Guest Reviews
- Damien (10/5): Beautiful hotel - A beautiful hotel with the added bonus of a visit to the Cullinarium for the tasting menu which was incredible breakfast was superb and the views incredible all in all a brilliant stay
I
- Natalie Jardine (6/5): - Rooms were big but could do with updating. Good poolside facilities. Great location. Shampoo and conditioner not provided. You have to put down a deposit for towels and the safe in your room and can only get these back at the end of the week. Food is as expected. Overall great for a chilled holiday without luxury.
- Erin (10/5): - Fantastic location in Los Gigantes
- surendran (8/5): - Very friendly staff and accommodating.
- J.Charles (8/5): - Good Hotel, in need of modernisation. An enjoyable 2 night stay.
- Hasse (10/5): - Love it
- Robert (8/5): Nice hotel in good location - Hotel is old, but in good condition. Breakfast are delicious. And views are great.
- Sandra (8/5): - Lovely hotel with great views. Prices of food and drink very reasonable. Food generally ok, but breakfast was let down by watered down baked beans, and a huge sign warning people not to take food out of the restaurant. Live cooking stations were good and tasty.
- Paul (10/5): Great hotel in every respect - Excellent hotel, pool. Quiet, large room with good air conditioning. Great breakfast and evening buffets, and very, very friendly staff. Nothing not to like here.
- John (10/5): - T
- JILL (10/5): Fabulous Hotel - Amazing we were upgraded to a suite which was fabulous .Lovely comfortable bed everything was great.Breakfast was very good plenty of choice.Restaurant very spacious with great views over the sea..Excellent hotel..Both pools were nice.
- Bianca (10/5): - Close to the beach and local restaurant
- Cyrena (8/5): - We really enjoyed our stay. It was peaceful, clean and enjoyed the perks that we received during our stay.
Would definitely come again and recommend this to anyone that wants luxury and comfort.
- Sylvia (10/5): Lovely & relaxed - Lovely hotel friendy staff always there to help & loving the cocktails. Beds lively & comfortable, cleaned every day, towels etc
- Sahdia (8/5): - Nice place, however not much to do close by
- Peter (10/5): High class hotel in a prime location. - Amazing hotel in a nice reserved area, rooms are luxurourious, restaurant is great food choice is also extraordinary and all high quality, service is professional in all areas and well staffed. I think the original hotel for Gigantes, recently thoroughly refurbished to modern standards, prime location for Los gigantes, a huge complex, pools gardens, sunbathing, performance areas, outside bars tennis courts, they could have got 3 modern hotels on the site. The interior has also gym bar area with huge performance area, upstairs bar with snooker table viewing platform and a museum!
- John (8/5): - Ocean view rooms fantastic sea view, very clean everywhere, good sized rooms big bed, two lovely swimming pools. Sadly the one night tried the dinner buffet got a very bad stomach for several days but was assured this is very unusual. Reception gentlemen efficient and courteous, helpful if not smily. No book swap area bit of a shame as other hotels do. And no bar-snack in evening only option is to go out or take the full buffet. However a wide choice of eateries right next to hotel. Hope to return.
- Hajnalka (10/5): - Beautiful place, super cool pools with nice views. Friendly, helpful staff. Supermarkets, beach and bus stop close by.
They could improve their bar food and drink quality tho.
- Niamh (6/5): Mixed impressions - Arrived on a Sunday which may have been a bad plan. The town of Los Gigantes was exceptionally busy. We pulled up to the hotel barrier multiple times but were ignored. I called the hotel over and over again and they just repeatedly answered and killed the call so that was intensely frustrating. For most of our stay the 'free parking' was completely full as was the overflow carpark on the lower level. It was impossible to park anywhere in the town so we ended up driving around for an hour. When we finally did manage to find parking a the top of the town and walk down to the hotel, they asked us why we didn't honk the horn of the car when we were at the barrier!!! Frustrating and off-putting. The room was very spacious and perfectly clean but the hotel felt like a school canteen. The pool area is beautiful and again immaculate but it certainly didn't feel like a boutique style experience. All in all, I have very mixed impressions of the hotel and couldn't hand on heart recommend it as a luxury experience at all.
