- Hailee (1/5): The management lets this place down! Horrible experience. - The location is amazing! The views were stunning. The managers were awful. Our toilet broke, they came into our room, yelling and carrying on. Accusing us of saying something we didn’t say. Walked out and slammed the door. Waking them at 10:30pm to fix a broken toilet was not a good idea. Almost scary actually.

The fridge hadn't been cleaned from the previous tenants who obviously had gone fishing and stored their fish in the fridge. The smell was terrible and upon asking to move we were told that there was no availability in any other room. I later learnt that friends of ours booked after us and moved into a fresh room. Nobody came to clean the fridge so I did - not what I imagined I'd be doing on my holiday. The owner walked off when I raised it with him - no apologies - just a roll of the eyes. Lovely.

- Helen (10/5): Great location, beautiful and clean accomodation, highly recommend. - Amazing location, great to be able to stroll down to the wharf for a coffee and some food. So relaxing and a lovely quiet area. The view is amazing, super relaxing. The cleanliness is exceptional. We'll be back.

- Mindy (6/5): I would have to say the only thing holding me back from staying again is the service and the fact that it took the 9 mon - The property was a little run down but altogether nice. unfortunately our originally booking for a four bedroom apartment was canceled after 9months the day we were due to arrive due to the apartment not actually being available. we had to settle with alternative apartment on the property. If I had of know I would have found alternative and not stayed at the Spinnaker. Compensation was discussed but unfortunately the staff were all over the place and difficult to pin down. Since our stay I received an invoice for payment completely different to what was discussed and the staff won’t respond to any emails. Liked the property but very disappoint with the service. Good location within walking distance to everything

I assumed I had booked the apartment shown on booking.com (see below photos) and got one that was old and nothing like the photos(also below of what we actually got) I called the owner to ask if that was the right room and he was rude and said it’s booking.coms problem and he doesn’t know what photos they put up and to call them. So I called them and they said it’s the owners fault as that’s the photos they submitted. Tried calling the owner numerous times as was told by booking they will refund me and cancel my booking so tried calling them numerous times and they wouldn’t answer, so had to stay at the run down property that was full of cockroaches. If I had of known I was getting that apartment I would have went elsewhere that looked fresh like the advertised photo.
- kate (9/5): great place - easy check in small mix up with our room but the managers went above expectations to make sure we had a great stay and accommodated us very well. location was great to surf club and beach entrances and the wharf, the esplanade. peaceful as away from the hustle of a very busy main street (Australia day long weekend) plenty of beach gear, fishing rods and paddle boards to borrow for the kids.. high car park for bigger vehicles Managers very easy to deal with originally not getting the room that we originally paid for but it worked out in the end

It was a good size apartment. Needed a little maintenance. Light bulbs blown, shelving loose, toilet seat loose. Got stuck in the elevator for 10 minutes until caretaker was able to get it going again. It had been in need of maintenance for some time.

- Sue N Jim (9/5): Lovely apartment in perfect location - Friendly welcome, property managers clearly take pride in their property. The grounds were clean as were stairwells. The apartment itself was spotless, with all amenities that we needed plus comfortable beds, good showers and plentiful hot water. Pool area was very well kept and perfect for the children with stepped easy access and a shallower end, umbrellas provided welcome relief from the sun! Location is perfect, just across the road from the beach and a two minute walk from the wharf area with all of its restaurants and bars. We've stayed in several different properties in the area and Spinnaker Quays is by far the best. Nothing!
