Amra (10/5): Serene luxury sanctuary with refined elegance and polished atmosphere - Vibe of a butique hotel but lot of space to isolate if preferred to. Room very spacious and comfortable. We loved our room having a terrace and a beautiful secluded pool access. The pool deep and long enough for a long morning swim. We loved Missoni restaurant for afternoon drinks and enjoyed watching people passing by. Beach Grill restaurant had a beautiful vibe to it in late afternoon/night and food was nicely presented and very tasty. Staff was welcoming and mostly well trained and competent. Breakfast in Sense restaurant could be better. Space is too small and poorly utilised. Very noisy and chaotic at times and not very enjoyable unless you are lucky to get a table outdoors. Concierge never responded to a call from the receptionist when we made an enquiry about day trip to Lovina. Subsequent email from me was also never responded to.

Rhiannon (9/5): Amazing and picturesque resort. - The property is amazing. I especially like that it opens onto the beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast could be managed better often waiting longer for eggs such as poached or fried that weren’t scrambled to be served. To manage this It would be good if the staff advised how long it would take for an item (ie 15 mins to prepare) this would better manage expectations, rather than take the order and table number and that’s it). Food options for vegetarians are limited. The food at Bejana was amazing and they catered to vegetarians but this was the only restaurant who did this at the resort.

Zee (4/5): OK, I would try another hotel. - The staff in the gym were amazing, they went above and beyond. The spa, jacuzzi and red light sauna were amazing. The location was really lovely. The staff in the breakfast room were terrible. They continuously asked for your room number and treated everyone like they were thieves about to steal food. They were not warm or inviting and they weren't helpful. They harassed me constantly for my room number which made me feel terrible and uncomfortable. I let them know they had a large deposit from my credit card so if they left they could always use that. I dreaded going to eat there and would not have had I been staying with my friends

Jmnjmn (10/5): A wonderful week of holidays at the Ritz Carlton Bali - The Ritz Carlton Bali is probably the most beautiful resort we have ever been in Asia. A truly wonderful experience. Everything has been to the perfection. Our cliff villa with our private swimming pool facing the ocean (villa 9010) is incredible and the service of Dwipa, our butler, has been above all expectations. The staff is anticipating all your wishes while remaining discreet.
fsimsam (10/5): Stunning hotel - Absolutely stunning hotel set in beautiful gardens. The suites are very well furnished, light and airy. The biggest most comfortable bed with fine white linens. There is a walk in closet, a well lit dressing table with power sockets. Plenty of storage spaces, push button sheer and blackout blinds and a wide balcony. Our room was on floor six, high above the trees with sea views. There are buggies to take you around the hotel grounds but it is easily walkable. The breakfast was excellent, nothing is too much trouble for the staff who are quick to assist. The pool area was lovely with beds and parasols, plenty of large towels and cabanas available at no extra cost. Free drinking water. The beach area could be slightly better organised for a hotel of this standard. The location is slightly outside the central Nusa Dua area and not very easy to walk due to lack of pavements so you need a taxi to get into the shops and restaurants. Tip- the Grab taxi app makes this very easy and affordable.
poppySurreyUk (10/5): Gorgeous relaxing stay, beautiful surroundings. - Lovely short stay to explore Nusa Dua. Great site, nice pool and breakfast. Dinner by the beach restaurant, lovely menu. Monkeys are around tho, so watch out. Buggy’s useful to get you around also. Kids could be encouraged to use the parallel pool alongside the big pool tho. It’s better for them. Some people actually want to swim! Pool attentions maybe intimidated, afraid to control the jumping, and screaming noise. Not so pleasant at times. But, definitely will return, really enjoyable stay.
rubyaS6090GR (10/5): Great Escape for Couples - We stayed in an ocean-cliff villa. Must mention the great service: Kaka helped us daily with all or our needs (reservations, car rental, converters). Hadi made check in and check out quick and easy. Offering us refreshments. Baskara also did dinner reservations and late check-out because we had evening flights. Indah made sure our room was serviced when we were out. Adi met us at the airport and helped us with our luggage to our car where we received cookies, water, and hand towels. Panca is the best waiter at the Beach Grill. Gin set up our cabana. Mahesa is the best cabana waiter. He refilled my champagne even when I was in the pool. He is doing a Ritz-Carlton internship and even helps clean the beach when his shifts are done. The concierge is also great for tours that don't leave you stuck in tourist traps. Pros: The resort has a calm vibe. The location is near a lot of beach clubs. There is a great spa. The resort is very clean and well-maintained. It is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. There are shops on the resort that are also expensive but good to have if you need something. The area is quiet (even on the beach). Cons: The ocean is rough and there are little bugs that bite you. The resort sprays for mosquitos but you NEED to wear bug spray constantly. Even when you go to bed. They should have mosquito traps in the room because they get in and bite you in your sleep. Also, get a driver because the traffic is crazy.