- Alexander (2/5): The worst Hotel in Tenerife. - This Hotel is the worst as I've ever stayed in Tenerife over the past 7 years. Starting with the false advertising of a free parking (there is no parking, period) and the room with no working toilet, non-working refrigerator and A/C generating hot air. To make the matters worse, the front desk clerk - Jesus, was very rude, harassing me and demanding a bribe for allowing my female friend to visit me in my room. He even called me in the middle of the night to inquire if my friend was still with me and threatened to charge me 140 euros. During the checkout on the 8th of April, another clerk - Ruben, has continued the harassment, started by his counterpart earlier. He demanded 60 euros and threated to call the Police. Needless to say that I didn't budge and left this Hotel with a bitter feelings of my vacation being ruined. Avoid this Hotel at all costs.
- Betty (10/5): - Beautiful view and lovely staff! Had an amazing stay here
- Rikke (10/5): Rigtig dejligt hotel i flotte omgivelser - Super godt hotel i flotte omgivelser. Venligt og serviceminded personale. Alt kører fint. Flot udsigt og hyggelig, lille by.
- Dale (4/5): - Vomiting and dyoreha bug in he of hotel staff not telling everyone to hand sanitize and beds old and uncomfortable to sleep would not go back again
- Nivethika (10/5): - Amazing, hotel was beautiful, most amazing views and very friendly and attentive staff, highly recommend this hotel
- sarah (8/5): - Great location and beautiful surroundings .
Lovely Hotel with amazing pools but a few things were not 4 star!
Deposit required for very old threadbare pool towels that could only be changed 3 times a week between 10-1pm !! We were out 2 of the 3 days in these times!!
Deposit required for a safe key that was not big enough to fit an iPad and then had massive key to take out with you ! All 4 star hotels have electronic safes!!
King size bed was 2 single Mattresses together that really need replacing as middle of each one had lost all support so had to sleep in middle of bed on outside of both mattresses !!! Lead to a bad back .
- Bernardo (10/5): - Un hotel magnifico y la comida
Excelente.volvería de nuevo
- Mirangela (10/5): - This was our first resort hotel experience. We brought my mom here for an 80th birthday treat, and we loved it. My mom especially loved it! This hotel is especially good for older people. The buffet meals were quite good (though more vegan/vegetarian main dish and breakfast options would have been better for me), the on site spa, heated pool, lounging and relaxation places, concierge for booking tours, evening entertainment (best for an older crowd) were all good. The staff members are super helpful, friendly - muy amables! The rooms were spacious, with balconies. And, this hotel has absolutely stunning views of the sea, mountains, and La Gomera island. This is a wonderful location for a relaxing, lovely vacation. Highly recommended!
- Leonid (8/5): - Fantastic views, friendly and responsive personnel.
Unneeded lecture at check in, not enough lights and sockets in the room, cumbersome parking.
- Ikea (10/5): - I loved that there was so much to do on and around the property. I may have been the only solo traveler there (especially in my age group) but I was able to have a great, relaxing time.
- Barry (10/5): - Great food, staff and amenities.
- Gabriela (8/5): - my stay was nice, I found everything nice and clean, food was good too. The views of the cliffs were breathtaking.
- Said (10/5): - Property had a nice relaxing feel to it. Lots of noise outside until 12 am from the cafes/bars, but to be expected.
- Sivert (4/5): - The balcony view was brilliant, and the air condition
- Ton (10/5): - great food, friendly staff
- Amanda Lotten (8/5): - Beautiful views and friendly staff
- Prabha (10/5): - Had a fantastic stay! Staff are so friendly and welcoming. Food is great. Will definitely recommend and stay again!
- JILL (10/5): Fabulous Hotel - Fabulous time at hotel...Rate it highly for everything. Staff so friendly.Stayed 2 nights wish stayed longer but will definitely be back. Excellent hotel.
- scott robert (10/5): - All staff were extremely pleasant and helpful
- Krista (10/5): - This is a beautiful hotel. The views from the rooms are amazing! The food was great and the staff are very friendly. The only suggestion I have would be to put air conditioning in the buffet restaurant - would make for a better eating experience! Overall, this place is incredible!
- Sylvia (10/5): Lovely hotel & great location. - I was staying at this hotel on my own as my friend's were staying nearby. I was at ease as soon as I walked in, all staff are friendly & helpful. Hotel spotless. My 1st visit & I'm already planning the next!
