- WAN SHAZWANA (10/5): It was a very comfortable and convenience stay with this host as it is very close to Beijing Lu. - The apartment was really close to Beijing Lu about 3 minutes walking distance if you walk from the main entrance (near cafe) of the plaza (not the one near 7 eleven). All restaurants and mall are very close and easy to reach. There a few elevators for going up and down but during peak hours, it will be slightly packed. The room unit contain all necessities you will need. There are microwave, refrigerator, iron, tv and washing machine. There is a place to cook but there are few fees if you want to cook because you will need to rent the cooking utensils and there will be a person who will wash it for you.

- Lorraine (8/5): Great, comfortable stay in a central location! - Reception is easy to find and always staffed with friendly workers. Cleaned daily by super friendly staff, so it felt nice to come back to a clean room each day. 3 bedrooms, AC, plenty of bottled water. Washing machine and dryer! The leaking shower every time we used it and slight smell in the bathroom. Kitchenware was very basic and sparse so couldn't really do any cooking. No stove top, only microwave.

Hotel staff allowed room change; new unit (2213) brighter, modern furniture, better lighting. Daily cleaning is excellent – sparkling clean. Great value for money for 5 people – most hotels in Guangzhou don’t support connecting rooms or extra beds, so otherwise we’d need 3 separate rooms, which is expensive and wasteful. 优点： 位置优越：位于著名北京步行街中间。 酒店允许换房，2213号房更明亮，家具现代，照明好。 每日清洁非常好 – 房间干净闪亮。 对5人来说性价比高 – 广州大部分酒店不支持连通房或加床，否则需要订3间房，非常昂贵且浪费。 Cons: Building and original unit (1127) old; furniture and fittings outdated. one of the room is stuffy. Lifts limited; even in non-peak season, waiting is long (~5 mins); during peak season, it could be much worse. Only 1 bathroom for up to 8 people – even for 5 of us, frequent waiting is needed. Room layout lacks privacy; changing clothes difficult, stairs steep. Cleaning only happens if someone is in the unit; going out early may miss refill of bottled water & tissues. 缺点： 楼龄老，1127号房家具装修陈旧。其中一间房空调不好很闷热。 电梯使用有限，即使非高峰期也需等待约5分钟，高峰期等待时间可能更久。 房间最多可住8人，但仅1间浴室 – 即使我们只有5人，也需要频繁等待。 房间布局缺乏隐私，更换衣物不便，楼梯高且陡。 清洁仅在有人在房时进行，若早出门，可能错过补充瓶装水和纸巾。

It was pain in the ass to figure out which floor each lift stops at. Some lifts do not operate after certain time at night. There's always a lot of people waiting for lift at one time.

- Nasuha (10/5): nice - love everything. this place is my go to apartment since 2018, everytime me and family go to guangzhou. We’re from brunei after 4hr flight it was worth it. Love ur blanket its so soft😂 feels like 5 star hotel. I like how the housekeeper always keep our room clean. the lift… long wait
- David (3/5): - Location is good. Air conditioning control pads are wrongly labeled. Wifi lost internet connection for several hours after the issue was reported. The worst possible was the air conditioning system started water leak from the ceiling and dripping into my bed. It was 12 o’clock midnight. We got told that we couldn’t get any spare room for changing. We had almost no sleep because the water dropping noise was heard for the whole nigh. We asked the hotel manager for full refund for that night, however he said that he was very sorry to see that and offered us maximum 20% off for the night. We are not sure what Booking.com can do for their customers when something like this happens.

Really hard to complain considering It is a big clean apartment at this location at this price, with great view also. Some noise from the hallway especially a non stop beeping. The elevator everyone is complaining, however they exaggerate saying it takes 20min, i think 5-10mins including trip time

- Julie01 (8/5): - Good location because it's near lots of restaurants and shops. Comfort and pricing is worth it if you don't mind the smell of smoking and waiting 5-10 minutes for the lifts (stairs are quicker but end at level 10). Beds are firm and not plush/soft, good for my back. The lifts take a long time but it's okay if you are holidaying with friends to distract you from waiting. The lifts also get crowded around checkout time so I recommend checking out early.

- loc (10/5): Recommend this place! - The hotel cared about little details! It had everything that we needed including washing machine, iron, and they even had cards that included how to tell taxi drivers to bring you back home. The place is clean and service is professional!

- donna (6/5): - Locations. We booked a double room with view and when they showed us our room there was 2 king size beds which they have taken most of the walking space. There was no space to put our suitecases. Infront of the balcony have had street multiple electricity wires which block the mountain views anyway. We asked for a change of room but there was non left. So we asked for a full refund.
