- Cristy Lisbet (9/5): - Que al momento del desayuno pese haber dado mi número de habitación, y el personal revisar mi información, 3 personas se acercaron a preguntarme si mi estadía incluía el desayuno y era obvio porque yo reservé de 25 a 26 y solo estuve horas porque perdí el día 25 de las instalación y solo estuve desde las 6:35 del día 26. El personal debe informarse mejor antes de incomodar al huésped.

- Alvaro (3/5): Sin estacionamiento, piscina sin mantenimiento regular y no incluye desayuno - Las habitaciones muy limpias y remodeladas, la comida del restaurant muy buena. No tiene estacionamiento, mi auto estuvo en la calle durante toda la noche. Su estacionamiento está sujeto a "disponibilidad" y obviamente nunca estará disponible porque almacenan autos de alquiler o de alguna empresa que alquila el espacio en más del 80% de el "estacionamiento". La pisicina se sentía toda "babosa" en el piso y paredes, eso habla de que no se hace una limpieza diaria. Por la tarifa NO incluyen desayuno, no me molestó pero tomando en cuenta otras opciones como los Costa del Sol (en el que también estuve en la misma semana) la diferencia es marcada en esos aspectos.

Justo cuando tenía previsto utilizar el jacuzzi, se presentó el inconveniente antes mencionado, lo cual me impidió hacer uso de las instalaciones por lo que había pagado. Esta situación se prolongó hasta las 12:00 p. m., hora en la que debía realizar el check-out, generándome un gran malestar, ya que el costo del servicio fue elevado y finalmente no pude disfrutar adecuadamente de las instalaciones. - ROSA (4/5): no regresaría - la limpieza, ayuda de los botones principalmente que no me dejaban ingresar sin pago, previo. Es la primera vez, pues en costa del sol, el pago fue al final y permitió gestionar con la administradora de la empresa para ello. En cambio en este Hotel Hilton, a pesar de la hora tan avanzada me hicieron esperar demasiado, y finalmente como si me hicieran un favor, indicaron que excepcionalmente lo permitirían. Mucha demora en el restaurante y no llevan el control adecuado del consumo, la sopa shambar no estuvo buena.
