• Rayra (8/5): Bom, com ressalvas - A acomodação tem uma localização excelente (5 minutos andando para o Coliseu e com vários restaurantes e cantinas ao redor). Você consegue fazer todo o centro histórico a pé e são apenas 10 minutos andando até a estação de metro do coliseu. A cama era confortável, o banheiro grande (apesar do boxe pequeno, mas é padrão da Italia) e limpavam o quarto todo dia. Tinha elevador. Alguns pontos que não atrapalharam a estadia e conforto, mas prejudica a experiência: o ar condicionado quando ligava tinha um cheiro ruim (ficávamos com a janela aberta por uns 30 minutos para sair), o quarto um pouco menor do que o padrão, às vezes sentíamos um cheiro de esgoto. As paredes são realmente finas - não tivemos nenhum problema com isso, mas se tiver hóspedes barulhentos certeza que irá incomodar. E uma observação: parece que na Italia é normal transformar apartamentos em vários airbnbs. É o caso desse: são 3 quartos (com banheiro privativo) dentro de um apartamento. Então a cozinha e sala são compartilhadas.

• Kathrin (8/5): - Auf Wunsch tägliche, gründliche Reinigung auch am Wochenende von der immer freundlichen Nina. Warmes Wasser immer verfügbar, auch Regenwasserdusche. Lage zum Kolosseum ist top, ruhiges Apartment. Etwas hellhörig, aber wenn man ruhige, rücksichtsvolle Nachbarn hat, kein Problem. Nachtischlampe beim Bett am Fenster müsste mal ausgetauscht werden, fängt nach kurzer Lesezeit an zu flackern und das ist etwas störend.

Le lit etait tres ferme (trop), le manque de luminosité (la fenêtre donne sur une petite cours intérieure, la sdb sans armoire de rangement, le manque d' isolation sonore (on entend chuchoter dans l espace de vie, dans les autres chambres.

• Emma (7/5): Perfect for a night’s stay to rest your head. - It had everything we needed for a short stay. The staff were great and helpful. It was nice to have such space for us. Location was perfect for us. The shower was very small and the toilet cistern dripped (constantly refilled through the night). There was no lamp in one of the bedrooms and the ceiling lights were incredibly bright. A couple of extra bits and bobs to make it cosy would be great.

Había 3 habitaciones en el mismo departamento separadas por paredes donde se escuchaba hasta la respiración, y encima nos tocó al lado una pareja de cine porno. • Onoufriou (10/5): - The Airbnb has a great location right next to the Colosseum, and most of the main attractions (including the Trevi Fountain) are about a 30–35 minute walk away. This made it very convenient for exploring the city on foot. The bed was comfortable, and one of the positives was that there was hot water available every day, which made showers after long days of sightseeing very enjoyable. The cleaning lady was extremely kind, always smiling and attentive. She never missed the daily cleaning, regularly changed our towels, and was very pleasant throughout our stay. There is a shared kitchen that is used by three other rooms, which worked well for basic needs. The room also had a nice window that helped freshen up the space and bring in some air. Overall, we would still recommend this place. The location and service make it good value for money. The only downside was the soundproofing. We could hear conversations from neighboring rooms quite clearly, and during the first night it was difficult to fall asleep because of the noise.

• aniela_h (9/5): Good budget-friendly stay near Colosseum - Great location near Colosseum, lots of shops and restaurants around, room is very bright and was cleaned daily. There was a kettle and all basic necessities. We stayed on the 3d floor, elevator was working fine. Heating also worked, and there is also the AC in the room. One day there was some smell in the bathroom, but otherwise everything was good.

• Conall (9/5): Superb location - Location was superb, come out of the building, go round the corner and the collesuem is in front of you, everything we wanted to see was max 30 minute walk away - the only thing we had to travel for was the Vatican and it was 20 mins on the train - the termini train station is only a 15-20 minute walk also. The room had everything we needed, was clean and hassle free checking in and out, the staff were helpful with anything we needed and were in touch on the day to let us know how to check in etc. The room had a good shower, comfortable bed, TV, safe, wifi and a fridge - everything you would need
• María Esther (8/5): - El alojamiento constaba de 2 habitaciones con baño privadas con espacio compartido de cocina. En la que nos tocó a nosotros la cama era muy cómoda y el baño estaba muy bien. En la habitación algún mueble necesitaba mantenimiento y la neverita no cerraba bien. La cocina no tenía microondas y parte del mobiliario y menaje necesitaba renovación. No me pareció sencilla la comunicación con los responsables del alojamiento.

• Carlotta (10/5): Una stanza nel cuore di Roma - Abbiamo trascorso un fine settimana a Roma e abbiamo scelto questa struttura per la sua pozione centralissima, letteralmente a due passi dal Colosseo ma in una zona tranquilla e per nulla rumorosa. La stanza era pulita, confortevole e fornita di tutto il necessario. I gestori sono stati sempre gentili e disponibili. Se ne avremo l'occasione torneremo sicuramente!