- Tajá (10/5): - The hotel was super clean with an amazing view. All the other guests were so nice and friendly. The staff had amazing energy, very up beat. The area is quite quiet, peaceful not much to do but you can always further explore the island and return to a peaceful hotel. The food was great !!
- Lyubov (8/5): - You can see mountains and the water from this hotel, 5 min walk to the marina, nice restaurants around, bus stop is 4 min walk, quiet area. Although 45 min from the airport.
- Bonnie (2/5): - I liked the location and some of the wait staff. That was about it. I wouldn't stay here. I posted a review on Trip Advisor and the Hotels response to their horrible service was extremely disappointing. However it confirms how horrible they treat their paying customers. Do not stay here, read other 3 to 1 star reviews like mine please. Save yourself the horrible experience we had with this hotel.
- Neil (10/5): - My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel last week. Everything was excellent, the pool facilities, room, and view. Staff very friendly. Different food options every night all great. Free show every night too. Couldn't recommend enough great hotel and staff.
- Sarah (10/5): - Amazing food,and staff 😎
- Luckson (10/5): - The staff
- Charles Scott (10/5): - Wonderful experience!
- Craig John Martin (8/5): - The hotel is really nice & clean, the biggest let down was the lifts. There are 4 of them but all small & quite slow. After breakfast, it was quicker to walk up the stairs to the 5th floor than wait your place in the queue. The buffet breakfasts were large & had a good variety. Some of the hot food wasn't great when we went down around 10am (may be better if you go earlier) but was nice enough.
2 pools, 1 quiet one that is around the corner but still gets busy early. The main pool is a lot larger area, but the pool bar, which serves drinks all day & food until 3.30, which caught us out a couple of times. Food was tasty & drinks were cheap, they have various entertainment on in the evenings but we didn't see much of that. Bar is open until 1am for a nightcap.
Staff were really friendly & all spoke English really well. Only issue was Reception would tell us room service for food & drinks was available until late but we couldn't get food served at 9.30pm.
Location wise, there is a nice bar just outside the hotel that opens in the evenings. There are a few different bars & restaurants within a 10 minute walk, nowhere was expensive & generally the food was good.
- Lucian (10/5): Great experience, great location - Friendly staff: Such as Ruben offering a great welcoming gift.
Housekeeping was excellent, very clean and very nice staff.
Great view from room 2015.
- Louisa (10/5): - Lovely hotel, couldn’t fault it!
- Marius (10/5): - Food buffet was excelent. Location is beautiful. The staff is very friendly. We really felt welcomed here.
- Anca Georgiana Ursu (10/5): - We had a lovely stay. Food was amazing, hotel was excellent, views were fabulous.
It was not much entertaining in the evening in this location, the town is small and more for elderly people but we loved seeing them around. People were very kind.
- Tina (6/5): - Location is great is a less touristy part of the island. Very good breakfast with plenty of options. The hotel is a bit antiquated. Leave lots of time for slow elevators.
- Katy (8/5): - Amazing sea views, good location. Lifts were a bit of a pain as took ages to arrive so caused queues. Brrakfast was always very busy and slightly cold but had an amazing selection to choose from.
- Bev (10/5): Relaxing break - Loved our stay for a few relaxing days. Lovely food, friendly staff. Clean and spacious rooms
- Sean (10/5): Overall great. - Lovely room. Excellent staff. Entertainment a bit too regimented.
- alphonsus john (10/5): - The staff where very good
When we arrived for check in .the dining room had finished but the
The desk manager took us straight to the area outside and got us some food i thought that was a great fitst impresion to make.
Only thing negative was card key for room door . But got it sorted.
- David (10/5): Winter Sunshine - Just back from a week long stay. The weather could have been better but the hotel was great. Very friendly and obliging staff, always willing to help. Great location in the town and within walking distance of all amenities. We ate in the main restaurant for breakfast and dinner, it was buffet style and they had a fantastic selection of food. Went for the mountain view for our room but you're also looking over the town and with the marina to the left there was plenty to see from the decent sized balcony. Will return.
- Josephine (4/5): Not 4 star - A motel type hotel - very generic rooms and style. Reception was curt and disinterested. Rooms are a good size, clean and basic. Welcome bottle was already opened and half finished in the fridge. It’s ok, but not a 4 star. Didn’t use the pool but that looked nice.
- Liudmila (6/5): - Красивое место, но обслуживание просто катастрофа.
