• Ragab (10/5): - الفندق ممتاز من حيث النظافة والعاملين علي ادارة الفندق. من حيث الاستقبال. مكتب الاستقبال فوق الممتاز في التعامل مع النزلاء بشكل ممتاز. وإدارة المطعم. محترمين جدا وممتازين ايضا في التعامل مع النزلاء والابتسامة الجميلة حتي الشيف. مع كل وجبة يحضر مع النزلاء في وجباتهم ويسألهم علي مدي جودة الطعام ويتلقي اقتراحتهم. اذا امكن. اعجبني الطريقة المهذبة الذي يتعامل. مع النزلاء. انا بشكرهم جيدا. ايضا. وجدت الغرف نظيفة بشكل فوق الطبيعي والاهتمام بكل صغيرة وكبيرة في الغرفة. بصراحة انا استمعت كثير في الاقامة. في هذا الفندق وتقيمي له. ممتاز كل شي اعجبني من حيث الادارة الفندق والعاملين. بالفندق. كلهم لم استثني احد. كلهم ممتازين المكان جميل ونظيف ومريح.
• Mohammad (10/5): Absolutely wonderful - I surprised my mum and dad by booking them a holiday to this amazing hotel in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, and I’m so glad I did. They had the most wonderful experience from start to finish. The customer service was beautiful, and all of the staff were so warm and friendly, treating them like family. Chloe was absolutely wonderful and gave excellent service throughout their stay. The main manager and the restaurant manager were true gentlemen and led an incredible team. My mum and dad stayed for seven nights and loved it so much they didn’t want to come back to the UK. Everything was perfect, and the hospitality was truly outstanding. I couldn’t have chosen a better place for them.

• Нина (8/5): Добавить больше движения с музыкой около бассейна - Приветливый персонал , особенно Юсуф. Хорошо расположение , рядом магазины, был красивый вид на бассейн и море . По поводу еды , если вы едете не за едой , а за отдыхом и впечатлениями, то да! Если за едой , то особо разнообразия небыло, но голодными никто не уходил. Сладкого было больше чем достаточно, а вот фруктов не хватало . Были яблоки, апельсины , дыня и финики . Персонал в ресторане, был внимателен. Как по мне не хватало движка, отель спокойный , иногда была анимационная программа , но никаких танцев не было(( музыка выключалась около 9:30 вроде и все отель замирал. Этот отель больше для тех кому не нужен движ. До пляжа 10 минут езды на автобусе . На пляже так же нет музыки, лежаки удобные , места хватало, но хотелось движа. Музыка доносилась из соседних отелей . Купаться особо негде было, так как очень долгий заход , а там уже и буйки . Кто-то писал риф офигенный, я бы не сказала . Да рыбки были, прикольные .

• Ralf (9/5): Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Hotel - Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war hervorragend, da man für einen geringen Preis sehr viel geboten bekommen hat. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und international, zudem wurden einige Komponenten frisch und individuell zubereitet. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, besonders das Animations-Team hat immer für eine gute Zeit gesorgt.

Bir de bizim çok vaktimiz yoktu diye plaj arayışına giremedik otelin ullaşım sağladığı plajı kullandık sadece o plaj pek güzel değil ama zaten çok sık araç kalkıyor görüp değerlendirebilirsiniz.

Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la gentilezza del responsabile ibrahim che ci ha accolto personalmente dal primo giorno, e la comprensione del menager del ristorante Emad, sempre gentilissimo e pronto ad aiutarci, ha inoltre fatto preparare una torta per noi in quanto era il compleanno della mia compagna. Abbiamo lasciato una parte di noi in questo resort e ci ritorneremo sicuramente. :)

• Dave (8/5): Lovely winter break made special by extraordinary staff. - The overwhelming positive is the staff, they work so hard to ensure guests are enjoying their stay. Every single one of them were happy as they went about their jobs. The gardens and grounds are immaculate. The restaurant offered wide variety and bountiful food. The chef went out of their way to cater for any specific dietary requirements. The rooms are a little tired but still comfortable and spacious. The pool area is too small for the size of the resort but staff around the pool did everything possible to ensure all guests were able to get a sunbed. Other guests need to be more sensible about towel wars!!! The hotel did the right thing in policing this.

• Olena (8/5): - Отель Jaz Neo превзошёл все ожидания. Еда — 10/10, очень вкусная и разнообразная. Персонал невероятно внимательный, доброжелательный и всегда готов помочь. Нам бесплатно предоставили улучшенный двухкомнатный номер — две отдельные комнаты в одном номере, два балкона с красивым видом, что сделало отдых ещё более комфортным. Отель небольшой, но очень уютный, с красивой, ухоженной и чистой территорией. Отличная анимация и тёплая атмосфера. Отдельное спасибо за шикарный персональный ужин, организованный специально для нас — было очень приятно и незабываемо. Приятным сюрпризом стал небольшой магазин на территории отеля. Обычно я не доверяю шопингу в гостиницах (часто цены там выше, чем в городе), тем более что я неоднократно была в Египте. Но здесь всё оказалось наоборот: очень красивые кожаные и из кожзаменителя сумки, великолепные духи и цены ниже, чем в городе. В итоге с удовольствием купила себе несколько сумок и потрясающие ароматы — ожидания были полностью превзойдены. Номерам требуется реформа

