• maximiliano (8/5): - Está a 1 cuadra de la terminal de ómnibus, ideal para pasar la noche. Nos olvidamos un monedero y el personal lo guardó y lo devolvió. Es un hotel antiguo pero cumple para pasar la noche.

• Alejandra (6/5): - Terrible, es pago al llegar donde forzada ente es efectivo. Llegue 11.30pm, no hay cajeros o bancos cerca, pague en dólares y no anexo el monto qué me cobro a mi recibo. Llame en 2 ocaciones para ver disponibilidad y otra para avisar que estaba en camino. No se me notifico que solo es efectivo, así pude haber pagar otro viaje al uber para un cajero a retirar.

• Phetnikone (2/5): - We arrived at 11:30pm in Cancun airport and reached the hotel front door by 12:10am. No one at front desk. We can see thru the locked door. We called 2-3 times, no one pick up phone. But there was someone behind us doing a midnight delivery. He was able to text front desk and 10 minutes later a lady came to open door and check us in. If there was no delivery guy there, we would have not got in. The delivery guy had the lady cellphone #. We have front desk number. We can hear the phone rings when we call hotel.

• MARCIO (2/5): Não compensa - Queria apenas um hotel ao lado do terminal ADO. Objetivo atingido, mas este hotel é muuuuito ruim. Atendimento péssimo, com os funcionários atendendo sem vontade, quarto ruim. A noite o barulho da rua não para, com polícia, alarme, gritaria, etc. Se tivesse que ficar por aqui de novo escolheria outro hotel. Ah, só aceita pagamento em dinheiro.

• geneoV (6/5): Good for a stopover - This is an older outdated hotel that could become from some upgrades. It was clean and the bed was okay but the linens were worn. I booked through Expedia however had to pay cash at check in. Strong smell of cleaning products. It’s close to the bus station which is why people stay here for a night.

Strong smell of cleaning products. Had to pay in cash. Only positive thing is that it is near the bus station and will do for overnight.

• Toby (6/5): it was good for one night. there are approximately 20 other hotels near here with competitive prices. - location, price. sign in lobby suggest you should take valuables, and have them watch them. I just ended up keeping my 40 lb backpack with me all day.

Номер чистый и достаточно просторный. Белье, есть одеяло. В ванной принадлежности. Пол холодный, нужны тапочки. Очень шумно с улицы, нужны беруши. Сам номер и отель конечно простой, но все работает. Цена на мой взгляд слегка завышена относительно других отелей в Мексике, но это Канкун. Приятный персонал. Скорее всего остановлюсь в отеле снова в конце путешествия.
• Kenji (4/5): - They charge you more than the original amount the app shows, claiming that it’s because of the taxes (taxes were charged in the amount of Expedia). It’s a 4 story building and there’s no one to help you with your bags (stairs only). Luckily I was on the second floor. The room had a musty smell, the bed sheets were stained and the shower wasn’t properly cleaned. The AC was pretty noisy

El hotel no tenia agua caliente fuimos a preguntar a recepción y la encargada no fue nada amable y solo.dijo que el boiler ya estaba prendido que iban a checar y que esperaramos en nuestra habitación. Esperamos y el agua nunca salio caliente veniamos de un viaje muy largo y lo unico que queríamos era descansar y un baño y ni lo M indispensable tenia

• Glicelle (8/5): Friendly Staff - Staff from day and evening were friendly, they're tried to help as much as they can. And they clean our room everyday, gave fresh towels and made beds. It's just I had to log on to wifi everytime. But everything was good! Easy access to most of we needed by the time we stayed! Superb Service!

Inconveniente es que no hay elevador, entonces es complicado llegar con maletas. Hay demasiado ruido ya que las ventanas siempre estan abiertas y entra mucha luz de locales vecinos.

• universalangel (10/5): Great Experience ~ Helpful Staff - This is not the most posh hotel in town but clean and very comfortable. It is also an excellent location near the ADO bus terminal to get everywhere as well as access many places to explore in town. My needs were a bit complicated and the wonderful people (or Angels) of Hotel Alux went over and above expected service to make sure I was taken care of. Thank You Gustavo, Ivan and staff for a special saty I will always remember!
• MaartjeD66 (10/5): Great hotel if you want to stay next to the ADO station - Hotel Alux Cancun is a great hotel if you want to stay next to the ADO busstation. It's a 50 meter walk. The room is clean but don't expect too much. You get what you pay for and for us this was perfect.

