Very small room, Beds very narrow even for a twin bed, poor quality sheets, no reception at 20:00, need to call a number and then pick up the key at a dingy bar next door, no reception next day at 10:00 to hand key back and check out; greeted at front door by group of men hanging out, feels like an unsafe neighbourhood, no private parking or at least not indicated. Wifi off and on, you needed to reconnect constantly to a hotspot. Did not feel safe nor comfortable, left after one night. Poor communication on check-in modalities. Hugely overpriced for what it is. a very small room with a tiny kitchen in an unattractive neighbourhood with no service whatsoever.

Arrive the place during stated office hours. Carpark is behind the property. Need to have sign board or info in advance.

• Nina (8/5): Alles was man braucht. - Die Lage war für meine Zwecke (Verwandtenbesuch) gut. Ansonsten etwas abgelegen vom Zentrum. Supermärkte sehr nahe bei. Die S Bahn-Anbindung war etwas gestört und unregelmäßig. Aber da kann die Unterkunft nichts für ! ;-)

If you're coming to Anuga for business, don't stay here. You won't have any way to justify it to your company. Llegue a este hotel por trabajo, para visitar la feria Anuga, pedi la factura varias veces pero no fue enviada, si ud viene para Anuga y por empresa, no se quede aqui, no tendra como justificar en su compañia.

• Nina (7/5): Ok für eine oder zwei Nächte. - Unkompliziert, sauber. Gut ausgestattete Selbsversorger-Kochnische. Verschiedene Supermärkte nah bei. Trotz Nichtraucher-Schild in meinem und wahrscheinlich allen Zimmern, kam durch die Lüftungs-Schächte (?) im Bad immer wieder Rauch-Gestank. Sehr schade- und offensichtlich von den Betreibern nicht erwünscht! Dennoch leider Tatsache. Ich mußte immer schnell die Bad-Tür schließen und lüften.. etwas mühsam und ärgerlich. Die Wege zur S-Bahn sind länger als ich dachte- aber ok!

• Davide (9/5): Alloggiare a 20 minuti dal centro - Appartamento al 1°piano modernamente arredato in modo semplice ma efficace. Letto ampio e molto comodo. Accessori cucina adeguati, frigo capiente. Stanza molto luminosa e silenziosa. Parcheggio privato in piccolo cortile interno facilmente accessibile dalla via pubblica, con stalli auto dedicati ed eventualmente proteggibili contro utilizzo non autorizzato. Localizzato in periferia a circa 20 minuti di auto dal centro della città. Fermata bus urbano nelle vicinanze. Ascensore non presente. Accesso con chiave standard acquisibile dal sottostante bistrò. Non rilevata la disponibilità di keybox per ritiro e restituzione fuori dagli orari di apertura del bistrò. Bagno piccolo, senza bidet. Soffione doccia piccolo e con bassa erogazione acqua.

• Georg Anabith (8/5): - Sauber und alles neu. Dusche war etwas klein aber damit lernte man umzugehen. Dusche größer und Lüftung bzw. besserer Durchzug im Bad aber das ist nur Kleinigkeit. Klimaanlage wäre bei diesen heißen Tagen während unseres Aufenthalts cool gewesen.

I think there sleep people that smoked too much and then they left every place from the apartment with it. It was really uncomfortable for us bc we don’t smoke!

• Kushan (7/5): Far from the city centre, but value for money! - The place is clean and quiet. The staff is helpful. I arrived really late in the night, but they had an auto-check-in procedure, which helped me check in and get my card within 5 mins. Since then, the person at the reception was warm and helpful. The distance from the city centre is a bit of an issue. There is one bus line which goes to Moosach railway station, from where you have to take a train to get to the middle of the city. The bus comes once every 20 mins, and during peak hours, can be full so you won't get space and will have to wait for the next one. Germany, generally, has good public transit infrastructure and things (more or less) run on time. But this can get unnerving for people who are unfamilar with public transport. However, I want to clarify that there is no misinformation and this place is able to keep its costs down because of its distance from the city centre.

• Segarra (7/5): Nice for a short stay, but the cleanliness makes you to want to leave early. - It's convenient for a short stay and the connection with Köln is not bad (you only need to walk a bit and take a train). The apartment was huge, but the space wasn't specially well used. The bathroom was okay, but the pressure of the water of the sink was around zero (it was even more comfortable to brush my teeth and wash my face in the kitchen :/). The owners should clean and disconnect the fridge and leave it open while nobody is there, because it smelled really really weird. Mopping the floor would be also nice...

• Andrea (8/5): Great place - It was a good place to stay, staff was kind and they let me park a bicycle that i had during the trip. The curtins didn’t cover the whole window. The sun was terrible during summer, no curtins to cover didn’t help with sleep.

• Tamas (8/5): Nice neighborhood, good connection to the city - Nice neighborhood with shops and restaurants. The tram ride to the apartment was beautiful. The room and the kitchen was well equipped. The key handover was a little difficult, they didn't respond to our email, the only means of communication was by phone. The keys opened both the entrance door and our apartment door, and once someone opened our door with his key while we were inside, so after that we were afraid of leaving any valuables in the room.

De spullen in t keukenblok waren minimaal en oud, zeer botte messen, geen waterkoker. Ibfomatiemap ging alleen over WiFi en openbaar vervoer. De kamer kwam absoluut niet overeen met de foto's op de website. Badkamer voldeed.

