- KEISUKE (10/5): コスパ最高。 - 内装が綺麗になってました。車も目の前に止めれるし、いつも寝るだけなので十分です。また、EREWONが目の前にあるので最高です。 ないです。20年前から利用してます。
- Juan (6/5): - Easy to find, and clean. They did not have the family room for us because they are remodeling. We are a family of 5, we were offered a two-bed room ( one king, one queen bed) or two separate rooms. I don’t feel comfortable splitting my family so we ended up in one room. The room was spacious but only had a small desk with one chair, there was no place to eat comfortably or a place for the kids to seat beside the bed. Also parking is limited, and very tight. Not guaranteed a parking spot.
- Jeffrey (8/5): When in West Hollywood this is a Great place to stay in a safe Jewish community with nice people! - I stayed here before in 2022 and the staff was also very nice as well as this time. The room was very comfortable with a big bed and very nice bathroom. The air conditioning was perfect for hot or cold air! The location is right by the farmers market also called the grove!! Great Breakfast and lunch venues a couple of blocks away. Not sure about parking as i didn't drive but my friends pulled up right by the hotel in their cars with no problem when they picked me up. The price was much cheaper back in 2022 but i understand they must do what they must do to make up for the renovations they are making.
- Arturo J (7/5): Un muy buen lugar para hacer gestiones en la zona - La habitación es nueva y muy grande El ruido de los coches
- Tim (5/5): For the price we paid it was very underwhelming and the paint fumes made it almost unbearable. - Nice location in the centre of Weho! It was basically a construction site that smelled of paint and chemicals
- KEISUKE (9/5): 寝るだけなら、コスパ最高。 - 部屋がリフォームされていて良かった。erewhonが目の前で、ロケーションは最高です。 シャワーのお湯がぬるい。
- Fabio (7/5): -
- Meagan (8/5): - They had just newly renovated our room and it was wonderful.
- Inna (1/5): Плохо - Расположение Идет ремонт в здании и номерах, шум, музыка, живешь на стройке

- Frederick (4/5): Last minute. Used primarily to shower. Slept one night. Bed was comfortable. Bathtub/shower slippery. Someone will d - Close proximity to cedars Sinai hospital. A/C didn’t work. No parking.

- tim (1/5): I didn't stay. the smell was too bad and I called a friend - location the room smelled really bad. When I complained. The front desk lady challenged my complaint went to the room only to say that the room was sprayed for bugs. That information was not given to me when I got the room Then she was going to move someone else in the room and give me their room Not professional and No Refunds
- Job (1/5): shady business practices by them and Booking.com - I didn't like anything about this experience. I booked through Booking.com but when I arrived at the hotel, they said they had no rooms left, essentially turning me away and saying it was an error on Booking.com's end. But Beverly Inn has refused to acknowledge that I never stayed there and still collected payment from Booking and now I'm having to go through my credit card company to get the refund. These are shady business practices and they make their customers jump through hoops and go through all these steps just to get their money back.
- Deann (4/5): It’s what I needed on short notice, but would have preferred a different price - The location was convenient Way too expensive for what it is. An unattractive room it also smelt really weird.
- Robert (1/5): - horrible staff
- Azat (1/5): -
- Dieshia (10/5): - The coffee was great and the stay was comfortable Everything was great
- Norris (5/5): Ok - Location was fine. Left too early for breakfast. Not enough lighting in the room.
- Kristina (3/5): Fine if you’re financially struggling and need a cheap room close to west hollywood. - it was close to the event i was attending. The tv kept shutting off and had a loud static/ringing sound in the back, the drain in the tub didn’t work so when I showered the water was to my ankles and didn’t drain til the morning I left and the tub was leaking, the room smelled very weird like a public bathroom almost. There’s a couple other things also such as cleanliness. The blankets didn’t feel or smell very fresh, honestly felt kind of itchy. All in all I probably won’t stay there again but i was ballin on a budget and it was the cheapest closest place there was so, didn’t expect it to be 5 star. The AC worked great thankfully because it was so hot outside, so there was that! thankful for any place to lay my head. Just some adjustments.

- Ekaterina (1/5): - Nothing They don’t offer early check-in, so I had to find another hotel for the first night. They refused to refund me for that night, and when I came to check in the next day and expressed my complaint, they gave me no explanation. I said that I would write a negative review, after which the receptionist canceled my reservation for the second night. I then had to find another place to stay, spend extra money on taxis, and so on. I was shocked by their attitude toward guests.

- Jeffery (10/5): - Love this hotel
- Sandra (4/5): Ok for one night only. - Location. I stayed here 3 years ago and it was a little shabby. This time I only stayed 1 nite because it was really shabby. TV didn't work and when I went to complain in the morning, the desk clerk was getting calls about bedbugs. I didn't see or feel bedbugs because our room was clean and neat. I left because my son wanted me to stay in a nicer hotel. Since he was paying, I went to the better hotel. Had to use Waymo and Uber because better hotel was further away from where I was going. I also didn't have to pay for the transportation. I knew the area around the Beverly and J had no idea about the area around the better hotel other than it was in Koreatown. TV not working and the disrepair around the hotel. It looked like they just gave up trying to make it look better. There was a nice lobby 3 years ago, but now it was just a corner of an apartment.
