A recepcionista ajudou a comprar o bilhete do transfer que não conseguia pela net e o rapaz que arruma fez seu serviço muito bem, além da localização que ê excelente. De só trabalhar de dia (7-7h),fechado o hotel cedo e deixando em mãos de segurança. São muito bons também, mas pega muito mal um hotel sem recepção a noite. Não tem ar ou ventilador, não fez falta por não ser verão, mas e se fosse? Café da manhã muito básico, não tem bolo,nem biscoito ou pão doce,ou seja, parece Café de diabético sem nenhum açúcar.

• Piotr (10/5): The hotel staff is extremely nice and helpful. - The hotel is located in a building dating back to 1902, and the interior retains almost its original period décor, including beautiful lamps in the dining room and common room. The hotel has an old and beautifully maintained garden. For those who enjoy such properties with a touch of nostalgia, it's worth a visit.

Wifi muy malo Tras quejarme me facilitaron una habitación con baño privado y una tv. Durante mi estancia el hotel estaba casi vacío. No me extraña.
• Belinda (7/5): Overall I would stay there again just not in the backpacker room. - The breakfast was okay. Room was clean and it’s in the city center very convenient as it’s close to restaurants and a main shop. The room I upgraded to was cozy and private with its own en-suite bathroom and a mini fridge. The backpacker I first stayed in was reasonable for a room for one person with its own basin and the bed was comfy. They didn’t do room service during the course of my stay there even after an enquiry about it which resulted in flies and ants being in my room and bin overflowing with trash. The backpacker had a communal bathroom and toilet area that also came with a fridge within the toilet/bathroom area which was weird and a bit inconvenient.

• Tainá (8/5): Nice breakfast and atmosphere - The overall infrastructure is quite nice I went to breakfast early and there was no one there, except for a guy occupying one table. Then I was told by staff I had to SHARE this tiny table with him. I get that the seats arre arranged per party but there was no one there!!! I said "it's all empty" and they said "but they are coming". So I said "they are not coming all at once! If it gets to crowded of course I can move". So I just sat at a table, calmly had my breakfast. When I left, the place was still pretty empty. So annoying. The rooms can also get pretty cold during evenings and they should do some easy cheap fixes so that the place still looks nice instead of "has seen better days" (like getting new towels)

Mi s-au dat o locație fara calorifere, am refuzat, am dormit într-o cameră cu un mic radiator electric, dar a fost foarte frig, afara fiind 10 grade iar geamurile sunt simple. Am stat o noapte apoi am schimbat după cum vedeți rezervarea actuală din aplicația. Nu am găsit în cameră nici măcar săpun pentru duș, doamnele de la casa de bătrâni din interior m-au ajutat.Nu am cerut ramburs pentru a doua zi. Aproape nimic de mâncat la micul dejun inclus, am căutat în apropriere. Am impresia că prezintă poze cu interiorul care nu le aparțin.

• Stephanie (5/5): No bathroom in room - Close to town Not for me. I arrived after 19h00 and the staff have left. The security guard and I searched for my room key. Then we couldn't find the room and eventually located it outside the Main building. There was no toilet or shower in the room. I walked around in the dark garden and later saw a door with no signage. There it was. The rooms are clean but very basic. Definitely not a normal hotel, no amenities in the bathrooms, quite hostel-like

• Sigrid (10/5): Exceptional - Our stay was beautiful, stayed for 4 nights. I looked the reviews up before booking and it was the cheapest in the area incl. breakfast. I booked the place and my boyfriend didn't know the place. Both of us were very surprised by the place, we like our quietness & peace, and this is what we got and even more! Very blessed during and I didn't want to leave. We could come with our lunch and dinner and sit at the garden. Enjoyed the flower garden and sitting at the benches. Very well done to the staff, we definitely will come back. It was a very good experience to us both. I, myself love elderly people and this gives just a very special touch to the hotel. Thank you to all the staff.
