- allison (1/5): Still disgusting and damaged after last visit 2 years. - It was cheap and had the amount of beds I needed . The beds were very comfortable. It was so ran down. We stayed there 2 years ago and the wires are still hanging out over the bed. The radiator covers are so damaged and disgusting that it makes your skin crawl. The latch for the bathroom door is gone so you have 3 queen beds which means a lot of people can see you use the bathroom. Damage from 2 years ago is still there.

No breakfast left 1 hour before it stopped. 1 room key for 3 people staying. Room was extremely hot with heat on low I think was boiler below our room as carpet was very warm

The price quoted was $155.46. I was charged $270.00 without any clear explanation as to why. I want an answer!! The Edmonton police were investigating a death in a room there when I arrived. The motel was full of what appeared to be low income, extended stay, guests that were less than quiet. I was charged $16 extra to do one load of laundry. The room had no towels when I checked in and I had to hunt them down to get some. The shower ran hot and cold with very little pressure. The carpet was so filthy it made my feet dirty. I had to wear shoes whenever I was in the room

- Willier (1/5): - The lady tried to get more money out of me by saying I had to pay extra for a bed so when does the hotel room not have a bed so I just found that really weird and like they're lying about the price because it's not that adds $50 they said to the cost of the room so it's supposed to advertisement and they should be charged with that. And he tried to keep my money from my online reservation I couldn't change my mind and once I got there it was horrible very dirty way out of the way really bad office staff and not clean rooms and it was cold in there and they're really cheap on there gone in a breakfast that is like a banana and a muffin without butter old coffee and just a bad attitude when you go into the office

- Bradford (5/5): There were good and bad points, but all in all you could do a lot worse for the price. - The room and the linens were very clean and well maintained. Bed was very comfortable, with good quality bedding and pillows. The fridge worked, as did the TV. Decent channel options, though I did not watch any TV. Modern electrical outlets with USB over he desk. Air conditioner was not just non-functional, it was destroyed. Had to keep the window open. Noisy neighbours and noisy trucks firing up at all hours. Room was TINY. Barely enough room for the bed and a small desk. No chair other than the desk chair, which was not comfortable. No glasses or cups for drinking from, though there was an ashtray, in a non smoking room.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. They could've returned my deposit without making me wait, while they checked the room. Need a little smile, which was missing through out the stay, breakfast was fair only. Towels have a strong smell of bleach, staff smile missing, which hospitality industry requires a lot, nature was below average( morning shift ) need more concentration on breakfast.

- Gokul (1/5): Terrible - Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel I booked two rooms in advance for my stay, received confirmation, and arrived expecting everything to be in order. Instead, I was told that they had no rooms available because they gave them away to someone else. Their excuse? “People book online and don’t show up, so we give the rooms to others.” This is completely unacceptable. A confirmed reservation should mean the rooms are held, not handed off based on assumptions. I was left stranded with no accommodations, and no real apology or effort to make things right. If you value reliability, professionalism, or basic customer service, do not trust this hotel with your booking.

- Donald (4/5): - Booked two rooms for a business trip. One room carpeting was extremely dirty. No door deadbolt. TV was not working as no apps would load. AC functional but had one temperature setting only. Smoke alarm missing with wires dangling. Kitchen and tub taps extremely loose but functional. Bathroom sink cold water pressure was light. Kitchenette cooking elements dirty with caked on crud. Hood fan area greasy and dirty. The bed, however, was comfortable with firm and soft pillows. Second room was totally disparate with only issue being bathroom shower curtain rod was merely positioned on top of posts unsecured. My co-worked was wrapped in the shower curtain after the initial use. Room rates were unchanged from normal pricing notwithstanding a major concert was concurrent with our stay. Other hotels were jacking up basic rates up to four times so the motel was not gouging clientele. That was refreshing. The staff were very pleasant. If I were to stay again, I would inspect the room prior to acceptance.