We booked a 2 bedroom Sky Villa for 5 adults and 1 baby and it was the most comfortable and luxurious stay. The villa had everything we needed and if we needed more, Dwipa and the butler team did EVERYTHING they could to deliver. The spa was excellent (try the Hydrovital pool - it was complimentary) and the facial was to die for! We have travelled all over the world and to be honest, the service level here is ridiculously GREAT. They need an award. Thank you Dwipa!!

While these could be nice and scenic when the weather is dry, they make it difficult to go anywhere (restaurants, gym, pool, etc.) during the rainy season. The staff go out of their way to help with umbrellas and buggy transportation but every time you want to go somewhere out of your room you have to plan in order to minimize getting wet.

Sowohl Housekeeping als auch Front Office agierten ausgesprochen freundlich, professionell und zuverlässig , Dillan begleitete uns immer per WhatsApp und das Gepäck wurde auf die Minute genau abgeholt ! – ein klares Plus des Hauses. Unsere Suite mit direktem Poolzugang war in gutem Zustand und bot angenehme Privatsphäre. Hervorzuheben ist die außergewöhnlich schöne, üppige Vegetation rund um die Lagunenanlage – architektonisch und landschaftlich ein echtes Highlight & top gepflegt. Der Fitnessbereich entspricht aus unserer Sicht vollumfänglich dem 5-Sterne-Standard: sehr sauber, hervorragend gepflegte Life-Fitness-Geräte und ein freundliches, kompetentes Team am Desk!!! Die Klimatisierung war perfekt abgestimmt. Entwicklungspotenzial sehen wir bei der Preisgestaltung der Minibar und in Teilen der Gastronomie. Das Preisniveau bewegt sich im oberen Luxussegment, ohne dass sich dies durchgehend im wahrgenommenen Gegenwert widerspiegelt. Auch der Pool- und Strandbereich wirkt stellenweise nicht mehr ganz zeitgemäß für die Markenpositionierung. Hier könnten gezielte Investitionen das Gesamtbild deutlich aufwerten. Phasenweise entstand zudem eher der Eindruck eines stark frequentierten Resorts als eines ruhigen Luxury-Destination-Hotels. Mit punktuellen Anpassungen in Infrastruktur und Positionierung ließe sich das internationale Luxury-Profil noch klarer herausstellen.

811adielr (10/5): 3-night stay at Ritz Carlton Bali - I cannot underscore enough how great the service was at Ritz Carlton Bali. We went to Bali because my 4-year old daughter wanted to for her birthday, and we stayed in the Cliff Villa for three nights. The Butler team went above and beyond for my family, Mr Baskara should be proud of what he's achieved with his team. Each reservation and request was managed promptly and with great professionalism. Jojo, our butler, showed great care in arranging activities for my kids and attending to our needs. He had the villa decorated in line with her birthday on arrival (5 Feb) and again on her actual birthday (7 Feb). Entering the villa, my kid saw the lawn and wanted to have a picnic. That whim was noted by Jojo and it turned into a full afternoon tea on the lawn with a puzzle mat and toys for the kids and bean bags for the adults. He even had custom-made t-shirts with my kids' names done with a hand-written card (and drawings) wishing my 4-year old a happy birthday. Before the trip, we asked if floaties were available in the resort (no, unfortunately but air pump facilities were available). When we reached the villa, Jojo had three floaties prepared for my kids to use. Just going above and beyond. On a personal level, he even helped with souvenir shopping and fitting in all our reservations for lunch, dinner, spa and resort activities wonderfully. As a final note on this - on check-out day, Jojo was supposed to start his shift at 4pm but came to say farewell to us at noon. Aside from impeccable execution, after every activity he made sure to ask if the kids enjoyed it. It really came across that his care and attention to ensure we had a good time there was authentic. Ayu on the breakfast team was very kind to my kids as well, helping to prepare a fruit platter when she found out it was my 4-year old's birthday and had a character pancake made. They also surprised us with a birthday song. The staff at Ritz Kids also prepared cupcakes and sang a birthday song for my kid, the activities were a lot of fun for her. My kid usually needs a little time to warm up to people, it's a testament to the Ritz Kids staff that they got on well immediately. The facilities were also great, my wife and I enjoyed the massages, facials and use of the hydro-vital pool and sauna. I'd recommend Bejana as a great place to have dinner, do not miss out on the duck. The villa was a good space, we initially thought the walk and elevator down to the facilities would be annoying but the view of the resort every ride down eased our minds.

