- Adrrej (10/5): Very nice and friendly hotel near the fair - Everything as promissed and expected. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was ideal in my case - 10 min walk to the fair. 15 min walk to Metro station that brings you to the city centre.

The bathroom had that awful smell, so does the towels. The breakfast was average. As being in Turkey we were expecting good desserts or at least some fruits.

- Atiquah (9/5): Great hotel, staff, food and location! - The hotel was the perfect location for my expo centre visit and the staff were highly friendly and attentive. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety during good time frames too. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and just what I needed for the business stay. Thank you Rox Hotel, I will definitely be staying here again in the future inshaAllah The only let down and reason for reducing one star was due to other guests, who were staying next door to me and were extremely disruptive to my much needed rest nights, as they would play their TV so loud during late nights that I felt like I was watching their tv myself. I unfortunately had to complain to reception as the neighbour would not listen to me. Reception were very helpful and asked them to consider others etc. The other guests did not like this, but they conformed the same night, although they repeated again the following night. Thankfully I was checking out after the 2nd night of this rude behaviour but those guests really did not help my migraines attacks, which left me losing a whole day, as I had to sleep during the day to catch up. I understand this is not the hotels fault at all, solely of unforseen rude guests. But it may be worth pre warning guests not to disturb others as the rooms are so close together with thinner walls.

Breakfast was delicious and diverse. Loved trying the vegetarian burguer from the restaurant menu. Definitely will recommend this hotel to family and friends 🧡 Nothing to fault

The room was spotless and very nice extra services such as tooth brush and tooth paste was provided in the room. The room was covered with a smoking smell. The smoking smell was even more annoying in the bathroom. In the early morning, an annoying noise just started at 7 A.M that I could not find the source. My room number was 214.

- pedro (6/5): Old hotel and very unfriendly service. - This is an old hotel. The staff was not atentive or receptive to any of our needs. The girls at breakfast were actually looking at the cell phone and talking amongst themselves. The breakfast was extensive but some of the basics like the fruits and eggs were empty and they had no even asked to replenish. There was noise as you could hear a truck right next to the hotel for a long time. Very esrly they were construction workers repairing rhe street.