- Julie (6/5): - Great bed. Poor Plumbing. Difficult parking spaces.
- Jeffery (10/5): - Love this hotel
- Alexzander (10/5): - It’s such a lovely experience
- Karen (6/5): - Late check in with a lady behind a glass. Parking horrible and when you are a single female... the area seemed a little shady. Did not like the parking area. The room was very clean and the bathroom was very clean. The bed was comfortable.
- Luiz Augusto (6/5): Custo x benefício não vale a pena!!! - Localização e Silêncio!!! Banheiro mto ruim, o ralo estava entupido, e cama era bem desconfortável.
Estacionamento péssimo!
- Jeffery (10/5): - Best place to stay in town
- Roxanne (8/5): - The room was very clean and had most amenities. The staff was efficient, she just did her job. I thought the parking situation was a joke, 4 really tight spaces not ok at all. The common area outside in middle reeked of cigarettes. The drink machine was sold out. No coffee maker in room. However. Being clean and relatively safe, I would stay there again.
- Glenamir (6/5): -
- Molito (10/5): -
- Gabriel (1/5): Do not stay here. - Nothing. The location was close to where I was heading after check-out in the morning but I could not even stay the night. It took almost 20 minutes to get someone at the front desk to check me in even after having made an online reservation. Then when I get to the room it was dirty and there were bedbugs on the bed. It’s an unacceptable experience for a paying customer to have. The business refuses to refund me and Booking.com sides with them.
- Whitney Harper (6/5): - My neck took several days to stop hurting from their paper thin pillows. Otherwise it was clean and pleasant for a night.
- Yaren (2/5): - The rooms smelled so bad, I honestly wouldn’t stay here even for $10 a night. They advertise “free parking,” but when we arrived, we were told there was no parking available—only risky street parking where cars can be towed in the morning. The most shocking part: while we were out, someone had clearly entered our room, and we came back to find our bag on the floor. This is completely unacceptable and unsafe. You’d honestly be better off sleeping on the street—it would be safer and far more comfortable than staying here.
- Arutyun (10/5): - Good
- Cesar (9/5): None - Location Clean
- Andrew (10/5): -
- Kevin (8/5): - Friendly and helpful staff, enjoyed the complimentary breakfast
- Keren (4/5): One night would be more than enough. - Location was good. Cafes, Restaurants, The Grove/Farmers Market and Tourist attraction within walking distance. Staff quickly gave us a new Room when we pointed out someone had installed the Mattress upside down. The bed was so uncomfortable pulling the sheets back revealed the Mattress was upside down!!. The soft "pillow top" was on the bottom and the Mattress base facing up. Also had a thin metal base that your toes hit and made a very loud noise oh and Pillows as old as Sin. The room was not the cleanest and reeked of cigarette smoke. This list is getting long but it was very noisy.
- Vivek (7/5): Good -
- Monica (4/5): - I got bit by bed bugs. my arms are ALL bitten up.
- Joe (8/5): Good value - Close to where I needed to be No pool
- Julie (10/5): Nice motel close to La Brea Tar Pits - We stayed for 3 nights. The best part was the excellent customer service. I felt like the front desk staff was really looking out for their guests. If we needed something, they quickly delivered it to our door. Housekeeping was great, too. The room was fine for the price. The motel is close to the La Brea Tar Pits and The Grove. It’s an older motel, but it suited our needs. The only main point of frustration was that there is not enough parking. If all the spaces are taken, you park in the street (and you have to move your car by 8 am.)
- Iran (5/5): Passable - We're the hotel is located there's lots of places to go eat. And enjoy a good walking. I had to pay cash because there machine wasn't working and my card or my partners card didn't go through...
And TV was not working so we watch our phones.
- Marisa (2/5): - Nothing we liked. Room had no TV, table or chairs. Hotel manager knocked on the 1 morning and asked us to leave the room while they spayed. This type of behavior I've never experience at a Hotel. I plan on disputed the whole 3 nights.
- Lennaert (8/5): Nice hotel on a perfect location - The location was excellent. The hotel was outdated beds were a bit firm. But everything was clean and also it was quite quiet considering the location. The air conditioning was working perfectly. And the free parking was a good bones. It was like expected
- Patricia (2/5): Bed bugs beware! - After I checked in, I pulled up one side of the sheets and mattress protector. I didn’t see any. The room was also missing the extra top lock feature. Later the same day I returned to the hotel and was lying on the bed. I saw a bed bug on the sheets and one on the pillow. I jumped up and I was happy that I had not put my belongings on the bed. I told the front desk and had to text Hotels.com that there was bed bugs. They called the hotel and promised a refund. Waiting for the refund.
- Jonathan (8/5): Very good -
- Joe (1/5): Hi - Hi Hi
- Elia (6/5): - The room was clean. The only thing I was concerned about was the door lock. It was missing the metal door lock and I had to a place a chair for extra protection.
