Segolene (4/5): Très déçus... Attention aux voisins - Rachel75P Lyon, France 71 Très déçus, attention aux voisins ! Avis sur Niriides Homes & Villas Avis en attente Avis publié : Par où commencer... L'endroit est sympa à 20/25 minutes et de la ville principale, avec une voiture ou quad indispensable. Nous avions une maisonnette à étage pour 5 personnes, bien équipée. En revanche, nous avions choisi cette partie de l'île pour être éloignés des fêtards. Le problème est que les terrasses sont toutes mitoyennes, et nous nous sommes retrouvés à coté d'Espagnols très bruyants qui ont bu énormément sans quitter leur terrasse, avec la musique en continu, et des éclats de voix très forts dûs à l'alcool. La manager leur a parlé 2 fois, mais rien n'a changé. Nous n'avons pas dû diner dehors. Et nous n'avons pas pu dormir 2 nuits de suite, à 3h du matin ils hurlaient encore dehors. Le second soir ils ont cassé des bouteilles par terre. La manager, qui était mitoyenne aussi à notre terrasse avec sa famille, n'est pas sortie arrêter leur tapage nocturne. Ils sont simplement venus nettoyer les éclats de verre de partout dès 8h du matin. Nous avons demandé un dédommagement (tarif de location à 430€ par nuit quand même....) : RIEN. On nous a répondu que n'avions qu'à leur téléphoner pendant la nuit pour intervenir.... Que la chambre était conforme à l'annonce et qu'ils n'étaient pas responsables des autres clients (??). Bref notre séjour a été complètement gâché. Et si c'était à refaire, vu le prix, j'irai dans un autre endroit plus au calme.

Ellen (10/5): - This property was so amazing! My husband and I prefer a quieter holiday, but we still wanted to visit Mykonos. I am so glad we stayed at this property! The property itself was quiet and peaceful (and had the cutest little cat) and was just a short drive from Elia beach and had Cafes and restaurants within a short drive/walk. The drive into town was very easy, though my husband and I preferred staying in the area around the property instead of going into town. The parking area is private with a secured gate, and the rooms felt extremely safe. My husband and I didn't realize the doors would lock automatically behind us and we did end up locking ourselves out at one point, but the staff was very helpful in getting us back in. If my husband and I ever come back to Mykonos we would definitely stay here again.

Verified traveler (8/5): Luxurious is only the name... - I get it- the pool is beautiful, the view is also great. The fact that all the options around the premise is even more expensive makes me wonder if I should write at all. (In the end it is high season.) Overall we had a good time but the studio we stayed in was really small and not in the best shape and the kitchenette was not well equipped. The bathroom was tiny and smelled sometimes. However we had a nice stay as mentioned earlier.

Unfortunately we have noise from works closed to the villa and it was also very windy but these are things anyone can control. I recommend this place with no doubt !

I would absolutely stay here again or recommend staying here. My only qualm is that I wish the wifi was stronger. It went out on our party multiple times.

Raphael (10/5): - Really had a good stay at Nirrides. Communication was very good. Costas arranged our transfers to get to the hotel but also to go back to the port. The hotel is clean and swimming pool is great with sea view. We met the lovely cat Nirri, she was so friendly like everyone there. Costas also arranged for us to rent a motorbike so we could do some beach hopping. Really recommend this place!

However they are very remote and because it was October it was difficult to find restaurants nearby that were open or had other customers in them. You need a car at this property.

A travel cot was provided for our young baby and we were all made to feel extremely welcome. As others have said the breakfast offering isn't amazing but this wasn't a problem for us. We purchased fresh baked goods from town and enjoyed these in front of the pool. Elia is a lovely part of Mykonos and the resturant on the beach is highly recommended - we had some of the best food in Greece here.

Sandra (10/5): Excellent hotel - Excellent séjour au Niriides. Accueil formidable, hotel à taille humaine calme et reposant, belle piscine et superbe vue. Près de très belles plages, mais un peu loin de la ville malheureusement, compter 20-25 min de voiture. La chambre est cependant plus petite qu'attendu pour quatre, et sans aucun rangement. Seulement une petite armoire ce qui n'est pas suffisant. Les lits pourraient être plus confortable, et le sol rénové. Ça semble un peu vieux, mais c'est tout de même très propre. Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans cet hotel et n'hésiterions pas à y retourner!

