• Robert (4/5): Very poor from Logis - Very tired property in need of a clean and redecoration. The lift was not working, which made it awkward to take our luggage up two flights of stairs. I actually stayed in a different Logis hotel two years ago. That one was a health hazard and the worst property I have ever stayed in, so at least this one was an improvement.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Très peu de choix hôtelier sur Vitry. Celui-ci si l’hôtel est vieillot la chambre est récente et grande. On dispose de café, 2 bouteilles d’eau. Superbe accueil à l’arrivée et au centre ville. Parking gratuit à proximité.
• Anita (6/5): Hyggelig rigtig Fransk by - Vældig imødekommende personale! Det er en meget hyggelig by især lige omkring hotellet. Og alligevel stille.

• Stéphane (4/5): - Pas de lumière en entrant dans la chambre donc nous souhaitons ouvrir le volet roulant sauf qu'il est cassé. Le soir je souhaite allumer ma liseuse mais le bouton est cassé. Le lendemain, j'allume la télé mais elle ne fonctionne pas. Ensuite, mon fils prend un bain et quand on vide l'eau, on a la visite du voisin du dessous qui a de l'eau dans sa chambre. Et pour finir, le spa ne fonctionne toujours pas (on y était déjà allés il y a 2 ans et on nous avait répondu qu'il était en travaux). Donc au final, 5 nuits et un problème tous les jours. Pas facile de se détendre après ça... Seul point positif, le personnel qui est très souriant et très à l'écoute. Il est grand temps que les propriétaires investissent et redonnent à cet établissement son lustre d'antan, d'autant plus qu'il est situé tout près de la collégiale et du parc de la mairie. Pour l'heure, un conseil, FUYEZ CET ETABLISSEMENT.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Avis mitigé - Avis mitigé car l'hotel est clean : RAS, la chambre est clean et sent bon ++ Par contre les murs sont en papiers, on entend tout ce que fait le voisin ... c'est assez perturbant pour une nuit en solo, c'est ok ... sinon ...

• David (8/5): Decouverte de vitry - J'ai eu la chance d'être surclassé, grande chambre adapté pour une personne en fauteuil. La vue sur la rue des aménagements cassés ou en endommagés. Pas de chance apres le camion de collecte ménager au tour de la balayeuse. Le bruit important du climatiseur et fenêtre bois, difficile a chauffer. Les gens a l accueil sont très sympathique et souriant.

• Valérie (4/5): Ne vaut sûrement pas ses 3 étoiles - Très bon accueil. On nous a annoncé que la chambre serait mois chère que ce qui avait été noté sur le site mais fausse joie en découvrant le prélèvement sur notre compte. La chambre était grande certes, mais tout n'est que bricole (poignée de porte de la SDB cassée, rideau vitre SDB démonté, peinture au plafond pas nette, tâches au plafond, abat-jour mal fixé). SPA en maintenance. Le must : le petit-déjeuner... Arrivés vers 9h (petit-déjeuner servi jusqu'à 10h), pas de vaisselle dispo, buffet non approvisionné, aucune table débarrassée... Le réceptionniste nous a raconté avoir pris son service en retard et ça s'est très mal passé avec d'autres clients. Du coup il s'est absenté laissant la salle de petit-déjeuner dans un vrai capharnaum... Il devait soit-disant nous rembourser ces petit-déjeuners... On attend toujours...

The guy on the desk did his best to sort everything out and once we got the right room it was clean and comfortable. We were offered free breakfast the next day

Cependant nous sommes resté 3 jours, et nous avons eu 3 jours d eau froide … en décembre quand on travaille toute la journée dehors … aucune solution de proposé sauf de faire couler l’eau et d’avoir des laps de 3’ eau chaude - 7’eau froide. Aucun geste commerciale.

• vincent (10/5): Parfait - L'accueil et la bonne humeur du personnel est véritablement remarquable et malheureusement en voie de disparition dans bon nombre d'hôtel. Etablissement très bien tenu niveau confort et propreté. Chambres bien équipées. Parking gratuit sur la place publique juste en face de l'hôtel. Offre de restauration en ville. Ascenseur. Petit déjeuner pas testé mais très certainement à la hauteur de la qualité des lieux.

• Ad (10/5): - Het inchecken ging super. We arriveerde laat in de avond maar dat was geen probleem Prachtige kamer met een heerlijk bed. In de ochtend een lekker uitgebreid ontbijt voor niet al te duur.

• Marc (10/5): Très bon hôtel. - Accueil chaleureux, lit confortable, salle de bain spacieuse, calme et propre, pdj buffet excellent, nombreux restaurants à proximité, parking gratuit devant l'hôtel, je le recommande vivement.
• Olivier (8/5): - La personne qui s’occupait de la réception était adorable et le rapport qualité/prix de l’hôtel est plutôt très bon. L’hôtel semble propre et nous avons entendu la personne qui s’occupe du ménage aspirer et nettoyer le sol dans le couloir. Vous aurez une machine Nespresso dans la chambre ainsi que du thé et du café. Ce n’est pas notre cas mais si vous êtes sensible à la qualité de la télévision, l’hôtel a équipé ses chambres de grands téléviseurs et c’est appréciable pour ceux qui veulent regarder des films avant de s’endormir. Cependant, comme cité plus haut l’insonorisation laisse à désirer et vous entendrez les voitures passer devant l’hôtel et les autres clients déambuler dans les couloirs … Nous avons aussi remarqué que la porte des toilettes ne fermait pas du tout dans notre chambre et que la robinetterie était vétuste (surtout celle de la baignoire qui était très capricieuse). Cet hôtel pourrait être presque irréprochable et excellent pour un petit 3 étoiles mais il reste quelques points à améliorer notamment la robinetterie à moderniser et l’isolation des fenêtres sur rue bien trop peu efficaces.

• John (10/5): Excellent stay - This was an overnight stay on our way from Pescara to the UK. The hotel is modern, clean and very well presented. The guy on reception was very helpful including suggesting an excellent restaurant for our evening meal, only a few hundred metres away. Breakfast was both plentiful and of a very good quality.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Good price and close to the town centre - A great Hotel and a very good price. The bathroom was cold and the water not very hot but the room was comfortable. WARNING - it says on the web site that breakfast is included but it isn't! We have taken this up with Hotels.com
