Pur trovandosi in prossimità di una circonvallazione, l’edificio che ospita le camere è arretrato rispetto alla strada, rendendo gli ambienti molto tranquilli e silenziosi. Inoltre, il personale che ci ha accolto è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile. niente!

• Conny (9/5): Jättefint guesthouse med fina rum i mysigt område och med hjälpsam personal. - Jättefina rum, rent och fräscht, och läget är perfekt med små cafeer, bra restauranger och butiker runt hörnet. Ett väldigt trevligt och lugnt område, ca tio minuter från Vatikanstaten. Personalen är otroligt hjälpsamma och trevliga. Vi fick jättefin hjälp med att ordna taxi från och till flygplatsen och det var till stor hjälp för oss och det fungerade perfekt. Skulle inte tveka att komma tillbaks vid nästa resa till Rom! -

• Francesco (9/5): Chrome ist immer wieder schön. Wir haben für das kommende Jahr schon wieder gebucht. - Der Unterkunft liegt rund 30 Gehminuten vom Vatikan entfernt. Dies gibt jedoch die Möglichkeit, Rom auch von einer anderen Seite kennen zu lernen. Rund um die Unterkunft hat es sehr viele Cafés, Restaurants, bei denen man sehr gut wie auch zu sehr fairen Preisen essen und trinken kann. Es ist eine Gegend, wo vor allem die Römer wohnen und noch nicht von der Tourismusplage befallen ist. Für all die, die es authentisch mögen und wo auch die italienische Sprache gefragt ist, kann ich es sehr empfehlen für all die es touristisch mögen und gerne das konsumieren. Über zahlen sollen sich einen anderen Ort suchen. Es war einfach super von da aus lässt sich die fantastische Stadt zu Fuß sehr gut erkundigen.

• Jodi (6/5): - The women who owns this place is really nice, and it is pretty, but the people on the floor above the hotel space were SOOOOOO noisy. You could hear the kids dumping toys on the floor, banging on the floor...I'm sure they were playing,(with a plastic hammer) but not what you would expect in a nice hotel. Every time one turns on a water faucet, there is a bullfrog noise that repeats over and over until the faucet is turned off - shower included.

We used their shuttle service from the airport for 58 EUR and it was so convenient! Free water cooler in the lobby was nice and the private courtyard area was cute!

Such a cute room too! Everything was perfect with 2 exceptions. 1-the toilet makes this really loud grinding noise when you run the water. But only when running water or flushing so not horrible. 2-they were doing some hammering on the floor above us starting at 8am. That was a little miserable to be woken up to but we got ready and headed out so we didn’t have to hear it all day. Other than those 2 things, it was perfect. So cute. Love the little courtyard that you walk through to go to the place. Love it!!

• Dragos (10/5): Good experience - We had a very comfortable and quiet stay for 2 nights at Gardenia. The location is good, within walking distance to Ottaviano metro station and other bus stations, near the Court of Appeal and the Vatican. There are stores, restaurants, and three gelaterias in the immediate vicinity. The host knew English very well and was very friendly and helpful. We did the online check-in and received our room quickly. There are a total of 5 rooms from what we saw, located in a classic Italian building, so if you are looking for a quiet and comfortable stay, this will suit you. As for the room, everything worked: mini-fridge, smart TV, Wi-Fi, hair dryer, kettle, automatic blinds, lights, and safe. The bed was firm and comfortable, and cleaning is done daily. Overall, a nice experience in a good location, nothing to complain about. Looking forward to coming back with the whole family.

If the location would be able to offer a breakfast option would be a plus) The room size if travelling in a family (even with 1 kid only) starts to be small.

Also they were very friendly and kind, showed us around in the suites. They're always reachable on phone or WhatsApp. The suites are very nice and clean, very stylishly furnished and decorated. The beds are very comfortable. And it's also in a very good location, very safe, there are several good restaurants and cafés around and also a bus stop right in front of the hotel so you can easily get to the city center.

The location was brilliant in terms in being quiet away from the main city area but close enough to walk or use the local buses and metro to anywhere in central Rome and all the best has to offer The weather but thats only a minor quibble

We walked everywhere. Never used public transport. We'll be going back to Rome soon. Gardenia Suite will be our 1st choice. Do not hesitate people, just book it ;) No bad points.