Verified traveler (10/5): - Stunning self catering accommodation, cleverly designed with really lovely brick facades all mingled together providing a mix of studio, duplex accommodation and villas. All accommodation has a lovely sea view. Our duplex slept 4, with 1 double bed downstairs and 2 twin beds upstairs. We had a lovely outside terrace leading straight to a stunning pool (with the most comfortable sunbeds ever!). The quiet location means a car is a necessity. The staff could not be nicer and were so helpful throughout our stay. Mykonos Town is about 15 mins away by car. The town is really beautiful and it was a delight to wonder around the maze of stunning pathways flanked by bars, restaurants and boutiques. I highly recommend Mykonos, its a lovely classy chic island and I also highly recommend this particular accommodation, just stunning. Note that Mykonos can be very windy but we found this more than tolerable during our 1 week stay. Thank you Niriides for a holiday to remember !

Faith (10/5): - This is an incrediblly clean and well maintained facility. The staff are very accommodating. This is an out of the way location where you will experience a good (quiet) night sleep. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom clean and the mini kitchen was stocked with juice, butter, creamer for coffee, jam and also had cookies, candies, coffee, tea, etc - all at no additional cost. Room rate included transportation to and from the airport (approximately 20 min drive). A great value.

With super clean, modern and outstanding facilities! You will love to stay relax in your balcony or in front of its infinity pool! Rooms are fantastic and have amazing views to the swimming pool and Elia beach. Very friendly and polite staff who are always willing to go the extra mile and help you with anything you might need!
Celia (10/5): Best place that we have EVER stayed!! - Blew us away!!! Amazing stay thanks to the team here!! They could not do enough to help us; from collecting us from the airport, giving us a huge wealth of advice about the local area and helping us with travel to the main town as well as supplying recommendations on bars and restaurants and supplying a detailed map for free, and then dropping us off at the port when it was time to leave. I could not recommend this place enough. On top of the fantastic staff, the room was gorgeous with delicious sweet and savoury snacks supplied for free and topped up daily, AC, and the most stunning view of the luxurious pool and Elia beach (10 minute walk from the hotel - would definitely recommend popping down for dinner on the beach.) All in all I am beyond thrilled with our experience here and hope that everyone chooses to stay here because you are guaranteed a wonderful stay. Verified traveler (10/5): Niriides - I recently stayed at Niriides and Marilina and Freddy, employees at Niriides, were fantastic! Days prior to arriving in Mykonos, Marilina arranged free shuttle transportation from the port to the hotel (about a twenty minute drive). When we arrived they spent time patiently answering all of our questions, giving us recommendations on where to eat and how to get around the island. The room was upgraded for free and was clean upon arrival, with a few snacks. We really enjoyed our stay! Only downside is the location. The hotel is a bit out of the way, but if you rent a car or atv you will be fine. Plus the shuttle to and from the port helps!
Hassan (10/5): Amazing Stay! Would recommend to everyone! - Everything from arriving in Mykonos to leaving was amazing due to the management here, especially Marilina! She was at the airport ready to collect us and offered to drop us back too! She was super helpful with everything and anything we needed and always delivered or more! The resort is immaculately clean and furnished to a high standard! Amazing views too! We rented a car, which Marilina organised for us at a great price and they delivered it to us and collected it when we left too. Ano Mera is 5 mins away and has everything from a supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, bakery etc. (Super Handy) The Mykonos Town is a 15-20 mins drive but honestly I rather stay here and drive to town as it's a great journey, plus I rather be close to Elia beach as its one of my favourites. It's literally 3 mins down the road. Everything was amazing at Niriides and I can't wait to visit again!
Jo (8/5): Great villas, duplex apartments and Studios - Just returned from a 10night stay at Nirrides. I really liked this place 1. 5 * service from management 2. Beautiful pool 3.Close to Elia and Kalo Livaldi Beaches 3. Very nicely designed villas/ duplexes and Studios for a 3* property (Duplexes may feel small for over 2 people if spending much time indoors - otherwise perfect). 4. Well equipped kitchen/ette with teas/coffees etc. provided 5. Good powerful showers and hot water Overall a great stay. Wherever you stay in Mykonos, do hire a car to explore beaches and town. Its cheap and easy and Taxi's are expensive.
Mina (10/5): Close to Elia beach - Although the location of the hotel is not near “Little Venice” the place and views you get are incredible. We rented a car with the help of Marilina for about 35Euros/Day...well worth it. The hotel itself...transport to/from was courtesy of the hotel. The facility, the room & the staff were excellent to us. If we ever come back to Mykonos we will definitely stay with them. Thank you Marilina & staff : -)

