big diffrent in actual, because it is small and cheap looking that is not what i chose, then I complained because it was not what I expected, the room I got was EXECUTIVE Room higher than regular, they said it was not available, how come it was not available but our online booking was approved and we paid for the EXECUTIVE online but they put us in a REGULAR room. Then I complained that they moved us to the executive, which was a conflict with what we paid online, then we were very surprised again that they moved us to the PWD room,311floor which is we are not a disabled person, why were we put here, they said all their EXECUTIVE rooms are PWD same. The style was super disappointing. this Our first and last check in here worst, this is not recommendable bad experience, REDFLAG. ⚠️⚠️⚠️❌❌❌🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️

- Mohamed Esameldin (1/5): A solid 0/10. - The room that was assigned to me had a dirty bathroom, the lights kept flickering and the highlight of my night was being woken up by my ground shaking from how loud the music was in the clubs downstairs. I would not suggest this club to any one that works a 9-5 or is in town for an event.

- Pushpangathan (1/5): Regret having selected this property - Reception not answering outside calls, unbearable smoke smell in the room, very noisy till 4am because of 4 night clubs in the facility and unable to get sleep. Does not look suitable for decent family. Wondering how 4 Star mentioned in booking.com, deserves less than 3 Star. Because of not being able to sleep we had to move to another hotel, losing the money. Booking.com did not reply to our complaint.

- Manit (1/5): Overall, this was a bad experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone - The only positive aspect was the location, which is convenient and central. There was a Nepali Guy who cleaned the room was nice. Room: The room was extremely noisy. There’s a bar inside the hotel, and the loud music kept playing late into the night. It was almost impossible to sleep. The so-called "breakfast" was very unhealthy with limited options. It didn’t meet the basic standards of a hotel buffet. The bathroom was poorly maintained and quite unpleasant to use. They asked for an unexpected cash deposit during check-in, which wasn’t clearly mentioned during the booking.

- Talal (5/5): Disappinting - Location I recently stayed at Lotus Hotel in Deira, Dubai, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I had booked an Executive Room, expecting a comfortable and restful stay. However, the room I was initially given had a constant loud noise coming from the air conditioning unit, which made it nearly impossible to sleep. I contacted the reception multiple times—over the course of almost 5 hours—requesting a room change due to the noise issue. Despite several follow-ups, the response was slow and unhelpful. Eventually, I was moved to another room, but it was noticeably smaller than the Executive Room I had originally booked and paid for. This experience was both frustrating and disappointing. I chose this hotel based on the room category and comfort promised, but what I received fell short on both counts. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service and room quality going forward.

- Leysh (10/5): I have excellent experience and I’am definitely coming back to stay. - My checking experience, all the services need I request got answered. I love all my experience I received from the hotel specially the room I stayed it was spacious.
- Alvin (6/5): Good spacious room, but could use a little more cleaning. - The room is quite big, with a comfy bed. Staff is great. But the room was not very clean when we arrived. There is dust all over the cabinets and there are trash on the bathroom sink. No toothbrush and slippers in the room, we had to call for it.
