• annisa (8/5): - Banyak spot belum sempat saya kunjungi. Karna waktu yg cuma sehari belum sempat ke curug jodo dan waterbom yg kebetulan lagi libur. Next InsyaAllah kesini lagi. Staf yg ramah, servis yg baik, dan bermacam fasilitas bisa dinikmati disini. Klo pengunjung hotel dapat tiket gratis ke waterboom (max 3 jam setelah divalidasi staf hotel). Dapat welcome drink yg bisa ditular di cafe depan atau resto kimani di belakang. Di kulkas hotel juga dapat extra welcome drink. Klo mau keliling area hotel bisa sewa delman, atau naik kuda yg ada di belakang. Atau naik mobil wara wiri. Sarapan pagi yg nikmat. Jangan lupa bayar kelebihan orangnya ya... • Daniele (8/5): Very good - - beautiful location with access to multiple hot springs pool - welcoming staff who also speaks some English - welcoming drink in the package which is nice - room is basic but comfy - some noise can be heard coming from other rooms - not much else happening around the hotel area, apart from relaxing at the hot springs

• Ryohei (8/5): Enjoyed hot spring bath. - Private hot spring bath. Also ticket to nearby hot spring facility was included. Car and driver for volcano sight seeing was arranged. Restaurant was too crowded in the morning.

• Marlon (4/5): - The rooms are old. There is a very high smell of sewer in the room and the washroom. The Ac in our room did not work and we were moved to another room. The same was still not cold.
• Joan (5/5): Tired resort that needs updating and not suitable for Western tourism. - A tourist resort that's a bit jaded and needs a refresh. Room was tired and the bathroom was grim with black grouting. Cleanliness could have been better, e.g. old toothpaste stains on bathroom door, dirty mirror. Food options on site very limited and very little for vegetarians and vegans. We managed to get a pizza the first night but the next night all they could offer for dinner was a sandwich. No decent restaurants walkable. We went for the hot springs but people were bathing in full clothes which may be the local custom, but we didn't feel comfortable wearing modest Western bathing clothes. Lack of variety of food. People smoking near food area. No beer or wines on offer.

• Sophie (6/5): Correct to enjoy hot springs - Great to be able to enjoy the natural hot strings. really hot and relaxing. THis is the real plus of that hotel. Basic level for the hotel room globally, not very interesting. But compensated by the hot springs

I rate the place low due to the below findings: - The room received with dirty tables and the lights are not bright. - I Toke doctor appointment at 8 pm for two nights and he did not attended. - There are no regulations for smokers either in sanatorium nor in there Q Manis Restaurant where smokers are beside you in balcony and smoke enter inside the restaurant. - Although part of this place is health benefits, there are no GYM room in the hotel or the vast area belong to them.
• Dwitra (8/5): - We stayed at the Junior Suite, very close to the small pool just for the resort's guest. The room was very clean, adequate and the area is vety nice. Many outdoor activities. Make sure you come to the public's pools early in the mornibg, because afternoon is very crowded

• Shawn (6/5): Cheaper options are available - The facilities are outdated and are not worth the high price. For instance, the bathroom fixtures were corroded. The AC didn't work well and also leaked. There wasn't any hot water during our second day. I expect a better hotel for the high price. However, the hot pool was pleasant, good wifi, and great service are the things that I liked during my stay.
• WAI YAN (10/5): Great amenities hotel. - Amazing hotel with land area of 43 hectares. There are a lot of activities, example paint ball in Forrest, camping, flying Fox, water park, animals farm, eco tourist, water fall. However, I like the friendly staff and soak inside rejuvenate thermal pools at cool climate of 14° Celsius. 2 nights is too short to explore all amenities of the hotel.

• Alex (8/5): Good hotel - Great hotel for relaxing in the natural hot spring pool.. But the room is not sound proofed, sound from next room and outdoor parking area are heard in the night.. Bad wifi too. They give Free drinks in the refrigerator. Good! It's worth to stay on.
• Meiko (8/5): - The check in was uncomfortable, because I was specifically stated that I needed extra bed. But the receptionist said that it was unavailable. I think the hotel should inform us in advance if the extra bed unavailable. It was little bit funny because after I did a hard protest, the extra bed become available....
• Heinken (8/5): Nice stay - Stay was good. Friendly staff and checkin within few minutes. Free shuttle driver shows all around resort including camping area. All water available is spring water which they say safe for shower. But watch out your eyes as we feel irritation. Hotel gave warning notes everywhere which is helpful. Try to bring more fresh water along with you that will help
• Verified traveler (6/5): Reasonable price. - Room condition was not good, don't expect private or executive relax, it's very crowded. But breakfast and tickets for hot spring pools already included in the room prices, it is reasonable price.
