- Magdalini (8/5): Tolle Lage, toller Service, schlechte Betten - Tolles Frühstück im Café direkt an der Unterkunft. Außerordentlich freundliche Mitarbeiter und eine super Lage. Außerdem gab es ausreichend Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. Unser Zimmer war riesig und bot ausreichend Platz für unsere großen Koffer. Leider haben wir in unserer Rundreise nirgends so schlecht geschlafen wie hier. Die Betten gehören wirklich dringend ausgetauscht, man spürt jede Feder im Rücken und das Bett quietscht bei der kleinsten Bewegung.

- Damien Chanrion (9/5): Escale à La Fortuna - Très bel établissement, bien entretenu avec une belle chambre en étage et une piscine très agréable. Petit déjeuner à la carte inclus excellent. Place de parking gratuite privée juste devant. Iguanes et écureuils dans les arbres. Petite vue sur le volcan entre les chambres. Espace de travail, lecture couvert et aéré à l'étage. Odeur vers les transats de la piscine lié aux évacuations voisines. Un peu bruyant jusqu'à 22h.

Zarezerwowaliśmy pokój z balkonem na drugim piętrze. Był malutki, ale czysty. Wygodne łóżko. Bardzo smakowały nam śniadania serwowane w restauracji. Miła obsługa. Wszystko bez wielkich zachwytow, ale zupełnie ok.

- EVANDRO (8/5): Bom hotel mas peça na restrição do cafe da manha - Ótima localização, quarto com tamanho bom, ducha boa, ótima piscina, garota da recepçao muito cordial e prestativa. O café da manhã tem qualidade mas o fato de ser restritivo a escolher um só item do cardápio foi frustrante. O hotel tem qualidade e não precisava desta restrição no café da manha para conter custos.

Bazén a lehátka, když se vám nikam nechce. Ale La Fortuna je městečko žijící adrenalinem i relaxem. Zůstala jsem tady 10 dnů a užila si všechny možné aktivity. Hluk z restaurace a silnice. Ale restaurace zavírala kolem 21:30, a špunty vyřešily hluk z dopravy. Hotel má i pokoje do vnitrobloku. Předpokládám, že tam je to lepší. Ale stejně dávám 10- :-)

- Greg (8/5): We would definetly stay again when in the area. - Nicely located within La Fortuna, walking distance to most shops and restaurants. Breakfast at the hotel was quite nice. Water dispenser at reception was an added bonus. Main pool area had a sewer odor sometimes so I suspect the rooms there would as well. Parking could be a little tight when busy.

I appreciated the security and segregated section, and distance from the main street. Perfect location in city core. Staff were very helpful with to-do and food recommendations.

Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, hatte uns auch ein ToGo Frühstück organisiert, weil wir früh zu einer Tour aufgebrochen sind. Frühstück insgesamt sehr lecker. Zentrum ist fussläufig und gut für Reisende ohne Mietwagen.

Nowhere to put anything except 2 tiny drawers by our beds and 4 hangers.

Colazione ottima nel bar attaccato all’hotel dove c’è un ragazzo italiano che ci lavora e che si è messo a nostra disposizione per qualsiasi informazione dato che noi non parliamo molto l’inglese. De var särskilt fina mot våra två barn. Poolen var liten men mysig och fräsch. Frukosten var jättegod; man fick välja mellan fem olika alternativ som var väldigt rikliga och fräscha. Som familj var det perfekt att kunna dela på olika rätter så blev det som en buffé. Klara dagar såg vi vulkanen från fönstret. Många fina fåglar att titta på vid frukosten. En lampa tändes i korridoren varje gång någon gick förbi utanför vårt rum, som var något störande när vi somnat tidigt för kvällen.

Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor und neben den Hotel. Das Hotel bietet Wäscherei Service - wir waren mit der Wäscherei sehr zufrieden. Zimmer sind recht hellhörig.

- Kim (8/5): - Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das an die Unterkunft angrenzende Restaurant ist super lecker. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt gut geeignet. Das Bett war so semi bequem, da man die einzelnen Federn gespürt hat und es jedesmal sehr laut war wenn man sich gedreht hat. Zudem hatten wir noch eine Kakerlake im Bad.

Chambre et douche parfaitement accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite (chambre du rez de chaussée, quid pour les autres). Ensemble vétuste, chambre mal isolée et petit déjeuner très sommaire (café ou jus d’orange au choix et accompagnement).
