Jets did not work on the hot tub, sauna had no numbers/letters on the knob to know what temp to set it to, no towels at the pool area, bedding and towels had old stains on them, AC kept freezing, shower curtain rod was completely rusted, floor had black marks all over, Super small TV, Absolutely not worth the price they are asking.

• Hayden (4/5): - Close to beach and had good breakfast That we couldn’t leave our dog in the room even after paying the additional fee. As long as an animal is trained or has a crate to be in while person is away it shouldn’t be a problem to leave pet in room that I paid for and the additional fee for my pet for a couple hours. I could understand if a pet caused damage or was not able to be quiet then address the tenant to no longer leave their dog in the room.

• Jon (10/5): Our go to place to stay - This is our favorite place to stay prices are reasonable and you can see the beach fromost rooms. We have stayed other places but keep coming back here. There isn't anything we didn't like. Maybe the breakfast. It would be nice just to have grab and go options like muffins or danishes and some milk or oj. But again for the price I can looks past that.
• Sarah (8/5): Very much enjoyed my visit. Would do it again! - Loved it! Was clean, looked good. Cheerful and inviting! Fantastic view from my room. The entire thing looks a bit old. The pool building needs some repair, the hot tub was out of service, the elevator is clunky and wasn’t always kind in its landing, and some of the light poles on the property could use some love.
• Robin (3/5): After bed frame change, it was tolerable. - The staff. View was nice. Access to restaurants & waterfront. Bed was broken before we arrived. First night was awful. Kept falling into a hole it felt like. Tried to reverse mattress top to become bottom. Discovered the wooden frame was broken. Staff replaced frame w a metal one. The discomfort caused us to get very little sleep. So we lost a day because we were so tired. Should get refund for that night.

• Faith (3/5): Do not stay here - Not much to like here. The hot tub wasn't working. The shower rod was rusted out. The water would get hot. The shower curtain was dragging in the tub and just soaking in the shower water. There is no conditioner. The hair dryer didn't work. There is one lamp and it is all the way across the room from the door. The beds were uncomfortable. The refrigerator in the room froze our food. The wifi was spotty. The "ocean view" is obscured by another property. The breakfast was extremely limited, they didn't even have decalf. When I checked in we were given a 3rd floor room with no elevator. My husband walks with a cane and the desk attendant was only able to move us to a nonview room but wouldn't adjust the price. The attendant when we checked out wasn't there so I called and had to wait 10 minutes because he was "checking the pool". I would not stay here nor would I recommend it to anyone ever.

• Daniel (8/5): Decent coastal getaway - Great location and great pool! The rooms are large and pretty clean. Our bed taco'd in the center, and may have been damaged. It also wasn't super comfortable, every without the slant. There's zero insulation between the walls and the floors, so you hear EVERYTHING your neighbors and the people outside are doing.

• Emma (5/5): It’s alright - This hotel is great location wise! Just a few short minutes to Nye Beach and all the shops there. Definitely run down. The room has lots of stains on the furniture and floor around the bed. The bathroom was full of rusty spots and the toilet seat had parts like it’s been picked off. The parking needs improvement. You can’t even park by your room because there is only 3 spaces for all 3 floors in front. The pool was a decent size but the hot tub jets did not work.

• Laura (6/5): It was just a short stay on our way through town and is located in just the perfect spot - Its location and the view The elevator is in bad repair, the hot tub was broken and just sort of a low end building but perfect for what we needed for 1 night

• Miranda (7/5): The view was the best part - Close to ocean and the view A bit run down. Looks a bit trashy. The bed was broke and slanted so we had to sleep at opposite end and still leaned to one side. Bath tub was broke with poor patch job. Sink handle was messed up. The pics from website are misleading. Jets in hot tub didn’t work. Breakfast area was packed and not large enough for the amount of people trying to eat breakfast.
• Miller (6/5): Disappointed - It was clean. Bathroom was clean but needed repairs. No place to hang clothes, towels. Paid extra for an Oceanview but it was obscured by a mound of brush. Very disappointing. 2nd story was road level so people walking/driving by could look in when curtains open.
• Lawrence (8/5): It served our purpose very well, and they accommodated a last minute request for a handicapped room. - Proximity to the beach and shops. Outlets in rooms, lacking side tables on both sides of bed, short breakfast time and space.