Avevamo comunicato un late check in ci era stata garantita la cena,ci hanno servito due piatti con affettati e formaggi locali,un piatto di verdure crude e dei panini,nulla a che vedere con una vera e propria cena e soprattutto non ci è stato chiesto cosa avremmo gradito per cena visto che appunto c’erano 3 bambini piccoli. Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte quindi per questo non mi sento di dare un giudizio negativo perché effettivamente la nostra permanenza è stata brevissima,però penso che una settimana lì sarebbe stata dura 😅

• Natalia (8/5): Хороший с красивой территорией уютный отель - Добрый день.Понравилась ухоженная зелёная территория,заселили довольно быстро,питание было нормальным,даже крабов 1 раз давали))В ресторане был очень приветливый персонал,каждый день вечером была интересная шоу программа,место проведения концерта тоже очень понравился как театр!Кровати и подушки удобные,что тоже немало важно.Уютный хороший отель .Рекомендую!Вайфай ловит! Маленький санузел с душевой неудобно и унитаз какой-то низкий показался.Лежаки занимают с 5 утра и в 9 уже нет свободных,а на раскладушках загорать не очень комфортно.На ресепшене хотелось бы более приветливых администраторов.Лицо недовольное и постоянно в каком-то стрессе ,даже что-то спросить отталкивало,отвечали с недовольством.Далеко от моря,мы всего 2 раза съездили за неделю .А так в принципе все хорошо.Понравилась девушка,которая все время интересуется,все ли хорошо 👌,у нас была проблема -грязный кондиционер и вызвали по её просьбе быстро и почистили его.
• Nilde (10/5): Atmosfera familiare - La struttura è esattamente come descritta, lo staff è eccezionalmente attento, oltre ogni aspettativa. Ti fanno sentire ben accolti, come una grande famiglia sempre con gran rispetto. Le camere ampie e ben pulite. Posizione fantastica, a pochi passi dal centro di Naama Bay. I servizi offerti dalla struttura tanti ( assistenza al cliente e openbar h24, colazione pranzo merenda e cena, teli doccia e piscina/mare sempre puliti, navetta per la spiaggia, animazione)e altrettanti servizi a pagamento come souvenir shop/minimarket,escursioni( di cui però non abbiamo usufruito perché ci siamo affidati a SHARMinLOVE), massaggi e salone beauty I bagni da rifare, docce MOLTO piccole (almeno nelle nostre camere 1301-1305). La vista piscina che abbiamo pagato come surplus per la 1301 non è 100% veritiera, diciamo che si intravede… direi che è più una vista giardino/reception

