Des détails mineurs à améliorer : mettre plusieurs sortes de café dans la chambre (pas que ristretto) et mettre différentes tailles de peignoir.

The front desk personnel are exceptional, particularly the lady with black curly hair, whose name I unfortunately forgot, as she assisted us beyond our expectations. the housekeeping team kept our room spotless. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of fresh options. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers! All good

Tons of shops and restaurants, all within walking distance. The room was ideal, very clean and comfortable. The maid service was excellent. The front desk staff was thorough, friendly, helpful and professional. My family and I did not care for the buffet breakfast. The menu never changed. It was the same food everyday. The scrambled eggs were soft/runny, the bacon was undercooked, and the food was never hot, always about room temperature.

La stanza e il bagno erano grandi, silenziosi e molto puliti, il materasso alto, doccia ampia e walk in, cioccolatino di benvenuto e macaron per il check out. Inoltre il personale e' stato disponibile e gentile e la colazione varia e abbondante (niente cappuccino o espresso come al bar, ma nella stanza c'era la macchinetta del caffe' e cialde per l'espresso). Insomma c'erano tutte quelle attenzioni volte a far sentire l'ospite accolto e a rendere piacevole il suo soggiorno lontano da casa. Niente.

Desde el momento en que llegamos, todo el personal nos hizo sentir bienvenidos gracias a su trato cercano y profesional. Queremos destacar especialmente la atención de Cristina, quien nos atendió durante el check-in con amabilidad, eficiencia y una gran disposición para ayudarnos en todo momento. Las habitaciones estaban impecables, muy limpias y cuidadas al detalle, lo que hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más cómoda y agradable. Sin duda, desde España lo recomendaré. Un saludo.

Room was super clean and modern. Bed was very comfortable and pillows were just right. Breakfast buffet was amazing. WiFi connection was excellent. Garden area and pool area was clean and relaxing. Location is on a main avenue with high end shopping all around. A short walk towards the water (outside the doors to the right) brings you into a main tourist area filled with restaurants and shops. I would stay here again and arrange car service ahead of time through the hotel. We did not and used Uber when we arrived. It was very chaotic and confusing in the pickup area. We had the hotel set up our car on our return and the driver (Bruno) actually walked us into terminal, helped us with the bags and directed us to the check-in area. He could not have done more to help us. The Lisbon airport had changed its checkin system to return home and the security line was extremely long. We purchased what they call Fast Track at a kiosk after we checked our bags and before heading to security. It was 12 euros each and well worth it. I don’t really understand how it works but we avoided the line that we saw snaking through the departure area on our arrival. We were told we needed 3-4 hours before our flight but after fast track we got thru in about 1.5 hours.

It was an easy walk while getting a break from the hills. The glass tile in the shower makes it extremely slippery and dangerous. Both of us experienced near slip and falls in the shower.

- Peter (4/5): Would not stay there again - Front office staff were good as were the restaurant staff The room was only suitable for a one night stay with limited hanging spaces and no drawers at all Bed was not of good Breakfast was ok but the staff were not trained well we had 2 of them carrying on quite a loud conversation whilst clearing a table just behind ours. The manager made a point of escorting guests into the room to explain how the buffet breakfast worked as if guests had not stayed at such an arrangement before in their life’s Having to fetch their own coffee added unnecessary traffic in the room. - Marianne (10/5): Gerne wieder - Das Frühstück war gigantisch. Die Mitarbeiter extrem hilfsbereit u freundlich. Tolle Dusche die rixhtig warm wird u der Wasserdruck stimmt auch. Die Kissen sind hart u zu gross. Der Schrank ist klein für drei Personen. Das Wasser im Pool war für uns zu kalt.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, which made it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. The location is perfect, close to everything and very convenient. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! Nothing
