- Agripina (10/5): Excellent and wonderful stay - It’s location, near to tennoji station with many intersections making travel more convenient. It’s near the park as well, so many attractions near by that you can walk and not ride since i do walking exercise daily The hotel invites you to stay longer, so many amenities and freebies. I will definitely choose this hotel again if i come back

- Mark (9/5): - Kid's (and adult's) paradise! My 5 year old loved the hotel and even our baby had lots of fun, really a place for everyone. My husband enjoyed the massage chairs, lava stones and free beer. Location is great, 5min to Tenoji station by walk which is a great connection place in Osaka. Train from the airport stops there which is a huge plus!

The hotel offers many activities, ideal for families with children. Unfortunately, we were outside all day and weren't able to take advantage of them all. However, we thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary drinks. To have our luggage sent to another hotel, we had to go to the nearby supermarket. The hotel staff were very friendly and helped us fill out the address in Japanese on the form. Highly recommended.

I had already put the trash in a plastic bag and left it beside the bin, but unfortunately, the cleaning staff did not take it away. This is very unreasonable. Anda no Mori Osaka Tennoji Towerに宿泊しましたが、清掃スタッフがゴミ箱の横に置いたゴミを回収してくれませんでした。私はゴミをビニール袋に入れてゴミ箱の横に置いておいたのですが、残念ながら清掃員が回収してくれず、とても不合理だと思います。 我入住Anda no Mori Osaka Tennoji Tower後，清潔員工沒有清理我放在垃圾桶旁邊的垃圾。我已將垃圾裝進膠袋，並放在垃圾桶旁，可惜清潔員工並沒有拿走，這樣處理十分不合理。

Alles is aanwezig en voor kids een feest! Kamer was heel krap voor 3 personen. Erg gehorig en veel geluidjes van ventilatie etc. Light diner ‘s avonds was geen hoogtepunt en ik vond het op sommige plekken niet schoon, vloer plakt, vieze tafels etc. Komt vooral door de gasten zelf.

- Drew (9/5): - Pretty short walk to Tennoji station so good for navigating Osaka. Love the free beer included in the lobby and Karaoke area as well as at night after dinner hour. The rooms were decent despite being small, but this isn't a hotel you go to when you plan to spend tons of time in the room. The other amenities were also pretty great and I could tell it was kid friendly yet I never once had the feeling that kids were disrupting the fun of single or couple visitors of which I was one. Room had no explanation for A/C controls or anyway that I could tell to really cool it down. If they had something in English to explain it or a way to actually cool the room down so it wasn't so hot even in March that would have been superb.

Rooms had great bathroom and view and free toiletries were extensive. Beds very comfortable!! The massage chair in room was not great and took up a lot of space. Cleaners came very late in day, too late for us wanting an afternoon rest. It seemed the hotel fancy cars out front had alarms when someone opened the door and they went off a few times in the middle of the night. Disruptive! The drinks bar was nice but a local drunk came in twice while we were there and stole the whole bottle of wine - seems they need to address this!

My room was overall quite clean, except for the dust in some parts. - Katie (8/5): Beautiful, fun, family hotel! - The location is great! It’s around the corner from the Tennoji train station so it’s easy to get around the city. The room and hotel itself were very clean and nice. It’s a great place for kids! We booked on Booking.com for three people, and when we got there, they said the third bed was for a small child so we had to pay another $100 (usd) per night for my adult daughter. It was the most expensive stay we had our entire trip. I would have chosen another hotel if I had known I’d be paying $350 per night.
- Tanja (6/5): Too much, we tried but it was a no - Its location is quite convenient as it’s next to the station and close to many restaurants, bars and huge amounts of shops. There are 2 family mart stores almost next door which was amazing. We were friends without kids who wanted to give it a go because of the good reviews but we advised those without kids to look for something else. Staff didn t speak English and didn’t explain anything about the bar, drinks and free buffet at night during check in while they did do an elaborate tour and intro with Japanese speaking people. We found out on the 3rd night. The free stuff is only available from 21.00 pm onwards so that was pretty late. The amount of drunk parents with young children is wild. One night I could sleep because the neighbor kid was bouncing against the walls and jumping, so I called th reception and they couldn’t fix it. They did give me a room change the next day which was great. Overall the staff was super friendly and things like amenities bar was really nice. But the hotel is just hysterical, everywhere you look you see stuff, toys, plushies, tables with figurines, constant children’s music etc. stay away if you don’t come with kids or when you have ADHD.
