• Sharon (9/5): Comfortable, clean, great location, and excellent service - The room was spacious, with clean sheets and a very comfortable bed. The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk to the night market and nearby shops. Being situated uphill, it’s also far enough away from the noise and crowds,. The room was very clean. A special thanks to Ms. Bao Tran who went above and beyond to assist us. She helped us find and book a very comfortable 10-seater limousine to Nha Trang, explained everything clearly, and was extremely organised,it made our travel plans much easier. The only minor issue was that the edges of the towels were slightly frayed, but this didn’t affect our stay at all.

Hầm gửi xe nhỏ nên phải gửi lại chìa khoá hơi bất tiện. Reception không có người tiếp đón hay hỗ trợ lúc vào. Giá không tương xứng với phòng thuê.

• vygurl (10/5): Hotel in Dalat, Vietnam - Loved our Premium Deluxe Room—clean and very spacious room & bathroom, and even had a separate living room with couch area as well! There was a fridge and minibar area too. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a separate bath tub shower. Location is great—short walk to the night market and right across the street are some local cafes and bars. There is a spa too and guests got 20% discount—it’s located in the garage area. The massage was great but location and ambiance was not my preference, felt like I was in a basement.

The food was delicious, well-presented, and the atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing. Special thanks to Ms. Trâm, the restaurant manager, who took very good care of us. She was professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly, making us feel very welcomed throughout our visit. Highly recommended if you stay at TTC Hotel Da Lat!

Went on tour from hotel with great driver Nguyen Van Hung employee from hotel, English excellent and he took us everywhere in the countryside. Thorough gentleman, great knowledge of area. Hotel room was ok but needs a makeover, no fans or air con in room.. We slept with balcony door open as room was quite stuffy...buffet breakfast was delightful with great views...yes we woukd stay there again, price was reasonable...

• sarapO9662LT (6/5): A bit disappointing for a 4 star hotel - We were disappointed with our stay in this hotel compared to other 4 star hotels in VN. We had a deluxe room on the 2nd floor. The room was in the back of the hotel, so quieter than the lake facing rooms. However, our view was so subpar that there was no reason to keep the doors to the balcony open. The hotel is quite large and well located next to the night market, however, it was virtually empty while we were there, and so we were surprised that service was just so-so. Their English isn't great The breakfast was also quite average. The coffee was undrinkable! For Westerners, the coffee in the pots needs to be heavily diluted before drinking. I love coffee, but I drank tea! The rooms are fine . Clean and the bed comfortable. There is no AC, but a fan ( and heater) are provided. The hotel is old and not updated. I think its location may be its best feature, but we walked 20 minutes to find restaurants we liked. We did enjoy a Halal restaurant ( Sarah's) which was nearby .

• 453diept (6/5): Good Service Or Not? - We stayed at NgocLan Hotel since the first time April 1998 until last March 2024 for at least 7-8 times When we checked out after 3 days, a staff member went to our car making us pay for their hotel slippers, it was not much but it was rude and ridiculous. Wondering the next travelers are wearing used slippers? Then just learned about escargot in salad dish, rotten food We booked a suite and a room at another new hotel for December 2024 Thank you but no more TTC NL in DaLat
• longm551 (4/5): Not coming back - First time ever, requested for a late check out of 1hour right after checking in( which means 13:00) and the FO told me that they will give an extra charge of 50% of room price. Of course I said no. Also asked for an extra key, or at least a temporary card for the electrical matter and they said no, which surprised me. Never have I see a service which was so lack of delicacy like this. Everything else was ok including room.

• Eivind (10/5): 7 netter på TTC Hotel Premium Ngoc Lan - Vi bodde i 3. etasje og hadde fin utsikt over vannet og byen fra balkongen, som desverre var umøblert. Stort greid rom. Det var vanskelig å justere temperaturen på vannet i dusjen. Hotellet har en flott beliggenhet, med gåavstand til mye. Frokostbuffeen var ok og god wifi.

• My (4/5): Stay away. - Old and mouldy, not 4 stars. Bathrooms were rotten. Very noisy. The windows and the doors had no sound isolation, lots of noise from the street and the nearby market throughout the night. Impossible to sleep since there was no aircondition. Breakfast was bland, often reused meats and dishes from yesterday. Friendly staff.

There are alarms on each door and they will go off everytime as the crappy doors don't close properly on first try. The lights go off at all hours of the night and wake you up. While yes the location is very central which is what is advertised it is very very noisy. You can hear traffic that doesn't stop throughout the night. If you have a "lakeview", even ear plugs won't help. I also don't think there is a spa (did not see anything there). Overall it was just average with some annoyances with noise and doors. I definitely dont think it deserves an 8 rating more a 6.