- Victor (10/5): - Great for couples
- Kayleigh (10/5): Great stay - We had a great stay at the hotel. Very nice pool area and a great location for a range of good restaurants.
- Uwem (8/5): - Excellent location!
Food could be better.
Friendly staff!
- MARIA (8/5): - Nice views and amenities at convenience, very clean and great buffet.
Some stuff are a little rude, some parts of the hotel like the lifts or others require renewal or care to show neat and functional appearance
- James (10/5): Fantastic Hotel - My wife and I loved our stay here. The property is immaculate, and the views are truly incredible. We were greeted with champagne when we arrived and check in was a breeze. Our room was spotless and we had our own hot tub and views of the ocean. The two pools are clean and both have their own perks. The salt water pool has the best views and is right in the water. The water temperature was refreshing, but not too cold for March. The fresh water pool also had great views, but was quieter and peaceful. The water was cooler than the other pool, but it was less breezy at this pool, so the pool was a great way to cool off.
The food and drink at this hotel is really inexpensive, and there’s a great variety. We had half board (breakfast and dinner included) and there’s really something for everyone at the large buffet. Eggs were made to order, and there was a make-your-own mimosa station at breakfast. There was great variety at dinner and options for even your pickiest of eaters. The drinks at the pool are so reasonable, and the service was always fantastic.
A few details from the trip. Parking is free, but you’ll most likely get boxed in and it took about 15 minutes at checkout to get our car. Towels for the pool require a 20 Euro deposit, which you get back when you return them. The town is very walkable and there are plenty of shops and restaurants.
Overall, fantastic stay and service.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Awesome view, modern facilities. Check-in was very efficient. A gift was offer in the room (bottle of wine). It is a nice gesture. The buffet is great! Lots of choice! I would definitely stay again at this hotel.
- Charles (10/5): A few days away. - The hotel is great. The staff are good ,the food is very good.We had a mountain view from the room but we will go back to this hotel and try to get a sea view. The position of the hotel is good.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Best sea view ever!
Some annoying noise from the building 24/7.
50% of restaurant staff is rude.
Otherwise everything was perfect!
- martin (10/5): great hotel, first class staff, excellent location. - my wife and I wanted an adults only hotel for a relaxing holiday and this hotel didn't disappoint. the staff could not do enough for you and were always ready with a smile and greeting. two good size pools with plenty of sun loungers and an excellent poolside bar. there was entertainment at night and plenty of daytime activities if you wanted to take part. the food was good with a wide variety of choice, especially at breakfast.
- Kristiina (8/5): Stunning view - The Hotel has perfect location with stunning view over the Atlantic Ocean. The rooms are nice and the dinner is perfect. The service we received on the first day at the Front Office was below average. There was a mistake in hotel system which lead to the situation that the room category we had booked was not available. The Front Office staff had clearly very poor problem solving skills and there is no-one at the hotel from 13.00 to 18.00 who is capable to deal with guest relations. There were few more downsides, but as overall the the manager of the Hotel is highly dedicated to offer good customer service and a memorable holiday to their guests, we have to admit we left as pleased guests. We really enjoyed the view from our room. Thank you!
Kind regards
- Hugh (10/5): Great Hotel - Wonderful facilities - two pools, gardens, lots of seated areas, food - what a spread
Downside poor entertainment, lifts took forever to come and the waiters dashed about like rabbits
Liked that it was Adults only and will be back some day
- Stephanie (10/5): Adult only holiday - A perfect hotel for a very relaxing holiday. The large freshwater pool was very refreshing, very quiet and never crowded. Good choice of food every day.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Calm and tranquil - From the moment you arrive you feel at ease. Lovely setting, great food, modern airy rooms and helpful staff. A great place to relax and unwind. Third visit for us.
- MARK (10/5): Great facility, great surroundings for a quiet bre - We wanted a quiet break with trips to get to know the island better. The hotels was superb with staff to match. The locality was excellent. A very clean area and not too built up. Entertainment was very good with many activities on during the day and something on every night. Food was very good and varied. The drinks prices wrre comparable with bars just down the road. May be a bit quiet for some but not for us. We loved it. Great break.
- Garry (10/5): Tranquility/Peaceful/Great - Beautifully positioned property overlooking the ocean.
Excellent meals in the restaurant.
Contemporary style hotel.
Wonderful spa facilities well worth the 15€ fee for two people.