• Montgomery (9/5): - The facility was as promised and the staff was exceptionally polite and helpful. Clean. There is No Room for a Chef Momma to feed five family members fresh waffles using all the machines, None. A staff member needs to be placed as supervisor of that situation. There is no room in the breakfast area for allowing that.
• Gulfo (4/5): Not my favorite - The staff were very friendly and tried to be as accommodating as possible. The pool and sauna were decent. I called because the pool was out of towels and a staff member came right away and replenished them. The breakfast was pretty good and the options were not terrible. Waffles were the only hot option but honestly they had a decent selection of other items as well. The property asked how many children I was bringing and what ages. I was put on a 3rd floor unit which typically would not be a big deal but when we opened the windows we realized there was no screens on one of the windows and no actual locks on them, just a simple latch. This is definitely a safety hazard with a 3 year old child. The door also had no deadbolt so my son could open the door at any turn that he wasn't being watched like a hawk. This made for a very uneasy night. The room smelled of mold. When the people next door showered the noise was so loud that it woke up both of my children, both who are not typically light sleepers. We also picked this hotel because it stated there was beach access. You walk across the street and there is access if you want to fall straight down a cliff. The access isn't super far from the hotel but I definitely wouldn't call it beach front as there are a few buildings between the hotel and the beach. Also there is no elevator which was fine for us but it might be an issue for some with mobility issues.

• Ashley (3/5): I’ll find something different next time - The location was the best part. Everything was very worn out toilet seat had chunks missing out of it. Beds were hella bouncy and squeaky. Only three tiny breakfast tables no options if you are on a protein/low carb diet all processed foods.

• Ronald (8/5): - It was very clean. The staff was good. It was on the beach but no way to walk down there. You had to go 3 or 4 blocks down the street to get to the beach.
• Kaycee (1/5): You definitely pay for what you get - The view When we arrived, there was a man making a ruckus, and the cops had to be called on him multiple times. We were escorted to our room and when she opened the door, it was a room that hadn’t been cleaned, no sheets on the bed. Ick. when we got to the new room it was all right but the bath tube was dirty.

The room was full of ants the first morning and I told the staff and they didn’t do anything except give me another towel cause I used the first one to kill and clean up the ants on the floor.

• Stacey (7/5): They are friendly kind beds are comfy my autistic child had a great time even out of his safety zone - The staff was super amazing our TV was not working at first she was so pregnant and went up and down those stairs multiple times trying to get it to work for us come to find out it was just a stinking plug in the back of the TV. They were absolutely friendly kind and compassionate for their customers we will most definitely be back We had a great experience other than the light in the hallway on the stairs was a little dangerous the light bulb had went out. It was amazing as soon as it was brought to their attention they fixed it probably

• Landrie (1/5): I will not stay here again - The location was easy to get to. It was close to the beach. Large potty space for dogs. The room only had a single lock on the door handle. All the other room doors had keycards to access the room. Originally, we received key cards and after climbing 3 flights of stairs to get to our room with all of our luggage, we needed an actual key. I went back to the office and received one physical key. There was no chain lock or deadbolt. The floor felt sticky, there was hair in the bathtub and the whole room had a musky smell.

• Quinn (4/5): - The location is nice. Breakfast was extended for us to eat and enjoy the food rather than being put away right at the mark. I appreciated that. The thin walls and ceiling. The people above were heavy-footed and loud. The waffle mix was questionable and grossly sour from the intercontinental breakfast. Lots of unpainted wall marks where fixtures have been moved or removed. It was unsightly.

The pool, hot tub and sauna were Out of Order which was one of the top reasons I booked a room there. It had no beach access close by, even though it says that in the property description and you can see the beach from your room but cant get to it.

• Chelene (4/5): Not the worst budget stay we’ve had on somewhat short notice, but could have been better. - It is close to Nye beach, within walking distance of several restraints and shops. There is technically an ocean view. Our window was broken - the glass and the locking/opening latch. There was tape over the crack in the glass but staff at the front desk said he was unaware of any issue and would have maintenance check it out. There are power lines directly outside the window, blocking part of the ocean view. Pretty noisy.

• Mike (3/5): A little more effort in updating the property is needed - Had a good view of the ocean It appears that maintenance and upkeep of the property is not something they are interested in doing. Old, outdated furnishings, old springs bed, a dodgy elevator, dirty surroundings, hot water not available at the pool showers,no place to hang towels, not even a place for the hand towels! Parking was horrible. I guess that asking a place to update its premises and putting extra effort in maintaining the property is not high on the priority list. Just pay them

The room was clean but the shower curtain looked stained and unclean. The shower head was also really low. I'm 5'9" and had to duck down quite a bit to get my head wet.
