• Joost (10/5): Rustige stijlvolle palazzo - Hoewel een b&b kookt de gastvrouw op verzoek een heerlijke avond maaltijd. Ruime kamers, hoge plafonds. Mooi palazzo. Al 4 generaties in familie bezit. Ligt aan Como meer met een sundeck met ligbedjes aan het water (150 meter van de palazzo). Gratis parkeren 🅿️ In het dorpje Lezzeno is weinig vertier. Dus je moet de palazzo zien als uitvals basis.

Heated floors in the bathrooms. Attention to detail in the loving restoration of this family home. A bit of a distance back to Como to meet friends for dinner. (not 15 minutes like I thought) location was beautiful ,But not close to town if you plan to run into town for things. Not lake front , but great views of the lake and you are one or two homes off the lake

• Fermaint (9/5): Excellent stay in La Torre. Beautiful Place. Can't wait to visit again. - My wife and I stayed in the La Torre apartment. It exceeded my expectations. I don't know where to begin, so this review will be all over the place. The apartment is much nicer than what photos suggest. The apartment has a total of 8 large windows. It is bright and spacious. You're right on the lake. Waking up in the morning and opening all the living room windows to see and hear the lake is amazing. The view was beyond. beautiful. The apartment is very clean and fully equipped. Everything is new. Any dish or utensil you might need is there. There is a nice and roomy wardrobe in the bedroom with plenty of hangars and storage space. There is a convenient wall safe too, and we found the king-sized bed to be super comfy. The mattress felt new. Breakfast was very good with made to order eggs and coffee every day. Ariana and Gaia were super nice and helpful. At least one review commented on difficulty related to stairs and carrying luggage. That was a non-issue for us. Gaia had Abdul meet us at the parking lot, load up our luggage on an electric cart, and transport it to the reception area. Then he carried all our luggage up to our room. Upon checkout, he handled our luggage expertly and loaded it onto our car. So, trust me when I say it is a non-issue. Because we stayed in June, we had an easy time finding parking each night at the parking a few steps away from the Palazzo. The building itself is beautiful. The restoration job was excellent. For me, one of the best aspects and treats of my stay was to meet Cristiano, the owner/architect of the building. At the risk of annoying him, I asked him a question about the building, but what ensued, to my delight, was a great conversation over one evening and one morning about the history of his work on the building, all the hidden spaces and frescoes he discovered while working on the building, and about the challenges of the restoration and use of helicopters to deliver ceiling beams and the jacuzzi. Can't think of anything, so I'll use this space to keep saying good things about the Palazzo. It is about a 10 minute drive to Bellagio, so it is a very good option. The nearby restaurant on the water is great and stays open late. There is also a little market about a 5-minute walk from the Palazzio. There is nothing not to like about this place. It was great and I can't wait to visit again.

We enjoyed a delicious dinner a short walk down the path that runs just below the Palazzo leading back up to the street to the nearby Hotel Ristorante Pizzeria Helvetia. We watched the sun set on Lake Como, sitting on the private beach owned by the Palazzo and reading until the light was too dim, then looking at the lovely lights around the lake. Breakfast in the courtyard with a custom omelet and variety of selections, all with wonderful service by the family.

• Martin (10/5): - Palazzo Del Vicerè is one of the most amazing places to stay in one of the most beautiful parts of the World. Arianna is a star as host and communication on the booking the apartments and amenities including the private beach and jacuzzi along with recommendations for excursions, places of interest, and restaurants were invaluable. Abdul and Arianna's son helped move our bags to and from the car to the top of the building and all staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The room was spotless when we returned each day. The breakfast was delicious with a broad range of local produce and a wonderful array of different foods. There are many restaurants nearby and has been said in other reviews about the area, you should phone in advance to book a table as they were all lively with very good quality food. It was a very special place and a wonderful experience. Nothing

• Mikko (10/5): - We stayed seven nights in Pallazo del Vice Re. This place is just wonderful. Really nice and spacious rooms all decorated differently (we had chance to see few of them). Breakfast was delicious and the staff… what can I say. I give them 10/10. Hotel is only 10km from Bellagio if you want to visit there. It’s great base if you want to explore Lake Como’s other beautiful cities. There is exellent restaurants close to hotel. For example Aurora that serves great food and the view from terracce is amazing. Pallazo del Vice Re is also dog friendly and our labrador wants to send special thanks to caring staff. See you next year.

The view from our room was amazing but the furniture is dated (antique perhaps?). Breakfast was great. There was a lot of stomping noise late at night while we were trying to sleep. Called the owner but they were not very helpful. They were nice and pleasant, offered a lot of information about the area, dining options etc…

We also very much enjoyed Lezzeno, good transport link and overall a little quieter than other villages around the lake which was exactly what was needed. There are a few lovely restaurants and bars within walking distance.
• Henrik (10/5): Et helt unikt hotel ved Comosøen - Et af vores absolutte favoritsteder i Italien. Beliggenheden er smuk, udsigten er formidabel. Her er stille, afslappende og hyggeligt. Vi værdsætter denne helt unikke bygning med en særlig historie, som er restaureret på den smukkeste og mest smagfulde måde. Ejeren og hotellets bestyrer er meget imødekommende, og får en til at føle sig godt tilpas.

Owner of the hotel and Arianna and her staff were absolutely brilliant. Characteristics and luxury of the hotel is just superb. So much interesting history behind that building as well.. I am definitely going back for a second visit. Everything was just perfect….

It was like staying in a castle. we did have to take 92 steps from parking lot to our room, no elevator, so if you can't walk stairs it would not be for you. we drove a car and the parking lot was away from our room, but a very nice man from the hotel helped us with parking and our bags

• Evert (10/5): Exceptional - The place was exceptional - the history, the views, the location. So many wonderful details. Christiano and Ariana were exceptional hosts. We highly recommend their sailboat tour around the lake, great company, great food, and history about the lake surroundings. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. The views from our room were stunning in 3 directions. You might have to head towards Bellagio for a better selection of restaurants. Very little sunshine on this side of the mountain in the winter.

Arianna, the lovely woman manning the front desk and helping out at breakfast, is truly welcoming and a pleasure to interact with. The villa is amazing, the rooms are big enough and nicely furnished, and the staff is extremely nice. Also, we were lucky enough to bump into the owner. He happens to be the architect who renovated the entire building and now helps to run the business. During breakfast, he regaled us with very interesting fun facts on the property and the renovation process, and overall made our stay a lot more interesting. Highly recommended!

Ariana surprised us every morning with healthy meals served in beautiful garden or in the elegant lunchroom. You are surrounded by fresh flowers in this lovely place. If you are looking for more turism activity It is close by Bellagio (10 minutes drive) At this charming hotel you have free parking. Before your arrival will receive the information and you can’t miss the location. No comment. For us everything was perfect.

Of course, this palace has been owned by a family for generations and has been updated in a modern style. I will definitely return 👍

• Gertrude_89 (9/5): Beautiful stay on the east side of Como lake - Fantastic and helpful personnel, beautiful room, great breakfast. Would recommend without reservations! Parking is a bit far from the entrance, so you have to lug your luggage about 100m. No possibility to park closer, due to no roads/streets.