- Brala (2/5): - Worst hotel I’ve been to in years. I got bed bug bites still sticking with me after I left hotel. TV channels didn’t work. Staff rented room with clogged sink came in to fix while trying to use room. Staff insisted my reservation wasn’t valid. I had to spend an hour on the phone and Expedia came back and said they just got my name wrong. Crazy people screaming in courtyard outside room. No staff supervision. It isn’t worth any money saved .
- Guadalupe (10/5): - Like staying there the best
- Chariton (2/5): Very poor - Cheap. Good location Not enough towels for the number of guests
Sink smelled bad.
Bathroom door couldn’t be unlocked from inside.
- Nallely (10/5): Exceptional -
- Imed (8/5): Very good -
- Andrew (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bernadette (9/5): Superb -
- Hugo (9/5): Superb -
- Travis (2/5): Very poor -
- Paranpan (8/5): Very good - I like the location quite near to the market and entertainment center
Peaceful place
Very accommodating staff (Jenny) No place for clothes to hang even if it is only tempirary
- Wing (6/5): - Convenience, limited and tight parking spaces
- Werner (10/5): - all good no complaints
- Patricia (10/5): - We had a very nice room. It was clean and quiet. The mattress on the fold out bed could really use replacement. But other then that it was great. We will be back.
- Carlos (10/5): - Friendly staff and a nice room with good rates. I’ll be back soon!
- Ramon (10/5): - Was pleasantly surprised! The room is spacious, very clean, bathroom is a good size with linen and sheets immaculately white! The staff is friendly and accommodating! A great value for the price i paid. And the location is perfect. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and the Grove mall!👏👏👏!
- Matthew (10/5): - Stayed here a few times. Good spacious hotel in a nice area. Only bad thing is they dont allow you to have guests LOL
- Danny (1/5): A dump in A good location - The place is a total Dump. The courtyard was dirty, and all kinds of old tools were lying around. The location is good, but this place is a dump. It looks like a small, rundown apartment building.
- Byron (4/5): Disappointed. - Location. Run down. There was not enough parking.
- Steve (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shiran (5/5): Only the Front Desk Saved This Stay - The only good thing about our stay was the front desk agent— he was kind, welcoming, smiling, and gave us helpful local tips. His attitude stood out in a very positive way. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was terrible. The kitchen staff and housekeepers were rude and unpleasant. During breakfast, they started clearing the food abruptly while we were still serving ourselves, and even sprayed bleach (or a strong cleaning chemical) on the floor right next to where we were eating — clearly trying to rush us out.
We were granted late checkout in advance, yet housekeeping aggressively knocked on our door multiple times and shouted at us to leave. It was loud, intimidating, and honestly frightening. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable in any hospitality setting.
- Jesus (9/5): Superb -
- Martin (10/5): Best value in L.A. - Willy is a fantastic manager and a very caring person. Great and prompt attention. I didn't like leaving this motel, and retuning to Chicago. Love this place!
- Martin (6/5): - Very surprised there were no tissues in the room. Coffee maker in room would also be nice.
- Robert (10/5): It was great. Thank you. -
- Ale (7/5): Everything ok. -
- Christy (8/5): Perfection in the making. Will return. - Hi. Thank you for a lovely stay. I traveled from Laguna beach for an event and your inn was just right. I understand you are renovating. A suggestion is an easy chair with side table and lamp for relaxing. Also another shelf or side table next to the refrigerator/microwave. There wasn’t a coffee maker but I think that’s because this room was still under renovation. I will return to your Inn.
- Offir (6/5): Simple room for short stay. Goog location with parking - No breakfast on sitesimple room
- Silvia (10/5): Exceptional - I enjoyed that stores were at walking distance. Also, the busy streets made it feel secure when walking alone with my children.
- Andrew (7/5): Comfortable for the value and location - Convenient to the location we went to. Pretty clean inside. Lady at the desk was really nice. Can hear everything from the sidewalk, even though our windows were closed.
- Berk (8/5): Very good -
- Lulu (8/5): a day in Hollywood - the bed , cleanliness remote did not work, check out process
- tj (10/5): - Parking is a problem have to pay to park on street full size vehicles will not fit in tiny spaces
- Artur (8/5): - noise from the road .the website says that there is a hairdryer and an iron in the rooms, but in fact there is no one. in some rooms there is no closet . the room was damp and dusty.there are few parking lots. but in general the price and quality correspond to
- Daniel E (8/5): - Willi and the other person at the front desk were very nice. The hotel is perfectly located, confortable bed and free parking. Will stay again.
- Yoli (4/5): The Beverly Inn was recommended by hospital close by and it is very close to work which helps us rest up. The cleanlines - Close to work Maintenance/Housekeeping I think there’s only one house keeping person woman that has an unprofessional attitude because only stares rudely and doesn’t mind her own business. Instructions The housekeeper needs to be professional and pay attention to her job responsibilities to clean efficiently sanitize. The towels were very soiled or old dirty looked like they were never cleaned. The pillowcases were very stained dirty and old too. The sink bathroom was clogged pipe and the faucet filter was broken fell into the drain and was clogged with a foul sewer smelling. Maintenance needs to be performed and completed beforehand to ensure that our stay is pleasant, safe, secure and clean.