Hotel is comfortable, but probably not geared to foreigners since the large TV had absolutely no channels in English so was useless for me and the Wi-Fi kept dropping out. While I tried to check in with a lady with no english skills at all, another spanish speaking guest came and was handled first, just because they spoke the same language. I felt not save as I was asked for cash payment while this guy was super close and checked every move I made! Unfortunately my spanish was too bad to ask him for more privacy! Receipt for payment was just given as I insisted for.

• Erik (6/5): Get what you pay for. - Needed a place to stay before we flew out in the morning. Bed and air conditioning. Block away from the ADO bus station. You get what you pay for. Staff was friendly and helpful.
• Yucateco (4/5): Close to ADO - The hotel was just ok, but the staff was not friendly at all. A big plus, and really the only one, is that this hotel is near the ADO bus station, a two minutes walk from it; and also it has places to it nearby.
• JPStravel2015 (8/5): Cheap, clean and close to bus station - We stayed one night after late arrival to Cancun. Very close to the ADO bus center. No room available in booking site but still available at the hotel. TV, AC, OK beds. Perfect for a short stop. Cash is king :-)
• Saya_Senang (8/5): Good budget choice close to ADO station - As others have said, this is a decent budget choice very close to the bus station. Cash only (despite taking a credit card to hold the reservation). A/c, tv and wifi worked great. The room was very clean, although the bathroom did have a faint sewage-y smell. Felt sufficiently secure. Lots of restaurants (many fast food style) nearby as well as bodegas etc. Very much a one night kind of place, but would stay again if needed to be near the bus station.

• 184dawnf (8/5): Good Budget Hotel near ADO Bus Station - Rooms were clean. Lots of hot water and good water pressure. The hotel rate was reasonable and this hotel was nicer than other area hotels in the same price range. Great access to buses, collectivos and taxis. Quiets down at night. Did not have issue with noise.
• jacldgzmn (8/5): Great Budget Hotel In A Great Location - The hotel is strategically located next to the ADO Bus Station which is the best thing about it. We needed to travel to Chitchen Itza and Xcaret and because of the Hotel's location, we didn't had to walk a lot not take a lot of buses to get to our destinations. The fact that it's next to the bus station make it safe to travel even if you arrived at midnight to the hotel. Rooms are good, airconditioned and the shower is clean with hot water (who wants hot water anyway if you're in Cancun? It's too hot over there.) To get to Zona Hotelera, we only had to take one bus (R1) and bus stop is also next to the ADO bus Station and would cost you 10.50 MXN (less than a dollar). The hotel have free water so you'll be saving more from buying bottled water from time to time. BVottled water are found along the hallway.
• bokajo (8/5): Basic, clean, centrally located hotel in Cancun - The hotel is located 5 min. from the bus station. The room had a/c in but only the fan was working in my room.. The bathroom was nice, with plenty of hot water. The rooms are opened with keycards. Have stayed here many times, and have always been satisfied with this hotel. Paid 400 pesos for a single room.
• alexanderl70 (6/5): Cancun Break - The hotel was exactly as expected. Nothing grand, a bed and shower was all that was needed. The staff were really friendly and also fixed my air con with no problems. Got what I paid for, the 3 stars is no reflection on the time spent, which was great, you are right next to the ado bus station and can catch to no. 1 or 2 bus direct to the main strip at any time from the main street round the corner. However the downtown area where this hotel is situated is buzzing with life, good food and bars. Hotel was a pleasent and enjoyable stay. Not for those who want pristine decor, however. Great for travelling on a budget. 😊
• oscarrocks (6/5): OK option for overnight stay before flight/bus - We needed a cheap place to stay for the night whilst changing flights in Cancun. We chose this because of it's location right next to the bus station. This is great if you use the ADO bus from Cancun airport to downtown Cancun. The hotel was OK at best, it is not very modern and has seen better years for sure. However it did deliver because the free wifi was fast with no issues, the air con worked fine, they also had a water cooler on the floor to fill your water bottles up which was a nice touch. If you are looking for a modern hotel this is not the place...but for a comfortable rest for 1 night near the bus station this place is just fine. I recommend asking for a room not facing the noisy street. We did that and got a quiet room, although there were only two small circular windows high up...giving a cruise ship feel....but whatever, the stay was good for the price.
• Julesy2988 (10/5): Great Little Gem - Perfect for our needs. Clean, comfortable, inexpensive. Free wifi that works in entire hotel. Shower had hot water my entire (long) shower. Staff is incredibly nice but they don't speak much English. Great budget place to stay, very close to an American Subway restaurant, 7-11 mart, Oxxo, the bus station, and several other shops. Clean water on 3rd floor. Would def stay again.
