Good value comparably. No place to walk, had to drive through a very industrial area. No staff introduction to room or availability after hours.

The view of the chalk sound was great! Nice restaurant with good food! Everything was nicely kept. The villas were spaced far enough away from each other, so you had nice privacy!

Staff were helpful and the restaurants on property were very good. Not much to complain about maybe better beach chairs but having them to use was super convenient

The location is exceptional, in a true paradise corner of the Turks and Caicos Islands, peaceful and far from mass tourism. The villa is beautiful, very well maintained, and perfectly equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The beach is stunning and never crowded, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The setting is idyllic, surrounded by nature, turquoise waters, and tranquility. The staff is extremely welcoming, professional, and always attentive, which truly makes a difference. The value for money is excellent. The hotel offers top-quality amenities, including free kayaks, which are perfect for enjoying the sea. The property is also very conveniently located, just a short distance from the airport, which is ideal after a long journey. This is the perfect place to unwind, disconnect, and enjoy a high-end stay in an intimate and peaceful atmosphere. Honestly, nothing negative to mention. Just keep in mind that it is better to eat at the hotel’s restaurant rather than buying groceries and cooking yourself, as supermarkets nearby (about a 10-minute drive) can be quite expensive. The hotel restaurant, however, offers excellent quality and is very convenient throughout the stay.

Julianna (9/5): Quiet Vibes - Ultra quiet area, spacious villa, I loved the attached plunge pool. Having a full kitchen was awesome. Great AC and consistent wifi. Easy, free parking. You definitely need a car to get around, the surrounding area is isolated and there isn't anything walkable nearby. Check-in and out processes are kind of weird (there's a dedicated front office but it was hardly ever open)

Construction/industry noise somewhere in the neighbourhood, only noticeable at the back of the property and not the fault of Neptune.

Giorgia (8/5): Very nice and private cabins - Lovely cabins, extremely spacious, with private pool and terrace. Super close to our two favorite beaches (Sapodilla and Taylor). Good food at the restaurant in the property. Kayaks and paddle boards also available. Overall very good stay. First, they don't offer shuttle service, which is a pity because we had to take a taxi (we arrived too late in the afternoon to rent a car) which is $60 for a less than 10 minutes drive. And second, the staff at the property’s restaurant was noticeably less welcoming than what we experienced elsewhere during our two-week stay in multiple islands of Turks and Caicos, which was disappointing given how warm everyone else was. I wouldn’t recommend the restaurant.

Vit (10/5): Lovely villas with an amazing restaurant - The accommodation is a bit older, but everything is very clean and well maintained, with charming décor throughout. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The beach next to the villas (Chalk Sound) isn’t ideal for swimming, but it’s perfect for kayaking and paddleboarding — and the views are absolutely stunning. The small private pool at the villa was very refreshing, and we enjoyed it a lot. Overall, an amazing experience and excellent value for money. We would happily come back! The only minor issue was the Wi-Fi in our villa — it was unstable and quite slow during our stay. The staff tried to help, but since we were there over the weekend, a technician wasn’t available. Even our mobile data was weak in that spot. Fortunately, the internet in the restaurant was fast, and we imagine the villa connection has likely been fixed by now.

David (9/5): A delightful week with family - Excellent location….with the sound on one side and the ocean on the other, it is beautifully located. Villas are very private and roomy. The property has a great pool and restaurant. We were only able to stay for 8 days! It was a great property.

Roger (9/5): very nice we will go back at a sunnyer time. - staff was so friendly, food expensive but very good. we were there during Hurricane Millissa and they took good care of us. Room was very nice, cozy bed and great view. Renting a car was a must if you want to see the rest of the island. the owner was very gracious. the weather but not anyones fault. we will go back.

Shanee (10/5): Relaxing, fun, great location! - Very nice and quiet! The people are super friendly! Especially Liz! She takes care of us every time we visit! We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa. It could use a little updating! The rooms are decorated in children’s accessories. We had 3 adult couples. I think the rooms should be neutral. We couldn’t use the bathroom in the front room because use the knob on the shower was broken. Other than that, everything else was great! We love coming here! Definitely will be back

Esta muy buen ubicado cerca de la playa de Sapodilla.. que es muy tranquila y preciosa No hay nada importante que no me gustase. En general estuvimos muy a gusto y tranquilos....

Ute (8/5): Traumhafte Karibik mit zauberhaften Momenten - Nette Anlage mit tollen Bungalows samt eigenem kleinen Pool, Küche, Waschmaschine und Trockner, Personal war extrem nett und hilfsbereit, so würde u. A. ganz schnell ein Airbed aufgestellt, so dass wir drei jeweils ein eigenes Bett hatten, Essen und Trinken im Restaurant war lecker, Stand Up Paddelboards und Kajaks standen zur Verfügung, Bootstour durch den chalk Sound konnte problemlos gebucht werden. Ruhige Strände, wenig Wellengang, ideal für Jetski. Die Insel (WestCaico) ist aber recht klein, so dass es zu den Ausflügen nie weit war. Einige Ausflüge mussten wegen der Auswirkungen vom Hurrikan abgesagt werden, aber es gab Ersatz. Besonders süß ist auch die Neptun Villas Katze Uma. 🥰 T&C ist extrem teuer. Das war mir nicht bewusst, sollte man im Blick haben. 🤑🤑🤑 Die Anlage liegt leider weit ab vom Schuss, der Strand direkt bei der Anlage (gerade Mal über die Straße) war nach dem Hurricane erstmal eine kleine Katastrophe und hat uns am ersten Abend erschüttert, auch wenn der Strand nach einigen Tagen wieder in Ordnung war. Wir hatten ein paar Startschwierigkeiten, wie z. B. viel zu heißes Wasser beim Duschen. Da musste ein paar Mal nach justiert werden. Leider fehlte eine Spülmaschine und Fernseher auf den Zimmern. Das hat leider ab und an Streit verursacht, auch wenn wir nicht (nur) zum Fernseh gucken auf die Insel gekommen sind. Da es tagsüber sehr heiß war, könnte man sich fast nur drinnen aufhalten.

Emilio (8/5): A tropical paradise but… - It is located in a tropical paradise, the villas are totally furnished and very comfortable, you have a fully functional kitchen a living room and two spacious bedrooms with bathrooms. You have at a walking distance two of the best beaches of the island. The restaurant is a breathtaking terrace in front of the ocean, priced but good. 10 days after our check out, “only” when I asked to return the deposit, they claimed that we should have broke the coffee machine (who actually we haven’t used), why they don’t advise me on the same day? Why they didn’t return automatically the deposit after 24h? After some few emails they returned partially the deposit.
Alessia (9/5): Soggiorno meraviglioso. - Struttura bellissima. Villetta n.9 stupenda con piscina privata e tutto quello che occorre, anzi di più!! Vicinissimo alle spiagge più belle e personale gentile. Niente di negativo da dire!!!!
