• Christelle (8/5): Lovely Stay and Will book again. - The apartment is well located, spacious and comfortable. They can sharpen up on deep cleaning the apartment from time to time. Daily Housekeeping service is acceptable, but the apartment needs a bit of deep cleaning and maintenance.

The views outside were stunning and the setting in the balcony I liked it. There is nothing I would say I did not like in that place.

• Martin (5/5): Good facilities, but as an example the paper paper thin toilet paper is an example where it feels they are trying to cut - Its clean, location is good. Breakfast vouchers for coffee shop No staff to welcome you. You need to find a security guard somewhere in the parking basement to make contact and get the keys (this is their formal process). No indication of where you can park and cant park. Upon check-out, when we got in the car and wanted to reverse, we heard a destructive sound. Turns out the security clamped our wheel, damaging the rim of the rental car. Security did not want to release the car until payment - went to the mall manager and gave my grievance (all with my 80 year old father going for a heart operation). When you stay here, you will have to fend for yourself.

• Riette (9/5): Safe, stylish, and perfectly situated ; this flat made our holiday easy and enjoyable. - Excellent location — walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores, which made the stay very convenient. Modern, spacious and well-kept flat, with a clean and fresh feel throughout. Towels and bedding were fresh and comfortable, adding to the overall sense of cleanliness. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for simple meals and takeout, and it looked well-stocked for cooking too. We felt safe at all times, which made the stay even more relaxing. The hosts kept us stocked with toilet paper, bottled water, coffee, sugar, and tea, which was a thoughtful touch. The double bed mattress is worn on one side (cupboard side). It can get noisy on Friday and Saturday nights until about 2:00 a.m. due to the nearby restaurants and bars. Overall, though, it was a pleasant and convenient place to stay.

The bathrooms were good and the showers had great water pressure - always a win. The surrounding restaurants had very loud music playing until 1am. That was the only negative of our stay. We had hoped for a more relaxed time without the surrounding noise.

I came here for work with a family member and we enjoyed the proximity of the many restaurants(a shout for the Indian restaurant downstairs), shops & supermarkets (we had a preference for Woolworths). Our apartment with balcony was spacious & comfortable, extremely clean (daily housekeeping), well equiped including kitchen, A/C and private guarded parking. We had no noise problems whatsoever & we arrived on a Saturday & the restaurants & bars downstairs were full & very honestly we were not bothered at all. Everyday we also had 2 breakfast vouchers for 2 restaurants downstairs & both were excellent. Definitely recommend Heritage Square Apartments & next year we will be back & I won't even bother looking elsewhere, I'll just book with Bianca ! Birds on the balcony

• Wayne (3/5): I liked that the place was close to the wedding venue so a short drive. The shops and restaurants were also conveniently - The apartment was lovely and modern. Showers were decent pressure. Felt welcoming when we arrived. Security was friendly and helpful. The noise was awful! The first night the pub was playing music till 2am and second night the people staying next door were playing the music loud and talking loud! Sleep was minimal. The security door next to the lift that you used the round tag kept banging. So when anyone was going to their apartment they just let it bang everytime instead of just holding door gently and closing.

The sun shines onto the bed. The 2nd skylight further away does have a blind, I imagine the other one has broken and not been replaced.

• Haylene (6/5): The first few days of our stay was promising but that was short lived. - The apartment is spacious and centrally located. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and malls. Very safe area and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast vouchers at Coffee Cartel was very much appreciated. The bathroom needs urgent attention. Cockroaches were visible in the shower and hid under the shower tiles. Apartment was covered with small cockroaches, on day 2 of our 4 day stay. I brought it under the attention of the housekeeping staff but I guess they don’t view this as a serious issue. They left a bottle of Doom after I requested that they clean the apartment thoroughly. Apartment was spotless, although, that very same night and the next morning small cockroaches were visible again. We couldn’t wait to leave the apartment.

• Alicia (9/5): We enjoyed our stay🙌🏼 - Very spacious and modern. Friendly and helpful staff. The door that works with a pass on the 3rd floor was difficult to open. The bus we were traveling with could not get into the parking allocated for guests as it did not fit and we had to leave our trailer in another parking spot.

• Lauren (8/5): Family getaway in Durbanville - The house keeping was great especially when coming from a long day of activities. The fact that a supermarket (checkers) is right down the road was very convenient. The wine estates close by was excellent, we chose the klein roosboom. General maintenance of the facilities was lacking abit, the bottom of the stove cupboard was chipped. The balcony area was not safe for my toddler as there was an opening to the roof(maybe add a gate there or rail). The fact that there r no braai facilities was lacking, even a small portable braai could do.

Estacionamento disponível sem custo. Limpeza diaria A distância até as principais atrações no centro, mas de qualquer jeito em Cape Town vc vai ter rodar muito. Muitas atrações são longe. Pedi as almofadas das cadeiras externas várias vezes e não fui atendido.

• Salome (8/5): Great place 👌 - Very neat, lovely place to stay. The housekeeping staff were amazing 👏. Thank you to them . Being met by small and two big cockroaches in the apartment. Not very impressed. (Just a recommendation, the gab at front door is very big. Closing it might help with little creatures not coming in) The wknd loud music. Kept me awake until 1h30 in the morning.

• Michelle (10/5): - We loved the spacious apartment with the big balcony. It's was conveniently located, walking distance from pubs & restaurants. And short drive to wine farms.
• Jacques (7/5): Overall it was a good stay - Was nice and central with good parking. Also nice restaurants close by. There was a club outside next to our window. So … can bother you some nights if you are trying to sleep early.

What is with only 5????

• Chelsey (8/5): Very nice property with amazing staff. Couldn’t fault the property. - Very spacious, Modern and clean It was hard to locate the security guard for check in so we found ourselves standing outside for 15 minutes trying to find him before calling the staff and the security door on the 3rd floor didn’t work properly so it was wedged open through the night.