He checked on us daily and surprised us with complimentary honeymoon treats. ​Ahmed (from Zagazig), Mahmoud, and Chef A. Nasser: Extremely polite, always smiling, and very helpful. You are true professionals. ​Eslam (Housekeeping): Kept our room spotless with beautiful honeymoon decorations. ​Overall, the spirit of the people here is what makes this hotel 10/10. The reception team were warm and attentive, always ready with a smile or a helping hand. The housekeeping team took care of our room with such care and precision that it felt like coming back to a fresh sanctuary every day. And the kitchen staff — absolutely lovely, and you could tell they put their heart into everything they did. The whole place was spotless, beautifully kept, and full of thoughtful touches. Un ringraziamento speciale per Mohamed Emara. la posizione è ottima per raggiungere a piedi qualsiasi parte di Naama bay. La varietà del cibo e delle bevande è ottima e abbondante. La struttura è un po vecchiotta ma ci stanno lavorando per migliorarla La spiaggia non è una delle migliori...Troverei un accordo con un altra spiaggia più nella parte centrale.
• LEONARDO4E (10/5): Serenità e divertimento. - Giardini e tutti gli esterni, perfetti e in fascinoso stile arabo- mediterraneo. Animazione molto coinvolgente e con tanta cordialità ( grande merito per Alessia super, Chloe dal sorriso angelico e Xsenya così dolce! Servizio perfetto. In conclusione, serenità: ci si sente coccolati, meglio che di essere in famiglia. Da ritornarci. Manca trattenimento musicale e ballo dopo lo spettacolo serale.
• Liudmila (9/5): - Мы останавливались в отеле в ноябре 2025 года на 5 дней и в целом остались довольны. Сначала нам дали номер на первом этаже в первом корпусе, который нам не понравился, но на следующий день предложили переселиться в другой, большой, светлый номер на втором этаже с видом на море. Оба номера были чистыми, постельное белье и полотнца белые, уборка производилась качественно. Визитная карточка отеля - ресторан, в котором, очень вкусно приготовленная, разнообразная еда. Ежедневно подавались блюда из мяса, курицы и рыбы, два раза за пять дней были морепродукты. Большой выбор салатов, овощей и фруктов, много сладкого. Местный алкоголь хорошего качества, напитки подавались в стеклянных стаканах и бокалах, в баре на бассейне в больших пластмассовых стаканах. Бармены предлагали большой выбор коктейлей и напитков. Персонал был отзывчивым и вежливым, на любые просьбы реагировали мгновенно. Бассейн был тёплым, анимация хорошая. Ежедневно живая музыка - 2 дня в ресторане, 5 в баре. Территория зелёная, ухоженная и чистая. Автобус до пляжа ходил по расписанию. Wi-Fi работал на всей территории отеля. Особенно, порадовало отношение к гостям при позднем вылете. Браслеты после выселения в 12.00 не срезали, объяснили, что мы можем находиться на территории отеля и продолжать пользоваться всеми услугами. Предложили: пообедать, поужинать, взять пляжные полотенца, съездить на пляж и предоставить номер на 30 минут для принятия душа и переодевания. Сумки находились в лобби, за безопасность вещей беспокоиться не приходилось, т.к.ведется видеонаблюдение. Отсутствие собственного пляжа. Пляж Калимера, на который возил автобус, принимал гостей нескольких отелей.
• Nilde (10/5): Lo sceglieró ancora e lo consiglierò a tutti - Lo staff é di sicuro ciò che rende questa struttura unica nel suo genere. Gentilezza, professionalità, impegno e competenza, sempre corredati da un sorriso e piena disponibilità. Il personale della reception ( aperta e operativa h24) sempre sul pezzo, parlano diverse lingue, tra le quali un discreto inglese e italiano che non è da tutti. La struttura nella sua semplicità è bella e funzionale, la nostra camera, la 1215 oltre ad essere ampia e con vista sulla piscina, ha un bagno nuovo e una doccia walk in ENORME. Tutto è ben curato e PULITO, i roomkeepers ti strappano un sorriso ogni mattina con creatività, decorando le camere con fiori e sculture di asciugamani. Il personale della piscina è sempre attento alle vostre esigenze, i ragazzi del bar sempre cordialissimi ( si sono prestati a innumerevoli tik tok 🤣) e il personale del ristorante SEMPRE ATTENTO ad ogni esigenza e pronti ad esaudire ogni richiesta. Io con allergie alimentari e vegana, ho ricevuto un trattamento speciale ed ero seguita TUTTI I GIORNI personalmente dallo chef che, insieme al sous chef e tutto il suo staff, ha esaudito ogni mio desiderio e cucinato appositamente per me i piatti tradizionali della cucina egiziana. L’animazione attenta ma mai invadente, Alessia sempre allegra e coinvolgente. Per ultimo ma non meno importanti, i ragazzi della sicurezza, attenti e sempre presenti, in grado di ricordare non solo i visi ma anche il numero di componenti del gruppo con il quale viaggiate. La vicinanza al centro di Naama Bay è stato la ciliegina sulla torta, consentendoci di fare passeggiate in centro tutte le volte che volevamo. Per tutto il periodo intercorso tra la prenotazione e l’arrivo in struttura, non mi è stato possibile comunicare con la struttura. Ho speso più di 15€ di credito telefonico per riuscire a parlare con qualcuno riguardo le mie allergie ma senza successo. L’assistenza di Booking È STATA PESSIMA, a detta del manager che ci ha accolti all’arrivo, Booking non ha MAI inoltrato loro le mie email, il numero whatsapp che ho trovato in internet è inutile, quindi consiglierei di mettere un contatto email o whatsapp diretto della struttura per le comunicazioni. Se trovate alcune recensioni sulla struttura un po’ datata, devo confermare che alcune stanze hanno bagni che vanno rinnovati, ma questo non inficia sulla pulizia e la gradevolezza delle stanze, spero che siate fortunati come me e vi sia assegnata una camera con bagno rinnovato.

From the moment I arrived, the staff’s warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality made me feel completely at home.The location is 700 mt to central of Naama Bay , you can walk easly.What truly made my stay unforgettable was the friendliness and helpfulness of the team.I would definitely love to come back, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect stay. A special thank you the reception manager Mohamed, who kindly helped us with our first day Taha and Ahmet from the restaurant 🙏
• Eyüp (3/5): - Odası geniş, konumu fena değil Naama ya yürüme mesafesi Otele gece varış yaptık erken giriş için yardımcı olmadılar, gece 3 den öğlen 12 ye kadar beklettiler. Resepsiyon da ki Shenouda çok suratsız ve yardımcı olmadı. Diğer çalışanlar iyi. Odaları çok eski, özellikle banyosu aşırı eski ve pis gözüküyor. Malesef bir daha tercih etmem aynı oteli.

Çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Sharm da safari ve dalış turunu mutlaka yapın. Otelde Tony sizi yönlendirecektir. Fiyat performans olarak çok çok üstünde bir tatil oldu.

Hiçbir otelde böyle şımartılmadım. 😄 Ayrıca Türk yemeklerinden de alternatifler var. Doyarsınız ve lezzet alırsınız. Mail ve booking mesajlarına dönüş yapılmaması başlangıçta kuşku uyandırdı. Onun dışında sorun yoktu. Çok iyiydi.