- H (8/5): Perfect for a relaxing holiday - This is a lovely hotel and perfect for a relaxing holiday. Spectacular views - we were in a mountain view room but this had a side sea view and also a lovely view of Los Gigantes Mountains. The grounds and two pools are nice with plenty of sunbeds. It is annoying that people put their towels on loungers early and then disappear as there was never an issue getting loungers at any time of day. The evening entertainment was hit and miss - some really good like 'The Four Tops' who were amazing and had everyone up dancing. Some were quite poor but there are plenty of other places in the area which all have evening entertainment. The hotel has daytime activities and in particular I enjoyed the water arobics. The area itself has a small harbour and small beach. There are plenty of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants in the area and it is a nice walk to nearby Puerto De Santiago. The food was nice but would havd enjoyed more Canarian dishes. I would recommend this hotel for those looking to relax and probably suited more to couples.
- Wendy (8/5): Great hotel - We had a lovely 10 day stay at Los Gigantes, hotel was great the only downside was that the bathrooms need updating, grouting was not clean although the maid did a really great job. Would definitely come back, hopefully with new bathrooms.
- Verified traveler (10/5): High quality hotel. - We had a fantastic week. The hotel was about as good a hotel as you could want. Every one was friendly and helpful. Food great, plenty of choice. Very clean room with a nice view of the mountains and harbour. We even had a small fridge in the room. Reasonable bar prices, 5 euros for cocktails and 3.10 euros for 0.5L of San Miguel. All in all a great holiday.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - 5 *****.
- Paul (10/5): Lovely hotel - Nice hotel with a spa and two pools with spectacular views. Shame about the horrible middle aged female receptionist.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The hotel was marvelous. We had paid for meals with our stay and the outside seating has a phenomenal view. Unfortunately, the food for all of the meals was disappointing. Presentation was great but quality was poor.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The bedroom was a good size bed was comfortable but found the bathroom was dark and dated with shower over the bath not very impressed.
- Joonas (10/5): great place in tenerife - stayed 4 nights at the hotel and had a wonderful time with my wife and friends. fantastic location if your not looking for party. very nice and clean pool area. fantastic breakfast buffet and the dinner buffet was OK. if you are looking for a holiday to relax this is a perfect place in tenerife. Great views. close to magic hiking routes like Masca etc.
- benjie (10/5): Excellent hotel, superb location - This holiday exceeded expectations. The locality and the hotel provide for an excellent peaceful holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The best recommendation is to say we will be returning soon. The accommodation was of a very high standard. Outside areas especially the pool were spotless and a pleasure to use. The meals were superb and of a great variety and quality. The location was such that exploring the local area was a pleasure, requiring easy walking along coastal paths.
- Carole (10/5): Lovely hotel - beautiful location - We have recently enjoyed a very relaxing holiday here. The hotel was just right for us, beautiful views, easy to reach the rest of the small town of Los Gigantes. The hotel is very light and spacious, including the bedroom. We were booked for half board but expected to eat out some evenings, however the buffet and the experience in the dining room were so good that we eat there more often. The view from the dining room across to La Gomera is breathtaking especially at sunset. I especially enjoyed the aquafit in the pool each morning, a good way to get some exercise and make friends.
- Andy and Sally (8/5): Very quiet but relaxing. - On our arrival to the hotel we were greeted straight away by staff with a glass of wine each. Unfortunately, there was a problem with a few rooms so were were told we would be put up in the 'Playa Del Arena' for one night. We were taken by taxi, paid by the hotel, and returned the next day. We believe that it was because there was a carnival going on that evening and the previous night had gone on until 6am!
On arrival the second time, the staff offered to take our bags to our room but we were happy to take our own.
The rooms were spotlessly clean and were maintained by the cleaners daily. The hotel, as a whole, was very clean and tidy.
The staff were always polite, friendly and helpful and keen to please.
The food, well, what can we say, it was, in our opinion, outstanding. It was fresh, and with so many options, it was difficult to decide what to sample next.
The view outside was lovely. We had a room facing the mountains, which, on our arrival turned out to be stunning, not a letdown from not having a seaview at all.
Now, we know it is an Adults only hotel, which was one of our main requirements, but it was almost too quite.Towards the end of our stay, we were led to believe that there complaints about the entertainments staff doing quzzes 'too loud'. We think this was a bit extreme, although the age group was on a more senior level, we're sure it could only have been the minority who were spoiling it for others with their demands for silence.
