• Paul (7/5): comfortable stay - room 302 , was large enough , 2 queen sized beds shower water was nice tropical rain faucet about 2kms from cbd ,, handy to airport a noisy heatpump ,, air conditioner i had to turn off at night ,, not so comfortable sleeping as was very humid weather for the time of year restaurant was either closed in the evening or closed after 1 hr of being open. get there early i think because very few people staying at hotel ?? TV only had a few local channels

• Lester (8/5): Top choice to stay for events at the coliseum - The hotel is closest to Hagedorn Coliseum. It is highly recommended if there are events there. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel has two buildings; some guests may be assigned to the Annex building. The elevator is good and you can take stairs as an option. The rooms are spacious and clean. Cleaning is available. Plated breakfast is available. There is a gym and pool. I think the hotel becomes crowded when there is an event in the coliseum. There is an affordable laundry shop in the parking space and guests can just use it as an option. There is a small grocery 5 minutes away by walking. Since many of us were staying in the hotel, we requested for more vegetables and fish for healthier breakfast. The staff made it possible and we appreciate it. The hallways to the rooms are carpeted and look a bit old. But they are cleaned everyday. It takes 15 minutes walk to a nearby good coffee shop but choices nearby are very limited. Puerto Princesa is a small city and you can easily book a car or motorbike to nearby malls or tourist spots.

The breakfast was quite poor and not fully operational when it opened at 6am. But it was cheap. Apparently some rooms have been refreshed but beware if you get an old outdated room

We were told it was a buffet but each guest gets one shot glass of milk per person. Bizarre. No tea and no butter. Weird.

• Osama (6/5): Needs improvement - The room was generally comfortable, staff were helpful, and it was great that the accommodation had a pool. My favorite, the laundry place, was in the same driveway and at competitive rates. One of the main reasons we selected this accommodation was for the available gym. Disappointed to say that it was not usable as the equipment was outdated and unsafe to use. The room was not the cleanest, had dirt markings on the walls. After a 5hr drive from another city and checking in at 2pm, the last thing we needed was to wait another 1hr before being let in the room as it was not ready.

• Sabrina (10/5): An excellent choice of hotel for families. - The location - nearby the airport. The staff are all impeccably amiable and helpful. The breakfast offerings are varied and staff are accommodating. They have outdoor gym and swimming pool. Green towels are provided if you’re swimming in the pool. All in all, we had a great stay at Uno. The dust under the beds and under the table but it did not affect our experience.

They don't have proper Aircon at the reception. The chairs are in wood and not comfortable. . I don't like that i have to operate the Aircon myself (the room was warm as hell) I don't like to wait 45 min to finally figure out that the Aircon is not working properly. At check out: I don't like to wait an additional 10 min for someone to check the room. 10 min to check if I stole the TV is very long. The toilet paper is the cheapest on the market. Overall I don't like to pay 2000 php for that very poor service.

• Floor (7/5): Decent. - It’s a decent hotel. If you need a place to stay in PP it’s an good option. Room was decent, not special. Pool same story. They have a free shuttle to the airport which is nice. Breakfast was not good, didn’t taste nice and didn’t have “obvious” options like normal bread, butter, cheese, milk for cereals. Transfer to the airport was 20 mins later than it was suppose to go. The airport is very close so we made it on time but it’s not something you want to stress about.

• Pkaffe (9/5): Nice and cosy little hotell, Quiet and yet close - Nice hotel with an nice 24/7 pool and a green garden to sit and rest, have coffee and read. Close to the main street but yet really silent. Nice green area, nice pool, nice water pressure and the hot water is to the left and works fine. Nice shower with an overhead shower as well. Really close to the BDO bank as well. The options for the Airport shuttle, not everyone can fit the 12 or 16 schedule and especially if your flight leaves at 15:35 because no one wants to spend 3 hours in an airport since it's only 10 minutes away by car.

We were just for a night on our way to El Nido. Found all staff very friendly. The breakfast has a little choice, Water in bathroom was excessively chlorinated.

The property is very close to the airport yet their free airport transfer is not frequent hence we have to pay for our airport transfer as we will be either 2 hours early or 15 mins late.

• Svetlana (6/5): Pleasant - This is a good option for family staying in Puerto Princesa. Staff is great - friendly and helpful. There is a patio near the pool with tables where you can comfortably have a snack/lunch. The pool is big and well maintained. There are three air conditioning units in the balcony which is just in front of the bed in one room and four of them in the another one (we booked two adjusted rooms). Just imagine the horrible noise when all of them are working at once.... Who came up with the idea to place air conditioning units on the balcony?

Breakfast is only a plate of silog so it's a bit pricey. It's cheaper (half the price) to eat the same silog meal at nearby cafes.

Free airport service Breakfast was pathetic , very limited options for western taste as dominantly Chinese food and design , very poor . No fruit at all extremely bad coffee( brown water) waste of 300 pesos for breakfast charge . Mind the birds as they attacking your plates on the table as rice attracts them .

They were also quick to respond to your needs. This place is near the airport and the big shopping malls. The pictures look nice in booking.com but in actual the place looks a bit old. The bathroom looks dirty, with stains on the tiles. I wished they put extra effort in cleaning the bathroom. We only stayed for one night and moved to a different place. This would fit someone traveling with a limited budget, who just needs a place to stay. Breakfast was not great.

Pool is great too, restaurant on site and as always in Philippines the desk staff very friendly and helpful A real gem. There’s a few bars and restaurants nearby but nowhere is that far on a tricycle

• Rachel (8/5): Very good - The size of the room and the bed. I also liked the location since it is accessible to almost almost everything. The bathroom had a leak, and the elevator seemed unkept because the carpet was dirty.
• Mark (7/5): The stay was fine for a short stay prior to travelling. - Beds were very comfortable and location is very convenient for the airport and to the shopping areas. The bathrooms could do with some maintenance.
