Al entrar en la habitación nos dimos cuenta que no estaba limpia y que las sabanas estaban sucias y con mocos, así que pedimos que las limpiaran y cuando nos sentamos en la cama fue horrible, notabas las pulgas como subían y te picaba todo el cuerpo. Duramos dos horas y no nos quisieron devolver el dinero NADA. Pesimooo
• Vincenza (3/5): Never again! 🐜🛏️💀 - Just the pool ☺️ This was my first terrible hotel experience. I hope my review can help highlight how important hygiene is. I went just to visit the location for work and recommend it to others, but unfortunately the property is absolutely not worth it. The room was dirty everywhere, no breakfast, not even a spoon for stirring coffee. I constantly had to ask for animals to be removed and for cleaning. I believe there were animals in the bed, because I am covered in bites from who knows what. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid it!

• Verified traveler (4/5): - Honestly I needed a place to stay last minute the staff were nice enough but the room was absolutely disgusting. As someone who has stayed in hostels they have always been much nicer than this it was truly disgusting.

J’ai demandé à ce que la chambre soit nettoyée à mon arrivée en revenant le soir je n’ai vu aucun changement mais ils étaient bien passé. J’avais acheter quelques produits ménage et demander le balais pour nettoyer. Seule une bouilloire est disponible en chambre mais pas utilisable, sale et beaucoup de calcaire. Chaque jour le personnel passe mais pour faire le lit uniquement les draps ne sont pas changé et les sanitaires pas nettoyé.

• Krisna (6/5): Convenient for a late-night check-in, but not ideal for a longer stay. - The staff was friendly and helpful, and it’s great that the front office is available 24 hours—it made late check-in at 1 AM smooth and easy. The overall condition of the hotel was poor and not very comfortable, which is why we only stayed for a couple of hours.
• Sydney (1/5): Bed bugs, dirty sheets, foul smells. - Nothing Terrible location- far(ish) from the city and feels unsafe. Bed bug infestation in the room. We booked here for 1 night as we had a late flight. We arrived at 1am and left at 2am - the minute we sat on the bed we began to get bitten. The bed sheets also had stains on them and the bathroom stank of urine and the towels were dirty on arrival.

• Pei (3/5): Don’t believe the photos. - In central Denpasar close to museum. Staff did their best in their jobs. The photos are not representative of what it is now. I have stayed in cheap and simple places all over SEA, and have never posted a bad review, but this will be my first.
• Abdur (2/5): Very poor - the Swimming pool The room does not match with the photos. Painting coming off. Blankets and Towels have spots on it. Bathroom is very old and broken. Air-conditioner is very weak. I booked for 5 nights, however, struggled to stay for 2 nights then left. They didn't give any refund. Non functional TV, fridge etc there.

• Jenna (1/5): Would not recommend - Would not recommend especially for female travellers. We arrived late at night and were confronted by a man wearing only a towel around his waist in the lobby. He tried to help us with our bags and talk to us.. the whole thing was creepy. Hotel staff didn’t intervene. Everything was unclean. The air conditioner was disgustingly dirty and mouldy. My feet were black from walking on the floor of the room. The hotel has been badly looked after and doesn’t look at all like the photos anymore. It was 2am so we slept a few hours and couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

Massive ant nest in the toilet and an earth worm swimming by the draining hole. The inside of the toilet door was covered by dried white stains. It was very late in the night and too late to find somewhere else

I booked 4 days and requested not to accept the booking unless it was guaranteed the Wi-Fi is adequate as my sole purpose was to work. The Wi-Fi was terrible most nights and I did not have any in my room which made it impossible to work, resulting in my losing money everyday.

• Oliwier (9/5): Superb - Traditional looking hotel with amazing staff and good location. The rooms aren’t the best, kind of dirty and old however for this price it was expectable.
