Mình đặt phòng trên app, đến nơi có phòng double là các bạn hỏi để đổi. Buffet sáng nói chung rất ngon, vừa miệng bếp nấu rất chỉn chu. Bún riêu và súp siêu ngon. Vị trí 8/10 Tuy ko gần trung tâm nhưng lại gần dòng Sông Hậu, nếu được ở phòng view sông thì rất đẹp. Phòng: 10/10 đầy đủ amenities, DH âm trần, set up theo tiêu chuẩn 4 sao quốc tế khá ổn. Đệm gối êm ngủ ngon, khăn mềm. CSVC: đây là tổ hợp khách sạn nhà hàng và tiệc cưới rất lớn ở Cần Thơ. Khách sạn ở đây rất rộng có khuôn viên để xe cho khách và tiệc cưới. Ko ưng cái là decor ở đây ko đc tinh tế lắm, cứ vàng vàng đỏ đỏ.. còn nói chung với giá tiền và dịch vụ như vậy chúng tôi rất hài lòng và sẽ sớm quay lại nơi đây.

Clemens (9/5): Übernachtung in Can Tho während einer Tour - Großes Hotel am Stadtrand von Can Tho, direkt am Fluss gelegen - das Hotel wird deswegen von Touren zu den Schwimmenden Märkten genutzt, obwohl die Bootsanlegestelle ziemlich weit weg ist. Schönes hoteleigenes Restaurant mit gutem Essen direkt am Flussufer. Wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges gut ausgestattetes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Fluss. Sehr gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal.

Manuela (10/5): GREAT SERVICE - Very good place even if we stayed just for one night waiting for the ferry to Con Dao. The staff has been very helpful for booking ferry tickets and provide us a taxi very early in the next morning. We checked out at 5am and despite the breakfast started from 6am, they provided us a take away sandwich, fruit, muffins and water. We really appreciated the service. Girls at the reception desk have been very kind and helpful. Perfect room! Wide, clean and quiet. Highly recommended. Must be improved restaurant service in front of the hotel managed by same property. Unfortunately the staff doesn’t speak english and also basic concepts are not understood. Must also improved the quality of food.

Sarita (5/5): Disappointing. - The place itself was nice enough - great views of the river from the top floor. The breakfast was varied - mostly Vietnamese, and bread and fruit. Construction work going on both inside and outside the hotel, so it was noisy. We had come here to relax, so it was particularly annoying. The hotel was big and empty - just a soul-less place, which looked a lot better on paper.

Tran (10/5): Service with beautiful smiles - The staffs were super friendly at the same time professional. The hotel ground is very spacious that one can enjoy a quite walk in the compound. The hotel plantoon is convenient to arrange pickup and drop off for boat excursions. We would have preferred to be put on higher level for better view of the river as we know that the hotel was hard full. That little niceness go along away for patrons.

There isn't really anything within walking distance. You have to take a cab. They were cleaning up from a party and packing up large pipes from tents, and were banging the pipes, so when I went to the pool I didn't stay because it was so loud.

Derrick (9/5): Happy with my choice - a good three night stay. - Room was very spacious with a huge, comfortable bed. I had requested a quiet room and this was honoured, we had no disturbances in our three-night stay. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room, and a fridge. The staff we came into contact with were all friendly and spoke at least some English. Breakfast was ample with both Vietnamese dishes and some western foods (bread, cereals, etc) plus juices, tea and coffee, and an egg station also. The head waiter, Sang, was very professional, friendly and helpful. Though outside of the town it is a short (under 10 minute) taxi drive either way at around US$4. Surprised that there was no iron or ironing board available in the hotel, though this was hardly of critical importance. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would choose this hotel again.

Very good value for opulence of the room They advertised a restaurant but only 2 hour breakfast. It is located on the beach "penninsula" so absolutely nothing except other resort hotels. This is a Vietnamese clientele hotel so virtually no English and location really a bit depressing
