• Pasquale (5/5): Just ok - The location by a cat rescue and to alot of good spots to eat Ice cold water 1st night , small bathroom ,given breakfast in room with no place to enjoy it. Getting in and out was a hassle the elevator was very small and sketchy

The breakfast was lovely and the way to order it worked well. breakfast was always on time. the air con was nice. The room was comfortable. There's a mini fridge to stror drinks. It was easy to find and the remote access keys worked every time. There was a lack of storage / cupboards for clothes when staying for multiple days, but we managed to find places for clothes

Lokalizacja nie ma sobie równych cudowny widok, i do wszystkich ciekawy miejsc blisko. Brak miejsca na rzeczy osobiste. W pokoju 204 który zajmowaliśmy drążek na uranie za wysoko, żona nie sięgała.

Horrible , sketchy place with no basic accommodations. It's bed and breakfast and breakfast has to be ordered night before.

La colazione servita direttamente in camera é un plus non indifferente! Sicuramente il punto di appoggio perfetto per visitare tutti i luoghi di interesse nel cuore di Roma nel modo più semplice . The room was perfect for what we needed and the bed was comfortable. The location was perfect for us to walk to all attractions we wanted to see. The shower unit wasn't working to do the multiple settings, the mirror light in the bathroom didn't work, and we couldn't figure out the cable to watch t.v.

• Amy (8/5): Perfect location, clean comfy rooms, friendly staff. Budget friendly city centre location - Fantastic location. Shower was fab, beds comfy, room and facilities really clean. Being in a busy centre, with nighttime road works was no problem as the noiseproofing was really good. Lovely breakfast brought to the room each morning. Staff were really helpful. Everything explained to us before hand such as how the doors work, check in/ out, what's nearby etc. We had an issue with electrics shutting out on the first night but staff soon got straight on to it, getting an engineer in and sorting the problem while we went about our day. It's a clean, friendly room with a comfy bed, private bathroom, TV and kettle. Exactly what you need when visiting big cities.budget friendly room, smack in the middle of Rome. Perfect for what we were looking for Room slightly on the small side, but for the price and the location, the room size was a sacrifice we are totally happy with. For somewhere to rest after a busy day, the room being small wasn't an issue for us. Maybe could do with a little more storage for clothes, but again, for us being there 3 nights, we didn't have a whole lot, so we managed just fine.

• Scott (8/5): Pleasant stay in the heart of Rome, walking distance to most sites. - Location was spectacular, staff helpful and attentive, view amazing. Cleanliness could have been better, although, to be fair, painting and masonry work were being carried out on the staris on the four levels up to the facility, thus inevitable dust and grit being tracked.

The facilities could use some facelift: the lobby (if you can call it a lobby) which is the first thing you see walking in was not the most welcoming . • Eric (2/5): - The single worst experience I've had at a hotel. My wife and I booked this hotel, which is described as a 5-star hotel on their website and google. When checking in to what looked like an apartment-turned-multi-room-hotel, we were told it is not a 5-star hotel but rather a small bed and breakfast. The room was small but suitable. After a long day of travel and tours, my wife and I wanted to shower and go to sleep. There was no hot water, and when we ran the shower, it did not drain. Had we let it run for more than 30-45 seconds, it would overflow into the rest of the bathroom. Understanding that these things happen, we contacted the maintenance line at ~6:30PM and a woman answered who continuously repeated "email me, email me, email me" while speaking over me. I assume this was due to a language barrier which is understandable as well. This is where things turned sour. We were told that someone would come the next day at 7AM. At 10PM that night, my wife and I were comfortably in bed when we heard the lock on the door click, and the door swung open. A man and a woman (who did not identify themselves; burglars for all we knew) came into the room yelling at us in Italian. Not only was this startling, but is against Italian law to enter a private room without notice or consent. They proceeded to yell in broken English that nothing was wrong with the shower despite not being able to get hot water, nor running it for more than 2-3 seconds. • ReinRos17 (8/5): Het is een top locatie, maar het kan zeker beter! - Ik vond het fantastisch qua ligging. Je liep zo uit je kamer zo de stad in. Dus om deze reden zou ik het dan ook aanraden, maar.... Er was geen kast om je kleding op te hangen, of te leggen. De douche was wel warm maar de water druk was veelste laag. Dus leuk een hemeldouche maar je had er helemaal niks aan. Ontbijt viel tegen. Grappig als zegt geef ook maar fruit erbij. Dat je dan een banaan krijgt en daarnaast kei harde nectarine. De vrouw die ons de kamer liet zien, was vast de eigenaar, want deze sprak geen Engels, maar ging wel een code doorgeven hoe de deur werkte... dus ja dat was een beetjes vreemd.

• Bennett (10/5): Gorgeous boutique hotel in a wonderful location with fantastic staff, great food and fabulous decor! - This hotel is beautiful and in a great location! Arrival and check in were smooth and quick, the young group of staff were very helpful, calm, professional and pleasant and offered places to go and see. The food was excellent, particularly breakfast, a very nice selection of sweet and salty items with fresh cooked plates, teas and coffee. There was a flashing light in the room, (I think it was a fire alarm). This went on all night and was substantial enough to disturb sleeping if you are a light sleeper.
• Shatha (2/5): - Area very fealty, we arrived at the place and no one would open the door, also another couple were waiting for an hour. Holmes were sleeping in the ally. Urin was found on the ground nest to the door. Not to recommend this for any one.

• John (10/5): Exceptional - In terms of location, this hotel was perfect for us. Walkable distance to all major attractions, and a 10-minute Uber to the Colosseum and Vatican. Very safe location as well. The host was super professional and took really good care of us, the breakfast is nothing special but its something to get you going to start your adventure. The beds/room were a bit small for our taste, but the location made up for it. We were barely in the room anyway.

BUT NOT A HOTEL. - Location was great. a semi B&B / Hostel. room was renovated recently BUT AC did not cool the room, hot water was in and out, no onsite support after 3pm, 4 hangers and no dresser, elevator not available until the 1st flight of steps. No lobby or communal area to meet up with friends. Breakfast minimal. Need to mention again the location was great!!!

• Robert (10/5): Amazing rooms in the middle of History. - We simply loved being in the middle of so much history. This is no where there are hundreds of other vacationers, you are in a stunning local neighborhood. Better, smaller, restaurants with locals at the table next to you. The freshest food. This central location puts you within 10-15 minute walk of ALL the famous sites. No uber necessary.

• Jeffrey Richard (8/5): - This was an immersion into the Italy culture! Our "apartment" was located in a bldg adjacent to the ruins of Appollus and where Julius Caesar was killed. LOVED location and ambiance. We were on second floor and other companies had apartments on other floors. We were met by an individual and assisted to checkin but couldn't access room until after 2:00. This lady spoke little English which was understandable being that we were in Rome. Our room had a queen bed and another bed (which we paid extra), working windows which was really cool! Nice bathroom. We had issues with the bathroom door getting locked and the lady didn't think we could understand her but she was talking about us to another lady who helped her get the door unlocked. After that, a nice young man was at the desk and we had no other issues. Breakfast was delivered to us. Croissants were the best. We wanted to stay in a place with character and this was it. Bed was cozy and clean. A little pricey but we were there in high season.
• Van (6/5): - Nice view of some ruins directly in front of the property. Centrally located. Older building, with industrial entrance area and old small elevator to access the reception area and rooms. Room was smallish, but clean and bathroom fixtures were modern.