TIAN (9/5): 环境、美食、服务令人满意，细节仍需完善。 - 酒店的环境非常优美，大厅在山上，住宿的地方在山脚下，一直延伸到海边；早餐是自助餐，非常丰盛，每天有来自不同的国家的2-3道特色美食，味道也很不错；酒店的员工服务非常热情，态度令人感觉很友善，酒店活动也很好。酒店的check in的时间会比15:30还要晚一些；从酒店的大堂到住宿的地方无法使用shuttle bus，只能坐至少1个电梯并且走一段路才能看到shuttle bus,对于手提很多东西购物回来的客人来说不太方便；枕头不是特别舒适，建议给客人可以选择的枕头类型。

Upon arriving at our villa, we were touched to find beautiful honeymoon decorations waiting for us—a very warm and personal welcome. Our butler, Mr. Dwipa, was exceptional. He was always kind, reliable, and went above and beyond to provide us with the best support, including wonderful honeymoon surprises. We visited all the restaurants during our stay, and every dish was delicious. I highly recommend the beachfront restaurant; dining in front of the endless, crystal-blue ocean was spectacular. What moved us most was that every single restaurant prepared a surprise honeymoon celebration for us, making each meal a special memory. The entire staff was wonderful, always greeting us with warm smiles and providing professional service. Beyond the dining, our stay was incredibly fulfilling. Between our villa’s private pool, the main resort pool, the relaxing spa, and the complimentary daily activities, there was never a dull moment. The activities, in particular, allowed us to experience the beautiful culture of Bali firsthand. Thank you to Mr. Dwipa and the entire team for making our honeymoon so perfect. We can't wait to return!

Окрема подяка Еці — вона була постійно на зв’язку, миттєво вирішувала всі наші та дитячі питання й організувала пізній check-out. Такого не було. До нас іноді приходили мавпочки, але якщо не залишати їжу на балконі — все добре (у цій грі вони перемагають 😄).
Dzmitry (10/5): This hotel truly saved our vacation - After leaving Belmond Jimbaran Puri, arriving at The Ritz-Carlton felt like stepping onto a different planet: a clean beach, beautiful ocean, plenty of greenery, and space to walk around and enjoy the surroundings. An excellent hotel both for families and couples. The room was spacious and very comfortable. In-room service is on the highest level — housekeeping twice a day, coffee, water, fresh fruit. In many hotels this would be considered a luxury; here, it’s simply the standard. A great selection of restaurants, and special thanks for the kids’ menu, which made our stay with family even more comfortable. We spent a wonderful time here with our family, and the result is what truly matters — beautiful memories. Thank you to the entire Ritz-Carlton team for this outstanding experience.

The wonderful team including Jojo and Kaka looked after us and attended to our needs around the clock and gave many small surprises to the kids throughout our stay. It was a high quality and highly memorable trip made possible by the amazing facilities and friendly plus professional team at Ritz. Highly recommended.
maneeshs129 (10/5): Great Location, Mixed Execution - I was about to give this 4 stars. We checked in late in the evening and discovered our room smelled very musty. It felt like the room hadn’t been opened or properly aired for weeks, perhaps even months. To their credit, they did spray room freshener when we pointed this out. Also, the cleanliness and maintenance of the changing room/ toilet near the pool were not up to the mark, especially for a Ritz-Carlton. However, Mr Ivan, the duty manager, sought us out during breakfast, apologised for the odour in our room, and offered us complimentary transport to our next destination in Seminyak. Ritz-Carlton Nusa Dua has a lot going for it, offering some of the most stunning sea views in Bali from its lobby. The F&B staff at their Senses restaurant were excellent too. A senior staff (forgot to take down his name) went the extra mile in making sure Indonesian style noodles were made for us as per our liking. The confectionery items were delicious as well. But management can do more to truly keep up with the Ritz-Carlton brand and its high standards. We have experienced several Ritz-Carlton properties, including those in Singapore and Istanbul, and the warmth here was lacking compared to what is expected of their “Ladies and Gentlemen.” The staff were respectful, but appeared stiff and reserved. Perhaps, some of this was due to a lack of confidence in engaging with English speaking guests, but this can certainly be improved with more training. I’m giving this one extra star only because of Ivan’s proactive service recovery.

