- Denis (6/5): - The clean up of the room was done but empty kleenex box not replaced for several days. The room was occasionally provided with paper glasses but not replaced everyday. The room had no phone and no clock: I had to to go a local store to buy glasses and an alarm clock to compensate for those deficiencies. Considering the price of the room, it was well under expectations.

- Winnie (2/5): Terrible place, awful stay with high price - Very squeezy room, difficult to turn around ot open suitcases, narrow rack can only hang 3 jackets, shelves less than 20cm width, no hooks on the wall. No heating when temperature was about 5°C in nights. The 1st night, I feel very cold and could not sleep. My husband went to front desk to ask for more comforter. They said only house keep can provide it & had to wait till 10am next morning. We waited in our room & got conforters next morning. But during nights I still had bad headache because the room is very cold & my head was cold. During high check-in hours, only 2 staffs & we waited more than 20min to get our luggage. The front desk staffs are rude. Terrible place and awful stay, yet they charge over $300 per night.

- Alan (10/5): Charming Stay, Centrally Located - Everything about my staff was perfect. The room size was just right for solo travel, and it was surprisingly one of the most comfortable mattresses I've been on in a hotel! The room was well maintained, the heat level was just right, and the shower was great. This hotel is extremely well-located, easy on and off the U-bahn, and near the Naschmarkt, Secession, Strauss museum, and both the Musikverein and Stadtoper. My only note for North American travellers: you put your room key in a slot on the wall to activate the lights!

We were able to check in early and use bag storage after checkout so we could explore the city on our final day before our train. Convenient to the main city center

This is a dog friendly hotel, and they were wonderful in this respect. They had placed a water bowl and treats inside the room, as well as a welcome letter directing us to the closest green areas/parks. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with a pet.

I’m satisfied with my stay.

The hotel is perfectly located, right in city center walking distance to St. Stephan's Cathedral, steps away from the Opera, restaurant and shops near by. Beautiful spacious lobby. Unbeatable price. I had a way too short stay at this hotel. Thank you for being so accommodating. I have highly recommended this hotel to friends who will visit later in the year.

Renovated hotel, very clean, good size bedroom, grrrreat bed, good bathroom. Friendly with a bit of a hip atmosphere. Very quiet (room faced a courtyard). Breakfast is OK, though at 16.90 Euros, expensive for what it is. Hotel could make simple enhancements: a fridge and coffee machine in the room.

However, front desk staff was not nice. Room does not have coffee maker, nor hot water boiler. When we asked for it, front desk lady yelled at us. We even have to ask for cups for brushing teeth. We will not stay there again, will definitely not recommend it to anyone.

Its also very convenient for trams and the subway. The accommodation was excellent value for money - clean and very friendly staff. My second visit so it must be good!

It’s just off the Ring Road which makes it easy to get anywhere in Vienna. Great staff. Comfortable, new rooms, new decor, atrium, great breakfast (€15). We will definitely stay here again.

We added the breakfast option and it was so worth the money. Excellent buffet with vegetables, cold meats, hard boiled eggs, sweet treats, coffee and juice. Upon arrival in the room, the tv turned on by itself and displayed a video of fireplace. Adorable. I would definitely come back again.
- Raquel (8/5): Very good location - Looks newly renovated hotel, very good location, close to main attractions, nearby metro stations, clean, and nice staff. We opted to exclude breakfast and only ate there once as there are other Cafes nearby with more selections, like at Cafe Museum.

- Lesley (10/5): Fabulous hotel - I arrived early with the intention of leaving my luggage whilst I explored Vienna but fortunately my room was ready so I was able to check in 2 hours early. The staff were really nice and efficient. The hotel is well located near to the Opera House and the Hofburg. The room was fairly spacious for a single room and the bathroom was also a good size. The bed was comfortable and I was mesmerised by the fish scene playing on the TV! I would definitely stay here again if I was to return to Vienna.

- Chris (8/5): Nice Hotel, great location - nice hotel in a great location across the road from the Opera House and a 10 min stroll down to St Stevens. lobby and bar are really nice - the rooms are Very basic - similar to a UK Travelodge. Some rooms are facing into an internal courtyard and are quite dark - so ask for an external / street facing room. TIP - if you book a KING size bed, its actually 2 singles with a zipped together mattress, which isnt that comfortable - however a Queen bed is one large double mattress - so ask for a QUEEN bed if you want a double. My one issue with this hotel is the Breakfast - its a fairly basic cold buffet for £15 - with good coffee ...but only served until 10am... and at 10.15, the staff remove everything and start vacuuming around you making you feel unwelcome!. The bar and bar staff are all excellent