Fatima (10/5): Great hotel, friendliest staff - We got picked up at the ferry port by the driver, our ferry was three hours late (!!!!) but she was so understanding and kind once we arrived. Reception made our trip a breeze by advising on the bus schedule and providing us with information about the rest of the island. The room was comfortable, the pools were clean and beautifully staged, and the view from both the room and the pool was breathtaking. We can't wait to go back!
maija (10/5): Unique and beautiful stay by the beach - The staff made the stay very comfortable and were there for anything we needed. I had the loft room which looked out to the ocean and the beautiful pool. Ate breakfast every morning on the patio before I started my day!
Age (8/5): Lovely hotel! - Lovely hotel! Fairly new so it is in great condition. Hotel owners are very nice. Two beds were upstairs, loft style room. It has ladder style steps which can be a little challenging. Transportation from ferry on arrival and to airport for departing were included in total cost. Hotel is about 25 mins from city center. There is no public transportation near the hotel and cabs are few. Hotel was gracious enough to transport us to other places on island but there was an additional fee so guests should consider this when booking. Lovely few of ocean.
Age (8/5): Beautiful beautiful place! - This is a lovely hotel! It's fairly new so it is in great condition. The 2 extra beds are upstairs, a loft type setting. It can be a little challenging because of the ladder style steps to get to it. It's a bit far from the city center, about 25 mins, but hotel owner included transportation from ferry and then to airport in our cost. They were willing to drop and pick us up at other sites though. It cost us an additional $75 so folks should consider those extra costs when visiting Santorini. There is no public transportation near the hotel and cabs are few. Otherwise, we loved the hotel. Has a great view of the ocean!

claire (8/5): Nice relaxing break - We were picked up and dropped off by the owners. This hotel is immaculate. The area (Elia) is very quiet with just 2 restaurants near the beach - Elia Beach restaurant is excellent. The beach is a clean and mainly sandy bay. It is a 15 minute walk to the beach from the apartments which is incredibly hilly - so not good for those with mobility issues. A car would be handy as the apartments are fairly remote although one of the main bus routes runs by so you can flag a bus down to Mykonos Town for €7 (2 adults & 2 kids).The nearest supermarket and selection of tavernas are 2.5km away in Ano Mera. The owner will give you a lift to the supermarket for €20. There is no shops near to the apartments and no bar there either.
Athena (10/5): A true hidden gem in Mykonos - We were greeted in the port by illiana's warm smile! We asked for a shuttle from the port very last minute, and they were able to accommodate us (complimentary.) illiana was able to recommend the best local spots, modes of transportation, restaurants, etc. the room and pool was absolutely beautiful! Complimentary water and snacks. Perfect for us (four girls), a family, or a couple. The location was easy access to the port and downtown. The island doesn't have great access to cabs, but the hotel has a driver who can bring you for a great price. Illiana assisted us in renting four wheelers, including calling and asking pricing. The room was clean and comfortable. Would recommend this to anyone!! A true gem!!

Peter (2/5): No luxury here. - No luxury here I'm afraid. Where to start? There were bare electric wires hanging loose out of the wall and floor. Although the room looked new it was unfinished and already starting to look tatty. The shower attachments were loose, electric point right next to sink and tap! TV had only Greek language stations. Tiny pool. They do not serve ANY food including breakfast ("We are not a hotel"). The nearest place to eat is a 30 minute arduous walk though, for 15 euros each way, the management will drive you the 1.5 km to the supermarket. The local resort is expensive which is presumably where Neriides got their pricing from. Staff friendly enough but clearly inexperienced. We (2 adults, 2 children) stayed for one night before flying home and we were expecting a final luxurious treat. It was anything but. Expensive even for Mykonos. Not recommended.