syedaX7333UF (10/5): Exceptional stay at The Ritz Bali! - I would like to compliment the staff of The Ritz Carlton Bali for an incredible stay i had with my wife from the 8th to 12th January this year. Our last visit here was in November 2025 and 2 months on, when we came back, it’s like we never left! This stay was extra special because it was to celebrate the promotion at work for my wife and the staff at Ritz Carlton made it truly special and exceptional for both her and myself. We were greeted this time by Claudia and then handled by Dina for check in and escorted by Daffa to our room. All 3 of them displayed outstanding warmth and service excellence. The traditional Balinese hospitality was felt by both my wife and me, just like every other time we came here for holiday. This was our 4th or 5th stay in the last 14 months and the service we have received have always been consistent. Everywhere we go, when we walk past any staff member, we were greeted with a smile and good morning or afternoon. That’s one reason we always keep coming back. We were also remembered by another service staff, Giwang when we passed by reception on certain days as she has handled us before in November. It is truly an amazing feeling to be remembered by them. On one of the nights, we went to The Beach Grill for dinner and 2 of your staff made us feel like we were in a Michelin Star restaurant. Kudos to both Jessica and Yudi for a 5 star service at the Beach Grill. They were a gracious host to both me and my wife and recommended the menu and meals well as it is our first time trying Beach Grill despite staying here plenty of times. They even decorated our table with a congratulatory note for my wife signed by staff members of Beach Grill. They made her very happy and a happy wife is a happy life! A stay at Ritz Carlton will not be complete without spa treatments and i’d like to compliment Sefti for her magic hands. My wife was truly happy with the massage and when my wife complimented her on her scent and the perfume she was wearing, she even gave my wife a small sample bottle. Its so endearing. Last but not least, the star of Ritz Carlton Bali, Gentha, who was the first person to check us in when we first stayed here, he always find ways to make our stay beyond exceptional every time he knows we are coming back. On one of the days, he presented us a thumbdrive containing videos of staff members from different departments, sending well wishes and congratulations to my wife on her promotion. He decorated our room upon check in with a personal drawing of my wife on a frame, he is such an amazing artist by the way, and he has handled all our request and bookings personally throughout the entire stay, helping me make arrangements for an unforgettable experience and celebration for my wife. His personal touch makes him an invaluable staff in Ritz and we regard him as family instead of a staff there. During our stay we have seen some other guests being unreasonable with their requests, for god knows what reasons. Be it at the restaurant, lobby or even at breakfast. But your staff always handle them tactfully and professionally. You guys aren’t just a 5 star hotel, but definitely a 10 in our eyes and we always look forward to coming back. Great job to everyone mentioned and everyone who works there!

JamesC810 (10/5): Perfect couples getaway - We stayed 4 nights from 21-25 January 2026. We stayed in a large one bedroom pool villa. It was spacious clean and well appointed. The resort is very large (12.8 ha) and has extensive facilities. Breakfast was included and staff throughout our stay were excellent. Nothing was too much for staff who went above and beyond for us and all guests. Special thanks to Arni in Bejana and Chef Ariana who looked after us at daily breakfast.

Everyone here has greeted me with immense warmth and meticulous care, making me feel truly at home. Our butler Dwipa was incredibly attentive, solving problems promptly and communicating all information accurately, while also telling us a great deal about the hotel. A special thank you also goes to Kaka for his thoughtfulness and kindness—he remembered my Chinese Lunar birthday from just a casual comment, and prepared a little cake and a small gift for me.