No maid service during my stay, and walking on the floor left the soles of my feet black, so I washed the floor. It was cheap, and just about the only thing available because there was a trade show going on while I was there and everything was booked.

• andreas (8/5): - einfache einrichtung,aber ausreichend.gefehlt hat mir ein tv sessel mit beistelltisch.sauber war es und sehr unkompliziert beim ein/auschecken.ca.8min zu fuss bis bahnhof.letzte bahn fährt allerdings aus stadt unter der woche um ca.24:00 .einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich um die ecke.bei offenem fenster etwas laut da an einer hauptstrasse...aber man ist ja in der stadt.alles in allem für den preis absolut in ordnung.komme gerne wieder

Einzig und allein die sehr unangenehmen Geräusche aus entweder der Heizung, Nachbarn, Wasserleitungen oder sonstiges. Das Badezimmer toll mit Granitfliesen versehen und alles, was man benötigt, war vorhanden. Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, 2-Plattenherd, Kühlschrank mit 3-Sterne Gefrierfach,Mikrowelle etc.

• Anegro (8/5): 1 Übernachtung vor unserem Flug nach Spanien - Das Zimmer war ok, kein Luxux haben wir auch nicht erwartet, wir waren zufrieden, sehr netter Service bei Übergabe des Schlüssels,das Zimmer lag nach hinten zum Hof und es war sehr ruhig. Haben sehr gut geschlafen. Für 1bis2 Nächte genau das richtige,können wir weiterempfehlen und würden es wieder buchen,Preis/Leistung passt. In der Nähe sehr viele Lokale und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

However few issues during stay: - cleaning done only once during entire 19 days stay inspite of reminders, whereas it was said to be done on weekly basis. - room lighting is not proper. Even after multiple reminders, the fuse bulbs were not changed
• Ligia Helena (8/5): Recomendo como última alternativa - Apartamento simples que quebrou um galho numa noite em que o hotel que planejávamos ficar estava lotado. Check in tardio tbém é um problema porque tem que telefonar para o administrador e nem sempre temos chip para fazer ligações. Achamos que fica longe de Colônia e de Leverkusen (onde queríamos dormir).

• Verified traveler (8/5): Klein,aber fein! - Da ich nur 1 Nacht in diesem Apartment verbracht habe (Doppelbett Standart), ist mein Urteil leider nicht ganz so umfangreich. Aber alles in allem war es ein sauberes Apartment und alles vorhanden, was man zur Übernachtung und Selbstversorgung benötigt. Mein Apartment lag zur Straßenseite im 1. Stock, sodass man leider trotz geschlossenem Fenster den permanenten Verkehrslärm hört. Ansonsten kann ich es nur weiterempfehlen, da das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis absolut stimmig ist. Der Checkout war auch völlig unkompliziert. Bis 11:00 Uhr sollte man schon ausgecheckt haben. Discounter wie Aldi oder Rewe sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Parkplätze stehen kostenfrei zur Verfügung.

• Verified traveler (6/5): まさにアパート - 部屋にはキッチン、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、ポット、食器、なべ、包丁までそろってました。 普通にアパートととしてすめそうです。 アパートを出て徒歩3分以内にスーパーマーケットが２軒あります。 ただ受付が一階の不動産屋さんの事務所なので 営業時間外にチィックインする人は電話をして鍵を持って来てもらわなければなりません。 事務所には常にスタッフが居るとはかぎりません。結構出たり入ったりしてます。すぐに帰って来ますが。 チィックアウトは簡単です、鍵を部屋に置いたままロックして終わり。

Very friendly neighborhood, very close to the station which is not far from the Cologne cathedral. I was very satisfied with everything. Staff who seemed to be a father and a son were very kind. There's bunch of places to eat around there so it was very comfortable. One defect was that the heater was not working. Everything else was perfect. Everything in Cologne was kinda expensive but it was very nice after all.

Facilities in the apartment were run down, TV reception was bad and curtain railings were falling apart. Did not feel comfortable during my stay. The apartment was chosen because of free parking. The street outside the building was constantly congested during office hours.

Je recommande cette location. Seul bémol, l'endroit est un peu excentré mais assez bien désservi par le tramway.

• Walter (4/5): Schade, mit mehr Überlegung wäre es besser gewesen - Es sind neu eingerichtet Zimmer; Die Matraze weich wie Watte. Die Möbel neu; jedoch war eine starke Ausdünstung von Formaldehyd (Kleiderschrank stand etwa75 cm vom Bett), somit ein unruhiger Schlaf mit anschließenden Kopfschmerzen. Im BAD: Das Waschbecken eignete sich allenfalls für ein G-WC.Der Spiegel hängt zu tief (Person 1,80 groß)hatte nur das halbe Gesicht zum Rasieren. Kochzeile: Die Messer waren toll, man konnte sich nicht schneiden > für Kinder besteht keine Verletzungsgefahr! Zum Entspannen war ein Fernseher vorhanden. Nur wie schaut man Diesen an ? Die eine Möglichkeit war> man setze scih auf den Stuhl(auf Dauer unbequem) oder man setzte sich auf das Bett Infolge Betthöhe waren die Kniee unter dem Kinn.oder man legte sich hin und schlief gleich ein.

We tried to call the owner an hour before as directed, but it sounded like he'd provided a fax number. Luckily a local man saw us and took us to the shop next door, they had a key and let us in. The bed was uncomfortable and the slopping ceiling was awkward. The room was clean and quiet. Plenty of food shops nearby and the tram stop only a few minutes walk.