• Charles (6/5): - Stayed 2 nights in 3rd floor presidential suite. Huge Master bath with adequate shower and bidet. 2nd room with 2 double beds. Terrible TV reception and no non Viet channels to choose from. Nepolianic theme in reception area (silly extravagance). Small kitchen with modern refrigerator and an older microwave oven. We could not figure out how the turn lights out in reception area. Very noisy with street noise and construction noise. Party on Terrace level(2 floors higher) was loud and the bass sound vibrated until past 10 PM. Generally 9.0 million VND / night. We got both nights for 9.0 million and it really wasn’t worth it. Breakfast buffet was okay with usual additions. Coffee was nice and strong. Short walk to Cho Da Lat. If I was to stay again would choose a room not facing the lake but really, there are so many other better choices in Da Lat. I rate the stay a C (3 of 5 stars)
• 453diept (8/5): Nice hotel on the hill - We always stayed at TTC NgocLan since our first trip coming back to DaLat in 1998 and again we already book for our next stay in spring 2024 We were traveling with friends so each time we stayed at TTC NgocLan we had good times and memories too We enjoyed the most beautiful view eating breakfast upstairs where we took lot of pictures of sunrise over the lake with great compliments from everyone

• Jeremie (9/5): Would stay here again! - Location was great, right above the night market and close to the lake. Breakfast was good. Varied enough that you can find something that you'll like. My room faced the night market. It was a bit loud if you were staying in for the night or going to bed early. The night market noise ended around 11pm but there is still some light traffic noise. I didn't mind it much but it might be something to note if you want peace and quiet.

• Jay (6/5): Dalat is awesome, this hotel is not - Good central location near lake and market, but that's about it. Old worn down hotel that once was grand but needs renovation now. Breakfast was mostly cold including tea and coffee and the freshly cooked omelets were always undercooked. Bed sheets were not wide enough for the bed so came untucked overnight and we woke on bare mattress. Bathroom was pretty grubby and old. We unfortunately were booked in for 3 nights. The hotel stairs and corridors were dimly lit. Our group of 6 had 3 rooms that varied greatly in size and furnishings. The hotel is noisy at night. We won't stay here again.
• Ginteh (9/5): Superb - The hotel room, walking alley, breakfast hall and Lobby was quite spacious. The rate for 4 star hotel located right at the centre of the City was average and reasonable. Front desk slight English spoken but quite friendly and very helpful. Location was really perfect for me as it just situated at the edge of the hill. Staircase to go down the night market was convenient just opposite the road of the hotel, and also a walk distance to the lake, and to the city center. Hotel Location was also just nearby to all interesting places such as Flower park, Crazy House and cable car Station. Taking a taxi probably only around 10 to 15 minutes ride. As it located on the edge of the hill, the scenery viewing the lake from the hotel was quite amazing. Hotel breakfast hall was at the right floor and having nice scenery. Breakfast was just reasonable for that hotel rate. Cannot expected more. Laundry, sorry to say was very expensive for us.
• Irimia (9/5): Superb - It was below expectations! The room was overlooking the windows of another hotel so we could see each other in the room. In order to have a good view, you had to pay another 33% of the price. We found it to be a very big difference! Well positioned near the Night Market and the Market with all kinds of products, but you had to climb many steps every day to get to the hotel. The staff is not as friendly as in other hotels in Vietnam, this being the fifth hotel I have stayed at. Very good and diverse breakfast with both Vietnamese and European food. What we didn't like were the rollaway beds. He actually moves around the room with us. I have never seen anything like this in any hotel in any country. The quality-price ratio was not good at all, only the breakfast saved the situation. The view from the room and the beds that at the slightest movement, actually moved with us.
• Janine (6/5): we checked out early because of the noise. - it’s a great location if you want to be close to the market and night life. the noise from the nearby night clubs is extremely loud. the room can become very warm and there is no air conditioning or overhead fan and you have to close the balcony doors and windows to try to decrease the noise. we also found the carpet very old and dirty.

We had to call a plumber since the toilet bowl could not be flushed properly when in use. The shower water's temperature automatically changed from hot to cold. The light in the living room abruptly switched on and off. even though it was off, the shower faucet flew by itself. that made us do the check-out early.

• Melanie (6/5): Noisy hotel, not great service - Hotel is located in the center right next to the night market and lake. Rooms where quite spacious and breakfast had a lot of options, just not really a lot for us vegetarians. Room floor was very dirty when we arrived, had to call for second clean up. Were woken up at 7:30 by cleaning staff by mistake but barely even a apology. Then there was horrible live music until late in the night which made sleeping early impossible. Could hear street noise through thin walls all the time. Visited the spa for a massage which was by far the most amateur massage in a freezing cold room we ever had. Dont recommend this hotel.