- Pamela (8/5): Our weeks stay in Los Gigantes - We were very happy here, the food and choice was excellent. Walking distance to the harbour saw the whales and dolphins went on a boat trip for 2 hours 15 euros each good value. Hotel lovely position over looking the sea. Only problem we felt was in the dining room the waiters could be noisy when collecting plates and placing them on trolleys, alot of banging about. The rooms had bbc 1,2 ITV, sky sports much to our delight.
- Maggie (10/5): Wonderfully situated. Variety of food - Given 'Garden Room' Great sea view BUT felt vulnerable at night. Strange 2 put 2 70 year olds with lots of steps.
Needed a torch to return to room at night. Would have felt more secure in main building.
Great pool, not pestered to join Events but notified when they were on. Great variety of foods. Good
entertainment in hotel. Our third visit. Will definitely return!
- Poshnspracks (10/5): Now our first choice for future Tenerife holidays. - We are a middle aged couple looking for a peaceful but quality base from which to explore the island and find walking trails. The hotel is adults only, which is why we booked. Common areas and rooms were spacious - hotel recently refurbished but originally built in the '60s when space wasn't at such a premium. Still some tatty bits but overall very smart. Our room had 'mountain view' which was very nice - in shade almost all day so remained cool - this suited us. However sea rooms would have sunny balconies and give a view over the island of La Gomera, which would also be nice. 2 pools, lots of room. One very cold, one much warmer but very salty. In general food was excellent - breakfasts were superb. Dinner choice was good but sometimes quality was a little disappointing. I would like to have seen more Canarian dishes on offer. Director's Gala Night was a waste of time as far as I could see. Early dinner meant views from dining room of sun illuminating the Los Gigantes cliffs before setting behind La Gomera were amazing.
- Gordon & Jackie (8/5): our second trip, first being 6 years ago. - hotel looking good after refurbishment, main pool area superb with new layout. Staff nice and friendly.
- Steve (10/5): Excellent hotel - Nice relaxing holiday - no children !
Friendly staff and great views from the hotel would recommend if you want a holiday away from the busy resorts further south.
Mainly British people in the Hotel and about the town.
- James (10/5): Great hotel, Friendly and helpful staff - A really great hotel, nearly all the staff were so friendly and helpful, always greeted with a smile and a handshake. Most of the guests had returned time and time again over many years. Refurbished a few years ago it is bright and white, some may say too clinical but we like that.
- Ausra (8/5): Issues with parking - Hotel is in very calm and gorgeous place - little town of Los Gigantes. The view was perfect even we did not book a sea view, from the balcony we had a chance to watch mountains and sea. Only couple bars were working so not lots of opportunities for night life, but we knew where we were going :) Lots of visitors with > 50 years :)
One big issue we had - it was parking. While booking a hotel we were looking for free parking and in Stil Los Gigantes it was written that parking is included. The issue we faced that during our arrival after midnight, hotel staff our parking car in the parking lot which didn't not belong to hotel, but we didn't know that and parked car during all nights which ended up our car being taken away by police. We faced very unpleasant team member in reception, who only managed to repeat this is not hotel fault and didn't try to help us to understand where police station is and etc. We went to police station on Saturday morning, they were really friendly just some issues speaking English language, we paid 66 euros and took our car but needed to come back on Monday to find out if they will charge as a fee of 100 euro. Happily we didn't need to pay anymore and we went to speak with Hotel manager on Monday morning, he knew what customer service and compensated our money we paid to police even we did not ask. The only ask was clearly articulate that hotel (which owns couple hundred rooms) has only 12 parking spaces.
- Otilia (10/5): - We stayed in this hotel on our honeymoon and fell in love with the place! The view from our room was breathtaking, the food amazing, the room and facilities just perfect! Highly recommended and we hope to go back very soon! Very helpful and welcoming staff. We couldn't be more pleased!
- kat (6/5): Beautiful views - On checking in the customer service was terrible! Didn't get welcomed or given any information about hotel! Nobody offered to take cases to room we were given our key and told which floor!
we didn't get told we were entitled to a al carte one evening- we found out from another guest
We booked it at reception food was appalling along with waiter service!
When checking out we didn't get asked if we'd enjoyed our stay at hotel happily took our money and off we went!
