- Sabrina (6/5): Teleurstellend - Mooie ruime kamer Kamers waren nog niet klaar, waardoor we onze etensreservering hebben gemist. 1 van de 4 kamers was pas klaar toen we in de avond terugkwamen bij het hotel. Gaven aan dat het kwam door te weinig personeel om schoon te maken, maar onze kamer was verre van schoon. Geen enkele compensatie is ons geboden.

Room was incredibly small, no way two people could move at one time. The only place to open suitcases was on the bed. The floors were filthy and the room was never cleaned in our 4 day stay.

- Thijs (4/5): Geen aanrader, voor ons niet nog een keer - Het hotel ligt centraal in Wageningen Ik ben hier samen met mijn vriendin 2 nachten geweest, maar eerlijk gezegd viel het verblijf behoorlijk tegen. De kamer was echt super klein waardoor je nauwelijks ruimte had om spullen neer te leggen of kleding op te hangen. Ook was de afwerking van de kamer niet echt netjes. Daarnaast werkte de tv op de kamer niet. Hiervoor hebben we de receptie gebeld, maar zij konden hier niks aan veranderen en er werd ook geen oplossing aangeboden. Verder werden we in de ochtend rond half 8 al wakker door harde boor- en klusgeluiden. Ook moesten we bij de liften zelf de deuren dichtmaken, wat niet echt prettig werkte. De parkeerplaats was totaal niet onderhouden en er zijn veel te weinig plekken voor alle gasten van het hotel. Het receptiepersoneel kwam daarnaast ook niet echt behulpzaam over wanneer we klachten hadden. Al met al zeker geen aanrader en wij zouden hier persoonlijk niet nog eens boeken.

Einziges Manko für mich (aber das ist natürlich Geschmackssache): die Matratze war sehr weich, gab das Gefühl, in einer Hängematte zu liegen.

Hotel heeft een eigen restaurant voor diner, maar er is ook een ontbijtbuffet. Op 5min wandelen heb je een winkelstraat waar je ook veel gezellige zaakjes hebt.

- Elisa (6/5): Goedkoop en praktisch, maar niet heel schoon. - De prijs voor een kamer was erg goedkoop. Daarbij was het erg handig dat je 24/7 kan inchecken. Bij het uitchecken werd mij vriendelijk gevraagd of alles naar wens was geweest. Het hotel is een beetje gedateerd. Er was schijnbaar ook een verbouwing bezig, een aantal stukken gang waar men aan het verbouwen was, lagen open en bloot. Daarbij was de kamer niet echt schoon.

Versleten vloerbedekking, oude macabere liften, binnen afgebladderde muren, zichtbare herstellingen van betonrot, open spouwmuren. Het restaurant was gesloten wegens verbouwing. De badkamer was niet (goed) schoongemaakt. In de douchebak haren van vorige bezoekers.

- adam (1/5): - Bij aankomst liet de nachtportier ons dubbel betalen, terwijl de boeking via Booking.com al was voldaan. Zonder deze extra betaling mochten we niet inchecken. Omdat het zaterdag was en de administratie gesloten was, vertelde de manager ons dat het eerste wat maandagochtend zou gebeuren, het terugstorten van de contante betaling was. Ook de medewerkers bevestigden dit. Daarna werd ons telkens opnieuw verteld dat het de volgende dag zou worden geregeld, maar er gebeurde niets. Na meerdere keren contact opnemen kregen we uiteindelijk pas na een week te horen dat dit via Booking.com geregeld moest worden. Uiteindelijk moest ik zelf achter mijn geld aan en heb ik het bedrag pas na anderhalve week terugontvangen. Zeer slechte service en onprofessionele communicatie.

Dat betekent dat wanneer je een afspraak hebt om 8:00 uur je in tijdnood kunt komen. Verder zijn ze nog steeds bezig met verbouwen, hetgeen een rommelige indruk geeft

Ik snap echter niet waarom de kussens altijd zo zacht zijn. Ik kan daar echt niet goed op slapen dus had ik mijn eigen kussens meegenomen. Mijn advies is om er ook een wat steviger kussen bij te doen. Ik ben vast niet de enige die niet van kussens houdt waar je hoofd in verdwijnt.

- Daphne (8/5): Aanrader! - Het was klein maar fijn. De douche was echt heerlijk. En de luxe douche en zeepproducten van Rituals gaven een sjiek gevoel ondanks de kleine kamer. Het bed sliep heerlijk, fijn dat het een tweepersoonsbed was en niet twee losse bedden. Inrichting was erg leuk. De locatie was echt helemaal top! De kamer was ieniemienie. Maar voor de prijs snap ik dat ook wel. We moesten wel echt passen en meten. Evengoed was alles aanwezig. Klein maar fijn zeg maar. Lekker knus.

- Astrid (8/5): Schoon hotel, rustige sfeer en vooral prima locatie. - Schone kamer, rustige sfeer en prima locatie dichtbij het centrum. Na boeking kreeg ik bericht dat er werd verbouwd. Bij navraag bleek dit niet in het weekend te zijn dus dat viel mee, maar wel was het terras dicht en het was heel zonnig dus dat was jammer. Ze hadden ook wat stoelen buiten kunnen zetten zodat mensen ieg buiten konden zitten. Ook was niet doorgekomen dat het ontbijt was inbegrepen, wat wel via booking zo was en dus kregen we te horen nog €49,45 (waarvan €6 toeristenbelasting)te moeten betalen bij aankomst, maar dit werd wel opgehelderd nadat wij aangaven dat het inclusief was.

- Hans en Afra (6/5): - De lokatie Ontbijt wel erg duur voor wat er geboden wed. Kamers zijn wel erg klein.
- Simonetta (4/5): - La camera che mi è stata data era incredibilmente piccola non c'era un armadio e c'era pochissimo spazio per camminare attorno al letto. Non era disponibile una scrivania quindi impossibile lavorare con pc. Per la tariffa applicata la camera era scomodissima. Colazione continentale buona.
