Great walking around. It is as beautiful as a fine resort. My rooms was a next level suite. I will look to come again at the first opportunity.

- Rmm21 (9/5): Loved it. I will recommend the place to anyone gong to Notre Dame. - The location could not be better, it is right in the middle of the campus. It has a great restaurant as well as a great take out coffee shop. The room service for breakfast was great. The room was comfortable.

Noise, rude, lack of attention to requests for a quiet space specifically made in advance. Ugh! Expensive parking.

- Timothy (10/5): - The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is comfortable and the menu is excellent if a bit limited. And the location, on Notre Dame's campus, is the best in the world. Not much. I noticed that the only room service was for breakfast. But that might have just been a missing menu in my room. It would also be nice to remind guests that they can tip for housekeeping at checkout.

- Erica (10/5): - Morris Inn is the most peaceful place to stay. It always smells so clean and everyone who stays here always smiles and says hello. It’s worth every penny.
- Shivani (6/5): It was quite an average stay. - The room was neat and clean. It is perfect for people visiting the Notre Dame campus. Everything is nearby, so location is one of the key reasons to be here. The service was not good. Room check-in was late, and the front desk staff were not polite (at least to me). Had it not been for the conference, which was held at the university, I would have preferred to stay at a good 5-star hotel rather than a basic one.

- Richard (8/5): Nice hotel that is very popular - Location and facilities are great! Access to the Rohr’s restaurant was a bit weird for dinner. When I asked for a table for 4, I was told it would be a 1.5hour wait. I then checked on open table and booked a 4-top for a seating in 5min…. In the end we got to eat a nice dinner, but that interaction was odd.

- Ross (10/5): Great hotel at an amazing campus. - I’ve always been curious about notre dame so it seemed like a good idea to stop there for the night. My son and I were driving from Boston to boulder so south bend was a convenient stop. The hotel is immaculate and the staff super responsive. What was really interesting was walking around the campus to the grotto as the campus is beautiful, spacious and well designed. It was a quick overnight stay, breakfast and coffee at the cafe in the hotel and fully rested for the next leg of the journey.

- Kathy (6/5): Not if you're not a fan. - We felt like we were staying at a dorm on campus. My daughter was playing soccer against Notre Dame. She thought it would be fun to stay on campus. Tons of college kids in the shared spaces making the paying customer second to them. Also I he lady that worked the front desk was incredibly rude. I understand that they are full of pride but so are other teams and their families. Will not be coming back to the college or the hotel. Should have asked for a refund. Very uncomfortable.

The restaurant and the coffee shop were classy with good service, beautiful decor and delicious food/beverages. The location is too notch and parking onsite was easy and worth the money.

Only issue is that 2 Queen beds was so much more expensive than King. So sleep not good with King. Normally 2 Q is $15 to $ 20 more in most hotels. Not $80. Expense of 2 Q vs K. Also think parking should be included

One nit: The AC in my room seemed to be operating on less than full efficiency - it struggled to keep the room cool.

- Anthony (10/5): A Perfect Weekend Getaway - The staff was very friendly, the facility was beautiful and I was a short walk away from everything on campus. The bed was comfortable and it was easy to adjust the room temperature. Also, the shower was super simple to get to the right temperature and felt amazing. I did not order from the restaurant attached, but the menu had some delicious-sounding items on it. I do wish there was a free continental breakfast as an option to the more robust, paid breakfast service. Other than that, everything was great and I liked the extra layer of security of using your room card to access floors via the elevator. I will definitely go back!
