Geoffrey (9/5): It’s an older property with spacious rooms, good pool, which for us is perfect to stay with little kids - Location on Spit - no need to drive anywhere, Wharf, Main Street and beach, and canal all easy to walk to Could’ve been improved with a coffee machine in the unit.

Nathan (3/5): Not great. - Access to the beach. The unit was very dirty. Dust and dirt built up behind furniture in walk in robe and sand in one of the beds before it was used. The floor also felt dirty and sandy when we first arrived. There were no proper curtains in the main room which let light in at sunrise preventing any kind of sleep in. The door of the shower wouldn't close properly causing water to splash out on floor which has evidently damaged the furniture in the robe. The parking in the street is almost non existant. If you have more than one car or have visitors you will have an issue. We will not be booking this accommodation again. Definitely not worth the money.

Barbara (2/5): Very run down accommodation which was dirty and falling apart. Do not recommend. - Location close to the beach but there are a lot of accommodation options near the beach which are probably in a better condition Unit 11 was very run down. Curtains were very old and worn (holes developing) and in 2 of the bedrooms some of the hooks were missing. Blinds were also in a bad state. Tile flooring throughout which was particularly dirty in the living area. Couch and cushions were dirty and could do with a clean. The coffee table was positively dangerous with a glass top precariously balanced unattached on a very flimsy base. I advised the receptionist who said they hadn’t received any previous complaints but they really should be making sure themselves that the unit is in a safe and satisfactory state prior to renting it out. It is not good enough to rely on complaints to identify unsatisfactory conditions. The balcony had a table and chairs but again old and a couple worn to an extent holes were developing in the fabric covers. Disappointing accommodation which wasn’t cheap just unsatisfactory.

Dagmar (8/5): Unfortunately we had work on the ground floor and we couldn’t sit outside on the first floor on our balcony because of n - Location The main shower was very dirty and the third bedroom with the two beds were very dusty under the beds. The whole apartment was very run down.
Michelle (4/5): It fell a little short of our expectations. - The location was great. We found that the bathrooms were not cleaned, nor were the soaps, toilet tissues, condiments replenished / replaced from the previous stay.

Nicole (7/5): comfortable and sizeable with an outstanding location that makes up for the wifi - The location was fabulous with a walk through the trees to the beach. Not much of a beach view, but you can hear the waves and walk there in seconds. Property is a good size for a family and the kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, crockery and cultery. The property manager was excellent. Renovations happening in another unit. Poor wifi.
Shane (10/5): - Fantastic location for a quiet get away. Easy to walk into town, but far away enough not to have any of the noise from the crowds. Staff were great and responded quickly to any requests that we made. Pool and rooftop facilities were outstanding. Highly recommend this accommodation.

The accommodation is lovely and a great size and had everything you need including beach chairs, books, games. The mozzies, keep those screens doors shut. Those pesky little suckers were everywhere after the rain.

Kim (9/5): Super - our new favourite place to stay in Mooloolaba. - A lovely place in a stunning location - while we didn't have a sea view, we could hear the waves and it was a short stroll to the beach. The verandah area was perfect for a big family and a little toddler.

Everything we needed was available. We didn't need breakfast however if we did I'm sure it would have been nice. We couldn't see the beach because of the trees, however we appreciate that they also serve their purpose and understand that it was necessary that they are there.

Upgraded to roof top suite on arrival was a brilliant surprise. Very friendly staff and very clean rooms. A+ service Having to go home.

Lovely back patio area with large outdoor dining table.Easy walk to shops and restaurants It was all lovely, the only small downside if I had to find one was the twin room was quite small for my 2 grown up sons with little space for luggage.

Anthony (9/5): This was more than we expected, managed to get the roof top unit. excellent :) - The location was great, we were up here for the triathlon and the location was perfect, short walk to everything that you need. We had access to the private roof top area with it's own BBQ.
